I had a great customer service experience with the guy on duty at the John Young Pkwy location today. Very friendly and a great problem solver. I came in because I had reserved & paid for the wrong size unit online. There were a few steps to go through and he said he’s fairly new to the job and was still learning on the computer system. He figured it all out quickly, was friendly, offered to walk me to the space to view, explained the hours and other policies. I was happy to get a small unit that was accessible by drive up, and the guy that helped me was super nice. The location is also very convenient.
Excellent customer service from Desiree and Chere. Both ladies were patient and helpful in assisting me.

Well the people on the phone at the main phone number we're very nice and very helpful, the individual at the location I called was not helpful, and very short with me. Constantly complaining that she's new and doesn't know the area, therefore just giving me I don't know answers. When I arrived at my unit, it was still very dirty inside. Considering Public Storage has the highest rates, the unit was.
Desiree was the most helpful person I ever met very hands on and attentive she definitely deserves to be awarded based on her personality and helpfulness alone ..thank u a lot for your help

Poor management hands down!
Let me begin to say this… in March 2023, I spoke to “customer service” as they’ve asked for payment since my storage increased, I have notified the rep on the phone my verbal notice that I will be vacating at the end of the month!
And my son went there and cleared the 5x5 unit on the weekend. No big deal- (he left the lock on there)
I called the following week to follow up that the unit is cleared out and then was told the lock was on there (of course the unit has been emptied) and was told I still needed to pay?
I don’t think so! I’ve already notified the rep on my call the month before. PLEASE check the recording for quality assurance!
I go back to the establishment and the guy at the front desk didn’t know how to handle my situation but to tell me there’s nothing he could do as he checked the unit and has been emptied. There was NO manager to get back to me at the office or NO callback whatsoever and that was in April.
I received a notice in the mail from a collections agency with the amount of $91.16!
How rude!
Please don’t ever do business with this establishment. I will make sure to notify everyone in my network NOT TO ever do business with this place! Disgusting.

Every time i come, I am greeted with a smile even a welcome in hand wave from inside while i'm driving through the gate! Desiree is awesome, so nice and every time I come in she's smiling. She already knows that if I park before coming in the gate that I need to use the restroom and opens it for me before I even get in the office😂. The restroom is always clean and so is the rest of the facility. And I like that they notify us when a hurricane is coming and that they will be closed! Excellent service.
I wouldn't recommend establishment. The Roaches and rat droppings I had already been anticipating and Begrudgingly accepted just based on it being an outdoor & not temperature controlled in Florid - So my two star rating. Isn't necessarily for the cleanliness. Or pest control. it's almost entirely
Based on the service of The staff. They have a main front office that they at rarely at and if you try to call for assistance they Never answer. Overall, have an Off putting vibe.

Leaky, moldy units that will ruin your stored items. Units listed as 10x10 are 8.5x9. Look before you rent. All new customers receive better prices than old customers. Plus you'll still be charged a full month even if you move out on first of the month, regardless of how many thousands of dollars you've already paid. Absolutely awful customer service on top of that. Corporate: everything you're doing is wrong on every level.
This public storage is great all the way down to the the office mange ms. D is so nice and helpful and i will most definitely return anytime i need you thank you.
placed me into collections after I moved out of my unit , cleaned and swept it out plus giving prior notice for nearly $1000 dollars (my monthly rent was a little over $200 a month before ballooning to over $800 with monthly increases in rental fees.
They're contracts aren't worth the paper its printed on.

So today is the first time im using this Public Storage, usually I use the one that us less than a mile away from this one. The first thing I noticed is the parking lot was way bigger which is awesome because I have found it hard to park at the other. Before I arrived I called the csr answered immediately whivh is also great because when calling the other one its a hit or miss. My csr was Laron and he was friendly and efficient the process was quick and im already done. He did ask about boxes etc but did not press me or upsell. Honestly thought i booked at the other one but glad it was this one.Bonus right inside the same spot as a superWalmart

I have been a tenant numerous units in this facility for nearly 30 years through several different management changes and your current management team and staff is by far the best even though all are good in fact I met a newer asset to your company Maximillion absolutely fantastic knowledgeable thoughtful professional and cats are not only with giving me good advice but also looking out for the company where it was a win-win and I very much appreciate it search one make sure that I am right across we’re gonna good job if it’s all these kept need to clean everything is generally in good working order and the staff is very pleasant and attentive
