I recently had the pleasure of working with Akia at Public Storage in Dunwoody, and I cannot praise her enough for the exceptional customer service she provided. From the moment we walked in, Akia greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. We encountered a bit of a hiccup while moving our belongings into the storage unit, specifically, we had some trouble maneuvering our items in the elevator. Just when we were starting to feel overwhelmed, Akia stepped in with an incredible solution. She took the time to assess our situation and quickly devised a plan that made the whole process much smoother. Her expertise and resourcefulness turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless one. Not only did she assist us in resolving our elevator issue, but she also went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Hey not sure if the owner of this place is fully aware but for this to be a low traffic low interaction business. The lady by the name of Akia is amazing. Above and beyond helpful and polite! She needs a raise.

There was certainly team spirit in the atmosphere. The staff was dynamic like none other. They made sure I saved money & got more of a deal than I bargained for… Akia & Antoinetta are deserving of raises.🤓🎤🖤

Antionelle and Akia at the Dunwoody Park location are amazing!!! Amazing customer service with great work ethics!!! They went over and beyond to help me. I was having a difficult time with the process of working the app for door access, they helped me with explaining how to operate. I really appreciate their patience. When he noticed I was struggling with my little one, he graciously offered to hold my child, allowing me to handle my storage needs more comfortably. Tae's genuine humanity and warm-heartedness turned what could have been a stressful experience into an absolute delight. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond didn't just meet our expectations but exceeded them by miles. Public Storage has a gem in Tae, and because of his exceptional service, I will always choose this location. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of storage solutions! I cannot say enough good things about Akia and her staff at Public Storage. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and they are very communicative and accommodating. I’m so glad that I found this location. The new Reno’s are really nice too!! They’ve added additional safety measures at the entrance which also makes me happy!

I cannot recommend the services provided by Akia at Public Storage enough. Alia is always so kind and helpful- she’s even helped me out when my unit was at another Public Storage location. She’s super knowledgeable, kind-hearted and always knows just the person to call to get things handled. Knowing your personal belongings are in good hands with a manager like Akia is a great feeling.

This location is amazing and super clean. The people working here are very helpful and full of joy. 5 stars all around

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, AND THE COMPANY DID NOT CARE AT ALL. THEY ALLOWED MY UNIT TO BE ROBBED. THEN WHEN I POINTED OUT THE GLARING SECURITY RISK THEY CORRECTED THEM WITHOUT PROPERLY COMPENSATING ME. I LOST EVERYTHING I OWNED IN THE WORLD AND THEY SCOFFED AT ME. ABSOLUTELY EVIL EVIL PEOPLE AND A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Akia waa wonderful. I was rerouted to this location because the person at my location did not show up. Akia took her time and showed me how to complete my reservation and then she trouble shooted when I was unable to complete the reservation online she took over and transferred the reservation to my desired location. She even called and had her coworker check to make sure the space I needed was available. I am so happy we came here and met Akia. She made a stressful situation so much better.

I hate I don’t business here.. public storage is worst than insurance companies! Please avoid if you can.. they trick you in then change rates tremendously!!!! And the people are unprofessional … KELLY AT CORPORATE OFFICE IS INCOMPETENT OF HER JOB. And she’s only receptionist!
