I drove 1hour in half to get my items out and I waited 30minutes to because she didn’t know how to used the system and she try to blamed on the computer not working. I’m then I let her know was coming back to get my stuff and she gave the wrong code to get in to the doors I wasted gas and time coming to a close doors since I couldn’t get in due to the wrong code. I call customer service and no help they didn’t find any account and they didn’t give me access to the building. I had to waste more time and gas coming back .👎👎👎👎👎Worst experience 👎👎👎I don’t recommend any public storage 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎‼️‼️‼️

Onika was so so helpful! I recommend everybody work with her. She got me the best rate in a great spot!
Because my payment is on auto pay I never looked at my storage bill. Come to find out this public storage facility “automatically” ups your monthly payment by 15 20% and they’ll do this more than once a year. If you do not keep track of it they will continue to up your monthly fee. At one point I was paying almost twice as much as my neighbor was paying for a smaller unit. My advice is always look at your monthly bill and complain if you get hit with one of those large increases. I can understand a 5% to 10% annual increase but not there 15-20% price increases

It was clean. The in/out is only one direction.
I had the worse experience at this public storage unit. No one is ever in the office to assist you and when you call and leave detailed messages they take days to contact you back. And don’t let me get started with the fees they charge you when you move out. I would stay away from this location if I were you, the employees are very unprofessional and rude.

The Public Storage on 2515 Cumberland parkway SE is a ripoff, rent at your own risk!!! I concur with another comment I just read earlier today, Public Storage gets you in with a low price (good business strategy) but raises the rate almost quarterly. My bill just about doubled within the year I was renting a unit. It got the the point where I was literally afraid to open my “upcoming bill” email due to the chance of the price being raised yet again. Imagine how helpless I felt while I was deployed for 6 months. I highly recommend driving down the road to Life Storage. Their rates are very reasonable and they also offer a military discount. Ps my couch was covered in ants and I found roaches on my belongings. That is unacceptable especially for the price point you they are charging. I will NEVER rent a unit from Public Storage again!!!
I seen a Publix worker say hi to a customer by name as she walked in. That impressed my heart!
Rates were reasonable at first, but just kept going up. Trying to move out, but while office says “open” no one present. People had to lug their things in and out without a trolley on a hot day. Hours are posted.
I called the 800 number to reserve a storage. I was very specific and clear about what I wanted/needed. I asked for a climate controlled location. After that call I was told my storage would be reAdy the next day for storing. The next day, I got to the storage to drop off my 1st load, and it was nothing like what I asked for. It was also dirty and had spider webs in it. I told the property manager about my concerns and was told that I would only get my money back for the lock, but they would keep the admin fee, and if I went to another location that I would have to pay another admin fee as well. Smh. I didn't move anything in the unit, and I didn't use the lock that they gave me. I am still upset about losing my money. It was only $30 but it's the principle of the matter. I will never recommend Public Storage neither will I use Public Storage for anything again.
