Safe and secure storage. The elevators make some scary noises, and the rent is very high.

Had a price locked in online. called because I couldn’t get it to go through and then they canceled it and they tried to charge me an additional price to re rent the same unit. I had documents stating the original price but they said there’s nothing they can do.
Good storage unit facility with friendly staff just make sure they don't incorrectly charge you.
My 1st visit to this Public Storage location in Canton, GA was one of the best I've ever had at any storage facility, and I've rented from MANY storage units over the past 10+ years. The main reason was the awesome manager, Denise! She was SO HELPFUL by showing me a unit I was interested in, and then, when I had issues with the automated contracting/rental agreements, Denise was nice enough to help me through all of them take my payment and get me storage space! Not only was Denise very professional and proficient with all of the administrative stuff, she was also a super-nice person who seemed to really care about my Public Storage experience being great! And it was! She was so awesome, and I felt very fortunate to have her on-site to help me
Went up on my storage space 40 dollars did not notified me of it .160 dollars just for a smallspacewhen it was 125 stay away from these people

It's an ok storage place but the prices are too high. In less than a year they raised the price of my unit twice and it's now unaffordable for long term storage for me. There were also two occasions where I drove by on my way to work at 4 am and the main doors were open to the units with no one there. I went to Prime Storage.

Cool experience renting a storage unit. Nobody is on site at this location; so you just go indoors , push the button and a video opens where you speak to a live person and complete your unit rental! Loved it!!

This has been probably the worst experience of my life with a storage unit. I have been in my unit for 1 year and 2 months. 7 months into my rental, the price was randomly increased by $30. Unfortunate and unnecessary but still cheaper than most. This month, my rent was increased by ANOTHER $75!! Why? The CEO of the company has a net worth of 23.5 MILLION dollars and the company is randomly and needlessly increasing rates left and right. There is no reason that I should be experiencing a 52% increase in rent for a years worth of loyalty. Especially after temperature damage in my "climate controlled" unit.
They disconnected my auto pay randomly.
AND when calling in to voice my concerns the rep repeatedly interrupted me, wouldn't let me speak, and offered a price decrease to $274.50. Last month I paid $230 for rent. It was raised to $305, and the best they were willing to offer was a $30.50 discount on the outrageous price increase. The excuse given to me by the rep is that they can only offer current move in rates. Yet The same size climate controlled unit is available online for $218.
I reached out to a chat representative due to the rudeness of the call center agent and he was honestly worse. Informing me prices are based on current market value while ignoring the fact that I could literally move out of my unit and into another one within the same company for nearly $100 less.
Do not use Public Storage. Customer service sucks. They don't care about you or your stuff. They will raise your prices.

Alex and Katherine were amazing. They helped a ton when I had to get two different units and then changed it all the next for a bigger one. Super friendly and made a stressful move a little less stressful.
