great facility, i had a unit here for about a year and a half and i love the climate controlled units. unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of the property manager via phone call and every time I visited the facility the office was locked and empty despite being within business hours.

Reserved a storage unit online. Once onsite, I realized that a lager unit would be better. Next day I called and spoke with Traci over the phone. She was very helpful in securing a larger storage unit. She recommended that I go into the Public Storage office to finalize the transfer. Met Allan when I arrived. He was eager to assist with the paperwork. The whole experience was seamless and the customer service from both Traci and Allan were excellent.

My family and I have been renting a unit from this location for over 10 years. Today I went in and paid my monthly bill. I spoke to the property manager Tracy and informed her we were going to be moving out of our current unit next month. She offered some good sound advice on how to proceed with this is if we ultimately wanted to vacate the unit. As a way of saying thank you and to try and keep our business she was able to LOWER our monthly rate by 80 dollars. She also used her magic to get my next month fee lowered by over half. She even let me know if we decided to keep a smaller unit we could do that with credits from our old unit applying to the new unit. I really need a place to hide the presents hehe. It's a quite property with no issues in 10 years. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking to store things whether for 1 month or 10 years. Tracy, thank you.

Tracy, the manager, was very helpful in getting me squared away. Had a unit elsewhere, less than 5 miles away, which was 2.5× the rate at Public Storage. Also, the PS team was great in communicating and getting my unit reserved beforehand (after searching online). Very pleased with their reasonable and attentive service.

Geoffrey was the absolute best to work with! He answered every question and was extremely helpful! All around great guy to talk to as well. Highly recommend working with him if you need anything!

No controlled environment plus the place is falling down.

I wish unit had its own independent lighting.. Can't see a damn thing at night.

Beware I moved out after the first of the month which was the 5th they charged me for the whole month which makes no sense. I never heard paying rent for a space you have vacated this make know sense at all. Why I didn't have to pay for the whole month when I moved in.

The best in the business!

I needed to break the padlocks on my unit after losing keys and replace with a new one. My experience working with Hilary and Regina to work this out was seamless. Great customer service and they were also very helpful and warm.

I love the convinience provided by their mobile app and renting the unit was super simple. The app allows u to set up auto pay and open the gate remotely. My only gripe is that I can't access my unit 24hrs. It seems like a pretty self sufficient place that I'm sure is being monitored by cameras 24/7 so I'm not sure why they close it off at 9, but other than that Public storage has been a great facility to work with and I would rent from them again in the future.

Andriel was so nice and professional she got my space at the rate I wanted to pay and it was so nice and clean there I recommend everyone go to this location.

Im already renting a unit at this location, and plan on getting another passed by earlier today and saw the unit next door is leaving and thought it would be great to get another one close to my unit. Andriel went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and gave me good instructions on how to get the storage unit once it gets vacant I really appreciated her help and am looking forward to getting the second unit .If yall need any help moving in ask for Andriel she's the best !

Nice and professional and friendly

Denean, the person we found to help gets 6 stars. The process and trouble before we found her knocks it off the 5 star experience. My daughter graduated college and needed a small space. She rented a 5x5 and when opening the door found a triangular shaped spot that was worthless and impossible to store her stuff in. She tried to call and no answer for 30 minutes. On a Sunday no less at 3:30pm. So she rented a 2nd place on faith Public storage would reimburse the first. This 2nd spot was a 5x10. She opened the door and another TRIANGULAR shaped spot? What in the heck ? Also unusable to fit mattress or other items she needed to store.....she had to get out of town that night and our rental truck was due to be returned. I called another place 30 minutes away but they closed in 45 minutes so we started to head that way (note all the time the office phone was not being answered). On the way out past the office, I saw movement and stopped.....Denean answered the door and was super helpful from the start...she had been with another customer and unable to answer the phone before, but now took us back to the 2nd spot and said oh no, and immediately called a supervisor and got my daughter upgraded to a 5x10 box shaped unit and indoors! For the same price, perhaps a few dollars less, per month! It started out very frustrating and Denean was able to make it right in no time at all. Thank you to her for saving the day!

Gated and open, but limited climate controlled units

My experience began kind of frustrating as my first unit was super small and triangular and not the size of the online rental. We went to the front desk and Denean absolutely saved the day for us. She did everything in her power to get us a new unit set up and when that unit was smaller than listed too she shared our frustrations and without question was on top of getting it fixed and us set up with a perfect unit in ac. Denean made my experience at Public Storage fantastic even with all the issues that came up. She also has a wonderful sense of humor and was a joy to be around.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this storage facility location. The grounds are well lit and clean. The location is ideal with easy access to 575 and 75. The facility is tucked in behind the Starbucks which is nice. I particularly like Ashley who rented to me. She is always happy to assist me if I need it and has a stellar personality. I look forward to seeing her smililng face. It will light up your day.

The staff Is amazing. However Public Storage prices are insanely high now though. I moved in last year and paid $178. Has increased to $213 since the beginning of the year. Otherwise a clean and secure facility.

I've had a storage unit here for over four years and never had any problems. My son rented a storage unit closer to home and within two weeks had issues with rats. Needless to say we are cleaning and clearing everything out of his unit and moving it here. Very helpful and professional staff .Would recommend
