We have not had electricity or lights in our unit for at least six months. Multiple requests for service and no results. Only excuses.
Always a pleasure dealing with Public Storage. Jose has been especially friendly and helpful to me as s first time storage unit user. Jose has always been very fast and knowledgeable when I’ve run into any issues and has made it a easy and professional experience. Highly recommended!

Storage units are nice, clean, and easy to access. The customer service is horrendous. It was moving day for me paying movers by the hour and the lady at the front desk shut the door on me when i approached her to ask how to get my key. She tells me to come back at 930 and wont help me until then. I come back at 930 and doors are locked and no one is there. Waited 30 mins and still no one to help. Finally get customer service on the phone and find out the key is in the unit which is open. All the lady had to say when i asked is your key is in your unit. The rude attitude and slamming door in my face was so unecessary

Although the prices are high, they’ve kept my storage safe and damage free for 2 years. They have improved with their safety features and the facility is safe overall.

Do NOT rent a unit at this location. We have had MULTIPLE issues accessing our unit here. We have had previous positive experiences with the location on Fairbanks but this location is the worst. The elevator code reader is always breaking so the girl who runs the place just shuts the doors and locks up the stairwells so you cannot access your unit. She also closes the garage doors at 4pm almost every day because she likes to leave early, so you have to go through some side door. Yesterday was the second time that we had an event that we needed our supplies for that we keep within the unit, and we could not access it. This was 4pm in the afternoon. There were 3 other people there having the same frustration. Even the elevator repair guy couldn't access the elevator room to make a repair because the place was locked up and a ghost town.The office is closed for 'renovation' . We had to run around and purchase items we already own in order to pull off our event! We were panicked. It is a horrible feeling to not be able to access your belongings during normal business hours and never know if you're going to be able to get in or not. There are also only 3 flatbed carts, so if there are more than a couple people there you are out of luck. All around a terrible experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Drove from my new house over 100 miles away to empty my unit because they have raised the price too many times and they have no power to the doors, no power to the elevators and concrete dust everywhere.
Something is always broken, no power to the doors, no elevators. But the rents sure seems to make it to the top floor! I wish there was a zero stars for this place.
It really have wonderful people working for them who are a great help to customer like myself. 👍

Today was my first day needing a storage unit at last minute at that. Everything here was so quick and easy! Just what I needed! Missy was an absolute lifesaver the entire day! She helped me with everything I needed. I even ended up buying a few supplies while I was there thanks to her.
They raised my rate several months ago and are now offering the same sized units for two thirds the price but won't adjust my rate. Now I have to switch units in the same building to keep from getting ripped off further.
Very pleased with the excellent service Letty provided. I definitely recommend speaking with her for your storage needs.

She's extremely knowledgeable about the property but what highlights my experience was her fantastic customer service skills. I could not have been more impressed with Jeremy, the facility and the ease of operation of this Public Storage. Jeremy has the best customer service skills of anyone I have worked with in years. He showed me several units, he explained procedures clearly for renting space, he was extremely patient and called me when the size we needed became available. Shaquanna is the BEST!!! She made it super easy to open a storage unit. I came in the week before and talked to her about a 10x15. Came back week later and it was gone. She had a 7x10 open that I took just bc I need to get space. She said if anything comes up for a bigger unit I will call you and let you know. We got back down to the office and she looked at her sheets again and said you know I have this 10x10 but it is on this now list bc the lock is sort of tough to move. She said you can have it if you do not mind the lock being hard to move. She took me up to the unit and the lock was not even hard to move. Shaquanna really took care of me by getting me this 10x10 which is the perfect size for me. She is a PRO and really enjoyed the time with her getting the unit setup. She is a sweet. Looking forward to seeing her when I go to the unit to drop or get stuff out. Howie

Shaquanna took me to the unit that I had selected online. When I saw it I realized that it wasn’t big enough for me, so she helped me to find the right place for me to keep the amount of things I needed to keep in storage. She was so incredibly helpful and so kind and had a lot of patience with me since I didn’t really know what size unit I wanted at first. She guided me on what would help suit my needs.
It makes me feel good knowing my things will be safe here at this location and it’s easy to get to.

First off let me start off by saying the office was clean and smelled great!! I knew I wanted to rent from here! Then I met Shaquanna! She was absolutely amazing I mean really great with helping me find my unit! She didn’t have a small enough unit for me at her location but that didn’t stop her! She searched in my area and found the perfect space for me at a great price! She even walked me through the erental process! She has great energy and eagerness to helps others she’s going to go far with this company I can tell! I wish I could give her 100000000 ⭐️’s but I guess this 5 star will do of now! We need more Shaquanna’s in this world!!
Ms. Q was absolutely amazing. The expectation when utilizing this type of service is that you'll get bare minimum courtesy and assistance. Ms. Q blew me away with her friendly demeanor, willingness to assist and direct me in my time of need. If she isn't already, promote her to a senior management position. We have furniture in storage here for a few months and when we went to clean it out EVERYTHING was water damaged. Furniture had to be thrown away.
The response from the manager was “that’s not our fault” and she refused to help us
Their building maintenance is non existent.

I had to get a storage unit to keep the belongings of my dad who passed away unexpectedly. this property is close to my home so I tried here first before anywhere else. From the moment I walked in, Deanna went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, showed me to my unit so I wouldn’t get lost(lol), and was absolutely amazing and kind.
