The Public Storage unit located on Satellite Boulevard has been filled with friendly and professional staff members. Ms. Mary has assisted me by answering questions over the phone and speaking to her in person has been delightful. Ms. Mary has a joyful spirit, friendly spirit that others can appreciate.

Ugghhhh. Nightmare. My unit is under a birds nest. Property hasn't been cleaned in months. I couldn't get a clear path to my unit because of all the bird mess.

It takes two people to open my door. For $500 per month...I want my door fixed. It's terrible. My access does not work to open. I have to enter code. There's never anyone at office.
