The elevators are out of service so you have to go up and down the stairs! Only one dolly available. Asked to see if I could get a dolly at the front desk but they said they didn’t know where all the dolly were at. I left my storage completely sweaty bc I had to move my things by hand and I am all the way in the back. Unacceptable there should be plenty of dollies.

Aimee, Is sent from heaven and I’m not joking. I came in in the midst of frustration and a rain storm outside, she calmed me down through all that mess and helped me out in such a timely manner(no kidding) she answered my questions and even gave me insight on things I had no knowledge of being a first time storage user. This is our first time renting a storage unit. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted by Mia. She was personable, very helpful and took us to view the different size units. She explained how the storage units work, how they are billed, how to access the gates with the app and more. Since our rental we have encountered her on several of our visits and has greeted us and offered her assistance. She usually works alone and is always busy cleaning when not needed at the office. She is a loyal and productive employee and an asset to this location.

Literally STUCK here right now. No emergency number to contact. We didn’t realize the time while we were organizing our things in the unit, went to go leave and it tells you it’s after hours and to call a number to open the gate. IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK. We had to call the police for help. Completely ridiculous that they have no way to contact an actual person in a situation like this.

I’ve been using public storage for years and I’ve never had any issues until recently when corporate increased my rent tremendously. That being said, the staff is amazing. Between Aimee and chainy, they’ll take care of you and make it almost worth paying the price.
I was recently in there to transfer my unit (it’s currently cheaper to get a bigger unit) and their system was down…with most places, the employees would have a detached “there’s nothing I can do” mentality, but not these two! When I tell you, these ladies were working OVERTIME to get things done. I felt so bad for them, but yet so impressed at how professional and calm they handled themselves. I seriously think Aimee deserves a raise!

I arrived at Public Storage at 4:16pm and they were closing at 5pm. Aimee acknowledged us the moment we walked in. Once I told her what I wanted to do, she took over! Aimee showed us 3 units, shared information about each unit, and walked us back to the office. She did all that and completed the entire transfer from our current unit to the exact one we needed in approximately 22 minutes. What a pleasure it was to be assisted by Aimee—someone who’s knowledgeable, kind, and emphasizes with her customers! Yes, we moved everything out of one unit and into our new unit in 1 1/2 hrs.

I was very frustrated with the rental process at Public Storage until I met Aimee this morning. I won’t bore everyone with all of the details but I could not execute an “e-rental” transaction because apparently my unit was ineligible for this? I contacted customer service and was transferred no less than four different times to speak with one confused person after another…. the last person I spoke with insisted that I drive to my local Public Storage to complete the transaction. From the the moment I spoke with Aimee on the phone, she presented a very positive and professional demeanor. She informed me that she could not execute the transaction from her store but insisted that she would figure it out on my behalf and asked me to stop in to her store location. After Aimee herself was passed around to several different people inside of the Public Storage bureaucracy, she finally arrived at a solution and I have my reservation :). Thank you very much ma’am for making what began as a nightmare of an experience into a positive review worth writing.

Therefore I traveled to the Jog Road location and the store was closed however the manager was still in the office getting ready to leave and she let me know that the store was closed but out of the kindness of her heart. I had my furnishings there for 14 months until my home was ready. The location is perfect, the building is new with excellent air conditioning. Place is immaculately clean thanks to Amiee and Meaghan which you always see cleaning. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

The people at Public Storage are not complying with policy and procedure for the customers and are actually breaking the law. There's isn't use allowed of the dumpster for customer trash removal, it's kept locked and lids closed. The sign on the dumpster says no illegal dumping. The outlets are not for customer use I was told by an employee which they clearly are and per policy are for the customers. There is only one water spout intentionally working right in front of the office, only. Lastly, there aren't lights in the North and South direction hallways.
Marissa and Meaghen both helped me find the perfect storage and both provided wonderful customer service. The storage building was very clean and well maintained, I switched from Extra Space storage to Publix Storage and all my needs were met. Excellent job Public Storage.
