Zogisle was fabulous to work with and we had no problem ever! Just a heads up every three months they reassess your unit pricing and ours increased $70 after the second re-assessment and remained higher the second half of the year.

He is hilarious and very personal with professionalism!!!!

Because of the location, I was a tenant here last year while moving to Tampa from Sarasota! I am now in the process of moving back to Sarasota, so there was no question that I would return to the facility! It is very clean, safe & secure - and Zogisle is the best!!

We have recently relocated to Sarasota, Florida. I want to share our fantastic experience with Zogisle, who works at Public Storage. From the moment we entered, Zogisle was incredibly friendly and well-versed in the storage facility and its various units. After exploring a few options, we settled on a unit that perfectly suited our requirements.

Zogisle is amazing! The facilities are always clean as are the bathrooms! I love that I can fill up my water whenever I stop by on the 1st floor. Would highly recommend this location. I travel 30 minutes because I enjoy it being right off the highway and Zogisle is always so helpful!! Unfortunately I don’t need my unit anymore but should I need one again, he’s my guy!!

We had to rent a unit on short notice and realized when we got there that we needed a bigger unit. Zogisle helped us get sorted out very quickly! Super nice guy, great sense of humor and really helpful person. The facility is the best Public Storage we've ever seen! (Sadly had to use a couple over the years) The enclosed loading dock rocks! The units are a few years old but the facility is very well maintained and spotless. The units even have carpet! Totally unexpected but really nice to have. Thanks Zogisle and thanks whoever built this facility. Top marks on all counts!!

Zogisle (the Property manager ) was fantastic and this facility is one of the cleanest Public Storage facilities we have ever used! Zogisle was so helpful when we realized the unit we rented was not going to be big enough and he helped us find another bigger unit on the spot. Not only was he helpful, but he is very kind and has a great personality too! We would highly recommend the use of this location, for many reasons - Including Zogisle, the cleanliness, the loading dock area, and the overall features of the building!!! Great place! After several visits and great experiences with Zogisle...it's finally time to share my opinion. The security and cleanliness of the common areas is why I continue to use this location. The restrooms have always been immaculate, the entry and elevators are always clean. The moving carts are always available when I need them. But the reason for this review to highlight the customer service I received. Zogisle was walking out after hours and saw me irritated. As always he greeted me but after seeing I was having issues he took his time to turn around and log back in to his computer to retrieve my code for me. He could have kept his head down and walk past me knowing his work day was over. I appreciate that he didn't. This was impressive. Thank you Zogisle.

Buyer beware! In 18 months almost a 100% rent increase. The increases are greater than 10% each time occurring like clockwork every six months. They’ve got you — who wants to move your stuff that often? Infuriating business model.

I'm thankful to find a storage facility that is diligently managed, clean, brightly lit, safe and efficiently designed with 3 garage sheltered lanes to unload right at the elevators. Zõgisle is warm and welcoming He showed me how to use the app to access everything I'd need. I forgot to buy mattress bags, and he had every size in the storefront. He has other packing and storage supplies as well. This is a photo of How bright and clean my new storage unit is! There are at least 6 large handcarts available for use that make fewer trips easy.

First off, avoid this place! Rat droppings and fleas in this place!! We got rid of all our furniture. And secondly…This location is predatory and low class. The day we went to give the keys back and close the account, the person that was supposed to be in the office was late and not there. We handed it to them when they were available after settling in later that week and being in contact. This is their own problem. They charged extra and sent it to collections instead. Like some shady losers. It’s ok though. My wife’s credit is what we use to not have to pay stuff like this at all. We will dispute and win like always :) enjoy your trash biz poor owner

The indoor options are great for this Florida heat but the prices could be a lot better! Especially for longer term storage options. Overall it's decent but the new customer deal is what drew me in. UPDATE: I've had a unit here now for over a year and the already outrageous price has went up twice for a total of a $43 increase and I have found equally if not better facilities that are literally ⅓ of the price so I will be closing out my unit without a doubt and I highly recommend to anyone needing a storage unit to shop around before deciding on any certain facility! UPDATE: I have now closed out my unit and during the week long process I tried getting ahold of the store manager but she never returned either of my 2 voice-mails but I used the app to choose my move-out date which was 7 days in advance and with the already outrageous price of the unit I expected some sort of prorated refund since I only used ⅓ of the month but nope! They care nothing at all about the consumer and just want their money so I called in to make a formal complaint and spoke to an escalations agent by the name of Alfred which literally was the most uncaring and unconcerned escalations agent I have ever spoken with and I am literally an escalations agent myself! He wouldn't last one week at my employer but that's besides the point! He pretty much just blamed me for not reading the contract and had a snarky response for everything I said even though I was being very respectful due to the fact that it's not like he made the policies! Even after looking online and reading that Public Storage is known for working with consumers at getting some of their money back for leaving early that is complete lies because there was no attempt to talk it over and the store manager still has yet to return my calls after leaving a 3rd message today! Public Storage is consumer driven yet care nothing about the consumer and only their money since it's completely clear that my unit will be rented asap and they will be making money off of it while my paid month is still in their pocket! I will never again consider using a Public Storage ever again in my life and will also make it aware to those that I suggested it to that they should get a new unit where the place actually cares about the consumer and has great customer service as well as much lower prices! I am completely disappointed and would recommend anyone thinking of using Public Storage to think otherwise!! This is how they treat a consumer that has paid every payment on time for almost 2 years!!! And all these reviews about the manager sound amazing but I have never met this guy in all the times I've been there and have only been provided with a women's number to call when asking for the manager's contact info so idk about that but he sounds great, just never seen him at all!

This is a dramatic and appreciated upgrade from another area storage company. This facility has super convenient multi bay garage entry, an abundance of carts, and elevators just a few steps from your vehicle. It is sparkling clean, looks new, and has carpeted storage unit floors. Also, the temperature in the facility was noticeably comfortable, which was not the case with the previous storage company experience All of these features are reason enough to move to this facility, but Yogisle, the manager of this 6415 Initiative Blvd location, is so friendly and downright helpful, not to mention amusing, that you want to thank your lucky stars for moving here, to enjoy his friendship and support !! The whole experience is so positive, that it is not exaggeration to say that it transcends conventional, normal storage unit experience. This is something new : Concierge Storage !!! Many thanks Zogisle !!!

He put down orange cones to save me a space when full. Recommend local restaurants within walking distance. Hawaiian Wow Wow is recommended for their Acai' bowls, smoothies,, wraps and varieties of lemonade. This is my first experience with a storage unit and I would highly recommend. Air conditioned and pull carts, easy access. I was really impressed!

This has been a great experiene. Meeting the manager was a first great step. First he was like a host welcoming my husband and I and giving us a tour . He then went over the boxes a other packing supplies . It was like making a new friend.

Zogisle is the best! Worked with him twice and he couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly with a positive attitude, unlike a certain lady who works there and has been less than helpful and had a surly attitude.

Overall this location is great. The office staff, especially Zogisle, is awesome and is always willing to help. My only complaint is that customers are allowed to park their cars inside the bays and go to their units for extended periods of time. There are only 3 bays and they should be for loading and unloading only.

Highly disappointed, I’ve stored my things here for the past few months my locks were cut and someone wire tagged my unit and got in it obviously. My daughters 400.00 stroller is gone . The girl working the counter told me “ you don’t have our insurance , your gonna have to go through your homeowners insurance and the property manager is not available till next week “ … had my locks not been cut not a soul would have been in my unit . I WANT ANSWERS. I take pictures when I leave my unit Also

Everything was good till I walked in and the elevators were broke not one but both of them. Some guys from Wisconsin own the place so they dont care. Thats what ive been told by the the workers.

What a pleasure from my arrival to now finished up with my move. The facility is very clean and the manager Zogisle was great. Took his time and farmilrized with the property. I feel like I made a friend. He is very nice and very funny with a great personality. Be sure to ask for him.

I needed quick help in getting a storage unit before my movers arrived. A friend suggested this first rate facility and I was very impressed. The physical plant was new, clean, and well kept, but my recommendation is focused on the property manager. He was very smart and helpful. He helped with IT issues I had trouble with and took a real interest in my needs. I strongly recommend that a one needing storage space in the Sarasota area, head for Initiative Blvd and ask for Zogisle!

The staff there has gone above and beyond any of my expectations and helping us get moved in... they where very polite, professional, accommodating and most importantly responsive. We recently moved out and again the staff went above and beyond to help us, incredible staff ! They were just as friendly and professional to us when moving out as they were when we were moving in !

This is a brand new facility, with an awesome staff. Christina assisted with my new unit. We had a couple of hiccups, but she handled everything professionally, timely and friendly.
