Just go find a storage elsewhere! I’m paying for a “climate-controlled” unit. The temperature has been almost as hot indoors as it is outside each time I’ve been there. When I chatted with an agent, they basically said in the agreement it says they don’t guarantee temperatures. If I wanted my things stored in sweltering hot weather, then I would have gotten an outside unit! I’ve had my unit for almost 5 months and they have sent me an email that my rate is going up. So I guess they can change the rate up whenever they’d like?! Bait and switch! I chose this storage company because of the rate that was advertised. I’m currently looking for another company to have my brother move my things. Such an inconvenience! They clearly read the reviews! If you notice they only respond to positive reviews and ignore the negative ones instead of trying to resolve the issues!

I have had a unit at this location since 12/31/22 I have went from paying $167 to $269 a month don’t go past the 6th because the will definitely put all these fees on your account and don’t hesitate to cut your lock and try to auction off your stuff. I called the corporate office for assistance as I have been going through a difficult time as a result of health issues I told them I paid my monthly rental plus late fees if the could please just waive the the auction fees and that lady told me no they don’t do that and then had the audacity to tell me can I pay them I said I don’t have a choice to find the money as my items are valued over what the fees are. I was told when someone called me I had till the 18th of Aug but them someone calls me on the 13th and says my stuff was going to be auctioned off the next day. Nobody ever answers the phone one day I went there nobody was there during normal business hours I had to call another location and they kept trying to reach the property manager then I find out the property manager was no longer working there and different people were being sent out to help with this property manager. I have never been so stressed out by this whole ordeal in my life having to deal with everything else going on. As soon as I can get help with moving my stuff to another facility I will be getting out of there because Public Storage has no human compassion for people who are going through a rough patch and have already loss so much during Covid to even work with their customers. The only thing I appreciate is the fact it’s a security location with temp control units other than that I can say anything good about this location and if you need to store stuff long or short term go somewhere else!!!!

Unsure why there are so many positive reviews. This location charged me for insurance that i never purchased, and has continued to charge me after I moved out on the set move out date. I am unable to contact anyone or get anyone on the phone but that did not stop them from repeatedly harrasing my with phone calls about when I was moving my things in and they even called to confirm the move out date which i adhered to. Avoid avoid avoid.

It had a pretty good place but we didn't understand not having 24 hour access and limiting your access for certain hours . Sorry but won't be using their services again.

My stepfather passed away so I very quickly had to get my parents things moved out of their home and into this storage unit. When I went to get a unit the alarm in the office was going off over and over and the man working there seemed so confused like he didn’t work there a lot and took forever to get me set up. He told me he set me up on autopay but a month later I was told my payment was late. I explained my situation to a woman that was working there and she showed no empathy for my situation and told me my request to waive the late fee would be denied. I sat in my car and called corporate and they were so kind and empathetic and quickly let me know that they’d be happy to waive the late fee for me. I don’t understand why I couldn't have received the same level of courtesy from the front desk staff at this location.

Man I rarely do bad reviews, but this is so disappointing. I’ve been at the storage facility since 2012, literally 9 years. From 5x10(2012 2 months for $45 increase to $55 before I got a bigger unit) to 10x10 (2013-2017 from $62-$84). I upgraded to 10x20 from 2017- current at a rate of $163-$311) I complain about my rates in 2020 of August when it was at $240. I got approve for a decrease to $210 for 11 months, then jumps back to $240 and now $311. I just gave up on asking because i barely can get an answer at times. I’m on autopay so I never miss a payment. Stay away. I’m trying to find another storage place now with better rates and I’m seeing 10x20 at other facilities going for average of $169 and some are other public storage and some are not.

Communication has been ok. I called 4 times in one day never got anyone and not call back. I finally got a call back and they were flexible on me rescheduling my appointment. I told them that I would come 930am Sun 24th, I am here along with another person, it is 948am, no one is here. I have so much to do I will probably leave @ 10a. 😐 Update, I received calls and apologies from them. They let me know what happened and have been very helpful.

I went to this location for my storage needs . First time trying it. I encountered Sabrina . Oh my. She was my Angel that day . Helped me with the process of getting a storage unit easily and quick . Definitely recommend. Thank you !!

I have been with this storage for 2 years through this tough pandemic and they have raised the rent by $50 every 6 months. After 2 years I asked them to consider lowering my rent and they won’t. I don’t know the owner who lives in this location but they are rarely open during office hours. This location has a poor availability and if every late they don’t waste any time to cut your lock. I would not recommend this storage company to anyone, there much better out there. UPDATE: I am giving them another star because since my complaint I have received assistance. I was discounted for 1 month of the year. And since going to pay my bill, some one has been present to hemp me.
