I was searching the area for a storage facility since we recently moved to Florida. We don't need something right now, but because of the top notch customer service we received from Keigan (Property Manager), we will be back once we make our decision.
I've worked customer service all my life and appreciate it when I find someone who cares about their job, because it truly shows. Very helpful and professional!

I would recommend you advise corporate people to transfer to the local office when requested - if i wanted to talk to corporate, I would have dialed them instead of the local office

We have used multiple storage facilities over the years, but this is hands down our new favorite! The facility is incredibly clean, well lit, lots of security features and easy in/out. Covered loading unloading to protect from sun/rain. Quality flatbeds, well placed elevators and easy to use, top security unit locks. Debbie, the property manager, is AMAZING. She is knowledgable, sweet, kind, so helpful and a total joy to work with. She went above and beyond helping us figure out our needs, finding boxes and covers to protect the items we are storing and choosing correct units. We HIGHLY recommend Public Storage Osprey. Talk to Debbie, you’ll be just as impressed as we were.

This facility and property is Super Clean. It is well maintained and built well. Debbie, the manager at this facility is very friendly, caring and a great listener. After the recent Hurricane Ian, I had some issues at a Different storage company and Simply Self Storage went out of their way to assist me. Their (Simply Self Storage) facility stood strong and weathered the storm (+++). As anyone customer knows, or will know, you want to feel that your stuff is safe, secure and WATCHED. Debbie and the company will make sure of that. One feels relaxed at this company.

I have had several different sized units since the building first opened. I honestly can't think of anything to complain about. Debbie has been a wonderful long term manager. She is pleasant and accommodating. Always addresses me by name even when months have passed between my visits. The building is always clean, air conditioned and the lighting is always in working order. I have never worried about the safety or security of my belongs or of my own personal safety when on the property as they seem to have more than adequate measures in place to protect both. Super disappointed in this place. It is very clean and the people seemed really professional. However, when we attempted booking online, the unit went into a reserved status before offering the contract for signature. Upon reading the contract, we noted it states that you cannot store goods for a value of more than $2000, even if you have your own insurance coverage. There is no way around this. Since we plan to store a lot, that seemed insane. We found another storage facility has the same contract clause so it may be a Florida thing. What is unacceptable here, is that even though we stopped and did not sign the contract, and called the facility immediately, they refused to "cancel" the lease. The lease doesn't exist and there is no contract. It's inexplicable. After a week, the charge did go through for that and a lock that we never received. We are disputing the charge and engaging an attorney on principal. It is literally an illegal action to assume there is a lease without a signature. I wish their online software had offered the lease document first, or that the lease agreement allowed us to waive their responsibility. However, it clearly states that you are violating the agreement if you store more than $2000 of value. Some furniture and china and clothes will exceed that in no time. Shame.

It is accessible for a semi tractor trailer moving truck with covered loading/unloading area to protect from the weather. Debi the manager is extremely knowledgeable and showed us the perfect size unit. With her positive attitude, efficiency and overall outstanding customer service she made the entire process very easy.

Great location, clean place but the best part was the wonderful manager, Debbie. She was always so helpful. I often had supplies delivered to the storage area and when I would arrive to move them into the storage area she would make sure to prop the door open for me and was always so helpful.
