I had a very frustrating issue that I was experiencing with getting in touch with someone from customer service. After posting a negative review the district manager reached out to me and was very helpful in resolving my issue as well as getting details on how she could correct the issues so that it does not occur for future customers. This location is horrible !!! All my appliances were stolen , my 65’ inch television was stolen and my 55 ‘ was broken and left face down .. I guess they thought I wasn’t coming back . They went through all belonging and threw my clothes on the ground they were molded and spiders all over them . Manager of the property said I did that !!!! Really !!! They will call you for a payment but won’t call you when my unit was burglarized.
The attendant at the kiosk was superb as he answered all my questions and patiently waited while I read through the rental agreement. The on-location attendant was helpful and accommodating. I am totally satisfied with my choice of location to rent a locker.

They lured me in at $80 a month and later over doubled the monthly rent price. Hard to find an attendant, $300 fine for using their dumpster when sweeping out the unit, and no lights as promised. I suggest to stay away from this company and find a more local company that gives customers service!
So far so good. I've been using it for a month. It was easy to set up my account online. By the way, Public Storage App is great, intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Ms. Keona was so very helpful, She went about and beyond Her call of duty to assist me with my storage experience. She is a great asset to the company. The world needs more employees and people like Her. She was amazing.
Recently raised the rent by nearly $80 a month for no reason. You go into the office for help and no one will answer the door, and they’re virtual kiosk does not work when you press the screen.
Less employees, less help… more unhelpful automation, more money. Abysmal recipe for service. Canceled my unit and moving to LifeStorage right up the road. They have an actual person on site who is helpful, and the monthly rate was far less.

Public Storage employees always had wonderful customer service
Mrs. Donna and Mrs. Angela were true examples of great customer service! Honestly with Public Storage it’s hard to get anyone to answer the phone. However Mrs. Donna had such great customer service when I spoke with her on the phone and Mrs. Angela was so sweet and thorough in explaining all conditions to me. This location is awesome!

Being able to open the gate from the car with my phone. Simply beautiful. Was able to pull right up to the unit door making the entire process easy as can be.
Review is for location at 11195 Alpharetta Highway location: Do not rent from this facility numerous water leaks in units and public storage haven't been able to communicate and fix the problem. Going on 8 months with water damaged items and I have to move out of the unit and I hope others are okay. Update 1-25-2023 unit is still leaking and noticed many more units leaking on 1-25-2023 be careful of renting a unit wait until it rains to see if unit is leaking.

This place is old and outdated. Lots of flooding in the streets outside the units, which brings tons of mosquitoes. We had frogs inside out storage unit. This location could definitely use an update!
Staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The facility was clean and easy to access. Great for our temporary storage needs.
