The facility and the customer service representative were good. My only issue is if they are going to charge the amount of monies the loading dock that the customers use on the back needs to be well lit. It is pitch black and unsafe for anyone back there once it gets dark.

This has been a horrible experience. I was charged 250.00 for leaving an item. I went back and removed the item and it took 2 and a half weeks to get the money refunded. And a week later I was harged the 250.00 again. They set the 250.00 up for reoccurring payments. I called 10/3 at 2:08 and spoke to an agent who purposely hung on me after placing me on hold when explaining the situation. The. All ended at 2:20pm est. I called back and I spoke to Joanna a supervisor who resolved the issue for me. It has been a mission being with this storage unit.
I did my contract online for my storage. When I came to the office no one was in the office! I’d call and no one would answer! It was like playing phone tag!! When it was time to move my stuff in with my movers I had to gain access through the app and figure out where my storage was by using the diagram just to find my lock on the floor in the unit.
I was clearing one storage out to consolidate because the price was $135 for a 10 x 5 and $266 for a 10x 10!! I placed some things outside to have a pick up take them to the dump! They called and left messages with an attitude threatening to charge $750
Let’s not forget payment is due on the 1st of the month! I cleared my smallest storage before 12pm and they are still trying to charge me because I used the gate code to enter! BUT I used the APP on my PHONE to enter and it’s registered under BOTH storage units! So because the APP doesn’t let you select which code to use I still have to pay! Then had the audacity to ask me did I still want to close it! Why would I close out the storage unit and still have to pay the FULL amount!? That essentially presents as a gain by paying and then allowing someone else to be able to rent it on the same month I had to pay!!??
Dian and Tameka are awesome! They were super helpful, attentive and explained the in and outs of renting here and as this is my first time doing any storage rental, she made it a great experience all around. Overall I'm thoroughly pleased.

In May I needed to obtain a storage unit that was economical. I searched until I came to Dian at Public Storage in Miramar. On Friday May 3rd, 2024, she stayed late to ensure I saw the unit that was available and the right size I needed, and IT WAS PERFECT! Technical difficulties we did not complete the sign up so I told her its late let's complete tomorrow May 4th, 2024, I will be back when you open at 9am. When I didn't arrive, she called me an hour afterwards to m. When I arrived, she checked and double checked to ensure I had everything needed to gain access. On MONDAY May 26th, 2024, I received a call from DIAN to say I had not locked my unit properly. I WAS pleasantly surprised she called on a MEMORIAL DAY and quickly checked my unit. DIAN HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SHE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! MLC

I was given a walkthrough of the units space and tour of my exact unit and she soothed all worries about my belongings fitting in the 5x15. Place was good at the beginning with price and easy of use, now the AC inside idk if it is broken but is superhot inside, second the carts you have to wait to use it becuase they have 4 only, and 2 of them the tires are done. From all the money they generate cant even have more properly working carts and have the AC on at all times. Management is lazy.

Gated entrance with easy access through the app for the tech savvy. I've only seen 2 moving carts that are normally being used all the time, so I recommend you have your own cart. Other than that the registration was easy online and everything was completed with no hassles.

FILTH ! Never any Dollie’s that are operable available for customers, AC almost never is working, bathrooms look like construction site porta potties, no one is ever at the front desk, entryway is always blocked with old furniture, junk & miscellaneous items, nails all over the parking lot and to top it off $400+ for a 10x10 unit.
Please go elsewhere. This place is trash

Great customer service
Moving is never easy. Physically, mentally and especially financially. So when I arrived at the facility say about an hour after my scheduled time, the attendant was on break. I waited patiently because Diane gave me a courtesy call after my scheduled appointment time. As soon as Diane arrived, she immediately checked me in. Her attitude was so chill, relaxed and polite that it helped me to relax. Diane made an extra effort to accommodate me from having to walk too far. The facility itself was clean. There were some eye sore abandoned furniture left outside the loading area by careless occupants which Diane did ask for pardon. Besides that, the process was smooth and upon my return, the abandoned furniture was removed.

The WORST public storage facility ! There is never anyone available at the front desk the front doors are always locked. I have came here about 4 different occasions during they’re operating hours which online it says 9:30-6pm. There is never anyone to assist me with questions ? Is this self operations ? I don’t understand the point of the desks & supplies u can purchase inside if there is never anyone in here !!!
