Great customer service. Malaysha was polite and took me only 5 minutes to get me storage in and out. Would recommend public storage for your storage needs.

This facility is full of thieves . They will steal your belongings and tell you to file a claim . The staff is in cahoots and they are stealing as a unit . UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS STOLEN DO NOT STORE THEM HERE . & the insurance is a scam ! It only covers if they can prove “forced entry” . DO NOT use their services! These people are scam artist

Very good place to rent storage. I was very well received by Mr cass. They are kind and knows how to take care of customers .
Seems to be a scam. Was told two options to move in Option 1: It's $1 the first month, then $140 the second, then $175 the third month, and then on. Then at the 6 month point it'd raise again unless you ask them to keep it the same than they'll email corporate and corporate will keep it the same for you.
Option 2: Pay $140 the first month and it'll stay $140 till the 6th month and then go up. After 6 month when it goes up you can ask them to stay the same they'll call corporate and keep it the same.
Called corporate and lady goes back and forth not knowing what to saw it could be ANYTIME.
I'd stay away from Public Storage locations.

Had storage here for a long while, stuff was undisturbed and safe. One problem was with a faulty lock that rusted shut and literally BROKE the key. But Cass came through with a circle saw on his DAY OFF no less. A big help and a wonderful guy.

I cleared my unit and closed the account in the 30th. My employee left a lock so went back the next day to get the lock. This facility charged me $630 for “accessing the gate”. This is a scam and must be illegal. Will be contacting my attorney and will be posting daily and placing signs in front. What a complete scam.

All of my experiences have been positive and genuine when gaining clarification overall with Public Storage.
Don’t come here unless it’s for a week and it’s invaluable things. Don’t get me wrong everything started out good and I guess that was to reel me in but within 90 days my bill was at a rise. I had a complaint of my things being moved around boxes opened with heavy things on top and looked as though someone was going through my things. Speaking to the manager is non existence. If I knew what I had knew I would’ve never left Cubesmart.

Good place to store your stuff!!! Very secure and has climate control storage units. These have a security door on them for extra security. The manager there is very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Both today and Saturday there were no employees on site. There access system is not working and I was unable to get into my unit for the second time in 4 days. Additionally, they know there system is down because they had people there working on it. Not a soul working for public storage on the property. Property manager unavailable, not answering calls. Not just mine but customer service line from public storage. All this after there a/c was out for over week in a climate controlled facility. No notification of a/c down or am unavailable access. They also just raised there rates TWENTY FIVE percent. This place is unbelievable.

Great location and very clean..has some age on it and signage would make it easier because it was hard to find the unit but other then that no complaints..it was a bit of an adjustment because my family has storages in other states and one is more techy then this one but one star lost because the unit was hard to find..other then that in comparison to other places in the area great storage..

Vee, the property manager, is the whole reason why I chose this storage facility. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and was extremely personable. The property was spotless and while showing me units she was also helping other patrons. This place definitely does not have the seedy vibes that I've gotten at all the other storage units I've used in the past.
