Pine Castle Public Storage is a convenient location to find great self storage options for folks just south of downtown Orlando.
Situated on the north side of Oak Ridge Road just west of Orange Avenue, this facility is right off of Highway 441 or State Road 528, and a short drive from Interstate 4 or Florida's Turnpike.
At this location, customers will find a large selection of drive-up, outdoor storage units ranging from small to large. There are also rental spaces for vehicle storage, as well as boat and RV storage, with some enclosed, covered parking options for motorcycles, cars, trucks or SUVs.
One block away from Lake Mary Jess and about a mile west from Lake Conway, a 5x5 storage unit at this location is an ideal place to keep outdoor gear and recreational gear, including hiking boots, backpacks and fishing equipment.
A 5x10 storage unit can bicycles, while a 10x20 storage unit can accommodate canoes, kayaks or paddleboards too, for all kinds of outdoor fun.

The quickest and easiest process to secure a parking space for my boat! I met with the manager Jordan who was very knowledgable about the property and keeping it clean as well and security was a priority for them. Best Public Storage in Orlando
I was in a jam today and needed a bigger space and Jordan came to the rescue and saved the day!! He went above and beyond to help us with getting a bigger size when we were thinking about leaving and I am very grateful he was here today to help us get the right size unit.
While I was waiting and completing the rental over the phone for another location the manager Jordan came out to assist me and get me set up at this location and was extremely helpful and willing to rent his very last space to me for my RV. I felt the place very secure and protected and would recommend it for anyone!!

Jordan was very helpful with me moving in today. He answered all my questions and was able to get me a great price for the size that I needed. I have used the facility before and always enjoy coming back because he is the manager here. The property is always kept clean and he always is able to assist me, always a great experience when he’s at the property!!
I’ve got to say.. I don’t really leave any reviews but the manager of this location deserves his praises!! His customer service is honestly outstanding, he was very straightforward with me from the beginning and helped me secure unit for all of my personal belongings during my move.
I have even witnessed him going above and beyond for this company as he answers for other stores as well, he was getting calls non stop from other stores while I was there getting my unit (seems like he’s the only they can call..). Jordan even calls me before I get a late payment so I can come get in and handle my account before I get hit with the late fees! ( I promise to be better Jordan!!).
I can strongly say that if you need to rent in any location please visit this location as the manager here will take very good care of you and your valuable items!

Customer service is extremely rude. They don’t give you an opportunity to talk, and as soon as they think you’re about to end the car, they say thank you for calling and hang out before they even finish their exit/closing statement.

Es el lugar más malo que he visto en la vida no tiene consideración con las personas y cliente sin havisarte ni darte un plazo de al menos dos meses te venden las cosas no lo recomiendo que pongan nada en este lugar es lo más malo que hay como almacenamiento en todo los estados unidos a parte de eso tiene una targeta en pagos automático y por un mes nadama que uno no estava estava de viaje te venden las cosas sin tu permiso para mi es el lugar menos seguros para tus cosas con tremenda calor sin seguridad sin cámara señores hágame caso este es el lugar menos recomendado para poner tus casa si las quieres perder pues póngala aquí si las quiere conservar no las ponga
