Tara is great
Lost the key to my unit and after several calls in to the property manager they let me know the process to open the locks takes places at the end of every month. They told me they would call when the lock smith was on site. When that day came they were not able to open the lock because the property manager failed to send me a release form for me to sign. I offered to go sign it in person however no one works on site in the office. I can see they opened other locks but mine was left alone and now for some reason no one will call me back. They were very attentive up until the missed opening the lock. I understand it’s my fault for losing my key but there isn’t really any help to open your unit once that has happened. I have no way of accessing my belongings. Terrible process, no one to speak with on the property and seems like now that they messed up they won’t even call their customer back. I’m hiring my own locksmith and canceling the unit.

Everything about this rental has been a problem. If you are in the facility after 9 pm, you are literally locked in and have to call an incredibly difficult to fine number to be let out, then you are chastised as if you were a child by text message and email for not leaving before closing time- as much as they are charging for these units, it should be accessible 24 hours a day, Then when I went to remove items, I found my things chewed up with mouse droppings. I will be removing my items as fast as I can. I definitely do not recommend this place.
Rent was late and they cut the lock off my unit and said they cut lock if your late. Other storage companies give you the courtesy. The managers name is Jeremy. I do not recommend this place if money is tight for u. They raised the monthly rent without notice as well.

Had this place for 4 years the raise the rent over and over so much so places with same size space are 60% less. Surprise they dont care
I was hesitant to book and pay all online, so when I called customer service, Jeremy answered all of my questions and made it very easy for me to reserve a unit. He even followed up a few days later to make sure my move into my unit went smoothly. The place is very clean and I like how you can't get through the gate unless you have a unit there. It made me feel safer since I was moving things into my unit by myself in the evening. I'm going to use them again in another location.

After hours of searching for a unit I was finally able to get what I needed from a woman, Tisha( I hope I spelled that right.)This woman was very knowledgeable about the dimensions of each unit. Asked what I was storing and suggested a perfect unit that would accommodate me. She quoted me a excellent price and I'm will be moving my stuff in tomorrow. I've been in there about one year and they have raised the price two times, from just over $100 to almost $300. Secondly, they recently raised the A/C temperature to over 80 degrees. Needless to say, I'm now going to have to move all my stuff to a new place

Im not familiar with the area and I'm terrible with directions but I spoke to Letty and she was very helpful and polite. I even changed the move in date to be earlier and she was super helpful in getting me in when I wanted. The place is very clean and well maintained. There's never anyone in the lobby now, the door is always locked, but the associate has been told to always be out on the property. If you call and leave a message, you're lucky if you get a response before 24/36 hours later.🥴

Clean, well managed and a responsive management team. I had an issue with my bill and called Leddy at the Fairbanks office. She worked with her corp office and had the issue resoved within a couple hours and promptly called me back to let me know - I highly recommend.
Went into the location today to get a quote due to me moving soon, met this nice young lady named Letty, she was very knowledgeable about all my storage needs for when I get ready to move, I will most definitely come back to rent here, she provided excellent customer service.

The management here is not the best. I had an urgent situation once where I needed to get in my unit before going out of town and the power was out for hours and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. It is very overpriced and not the most secure or clean. Extra Storage space is so much nicer and much cleaner/more secure.

Was paying my daughters bill with little information the local one transfered me to a billing center who helped find the account,took the payment,and waived the ectrs fee. Very patient, professional,,took quite awhile but she was pleasant the entire transaction. Told me of other options to paym A pleasure to speak to a REAL HUMAN!
