Wasn't sure what to expect having learned that the facility kiosk has virtual assistance only but I have to say that I'm impressed. Despite being contactless, this PublicStorage does an amazing job following up via phone and being available to answer questions. Facilities are secure, convenient and clean. Reasonably priced. Quite pleased with the entire experience and would recommend to others.

Do not rent here. I've been here for about a year and a half. In that short time, my rent has doubled, they have changed all locks without warning, the elevator broke down without any other access to 2nd floor units, the hand carts are constantly missing, and they replaced actual employees on the lot for a self service kiosk.

I am currently stuck in the elevator, what does that tell you?? There are no emergency stairs either, just an fyi.
Update: They gave me 2 months of free rent and then promptly upped my monthly price by almost $40/month after that.
We have a unit in the back building with an elevator. My wife and son were stuck in that elevator between floors from almost an hour because there's no one from public storage that you can actually reach by phone. We had to call the fire department and since there's no stairs in the building with an elevator (they were going to look at if that was up safety code} it took them quite a while to get them out. Apparently there's a emergency hatch on the back of the building but you cannot access that hatch from the front of the building or parking lot because on one side is private property of the power company and the other side is 10 ft. Brick wall. They also have a unit inside the building so you can call someone for assistance but it does not do anything. I have video if anybody's interested on how well that piece of equipment works. Just about as good as the elevator.
Was bringing our Christmas decorations to storage when the elevator got stuck, after moving up a bit. Scary.

Gate has been broken and stuck open countless times. 2 weeks ago Public Storage broke into my unit with a drill, left metal shavings all over my electronics, damaged a subwoofer, never notified me of strangers accessing my unit. Told other renters the “upgrades were for increased security” but left far less quality locks on our units and never sent a code to gain access. Police have now been here 3 times as it keeps getting worse by the minute. Janice the manager is a total rude @sshat that feels justified in destroying my belongings. Guess that’s what I get for paying every bill on time and never missing.
Janice has such great customer service and a great positive attitude!!! I would recommend anyone to go storage with her…..
I don't like how they want to charge you for every little thing and they are annoying with calls before you make a payment and after you make a payment.

Janice took care of me this morning - she was wonderful! She patiently showed me the different size units and I was able to pick the perfect size I needed. She took care of all the registration requirements - everything went so smoothly.
Janice was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. When i did not understand why i had to pay for something she explained it to me very nicely. She was welcoming and probably the best associate I have worked with at this location. Her communication skills are outstanding and she deserves a raze 🙃.

I pay for a 5x10 indoor unit here and recently realized it’s only 4x10. I called to speak with customer service to adjust my rate accordingly and was told that the contract I signed was for a unit “approximately” 5 x 10, and that a foot variation is acceptable - in this case it’s 20% of my storage capacity. So if you want to be lied to and ripped off, spend your money here. Also, the front office is always locked during business hours and no one answers the phones.

After uhaul messed up my reservations after traveling 800+ miles with 2 cars, Janice with public storage on 2300 Holcomb bridge came through for me! They told me I didn’t have a reservation even though I had proof. I just happened to be passing by Public Storage and stopped in with my husband at literally 1 min before closing. I thought the location was closed and I yelled out in frustration. Janice heard me (lol) and told me it’s ok and proceeded to get me a reservation asap! I was so surprised that she helped me in that moment! I am so grateful for Janice. She helped my family in our time of need even though it was passed time for her to clock out and go home. I’m clearly not used to that. Thank you so much Janice for all of your help!!! I will pay it forward!

Literally worst storage ever! After a year or keeping our stuff in a climate control unit (paying more for it) we come to find out that all our stuff has mold on it and it get completely ruin. We were paying $15 a month for insurance and when we asked if our stuff would be cover for they said that the policy would only cover $250 with an $100 deductible. Basically nothing!! All our furniture, electronics, clothes, suite case, wedding gifts were ruin and were way more than $250.00.insurance asked for pictures and receipts of every item to cover for it. Really, do not get a unit here. It will potentially get full of mold and they will due nothing to help.

I decided to take a look at the unit to make sure my items would fit and was informed that somehow due to a computer error, my reservation became unconfirmed. Janice was amazing in the fact that after I had left, she researched to see what the issue may have been and if there was a way for me to still receive my reservation.
