Alert alert Rat infestation, do not do not rent this storage if you do not want your stuff to be damaged. I rented this storage unit for 4 month . All my stuff got damaged they have very bad Rat infestation I have urine and fears all over my stuff and everything got chewed up by the Rats . I have videos and pictures of my stuff plus videos of the storage with rat feeds and urine on the floor. They also forged my name on a cheap insurance that only pays you 250.00 . My damage was over 5,000. 00 and they refuse to pay my stuff .

Disgusting!!! The storage units are infested with roaches, rats, and who knows what else. But when I say infested I mean floating in the grossest things you can imagine. I stored there for 1 month and a half, and a week later I'm still cleaning rat turds, roaches, and droppings of who knows what animals. Do not store your items there even if they give you a free month. It's a trap.

I honestly didn’t have anywhere else to put my belongings and this was the only available place! I knew I wasn’t coming back to get my things after the smell of the storage hit my nose! I knew it was over with!
I was planning to write a detailed review, but I strongly advise against it. We experienced a severe roach infestation that caused damage to all of our belongings. Regardless of being an outside facility, it is imperative for the management to uphold property maintenance and ensure effective pest control. Residents are paying substantial amounts of money and should not have to endure such detrimental experiences.

I helped someone move from there 3 weeks ago and the unit was completely destroyed by Rats and Roaches and water damage, They even charged her for an empty unit after the Fact that she told them the move out date and was dealing with the manager about the losses they Incurred shit show place..They even have people living in the units, clothing all hanging out on the floor… not sure who is putting all these positive reviews.. but good lord.. find a more respectable place.
Well I have to say my experience has been nothing but full of heartache and loss. As single parent I went through financial hardship and had to move in with my parents. I rented a unit here with all my furniture, personal belongings and my childrens belongings. Payed 367 dollars a month for 1 year and half. Last month I was able to afford my own place again. When I went to pick up my things all my things were garbage. I lost everything to RAT infestation and water damage. Imagine losing prices less things like your children’s baby albums and etc. to this day property management has not called me. I of course did claim. I spoke to representative who claimed they would refund me my last 2 months late fee. Never happened. Gave them my move out date for them to charge me 367 for sept. So as if I haven’t went through enough living in empty apt and dealing this what they do. Not to mention when I called about the rent for sept I was told that doesn’t matter. This place has done nothing but continue to cause hurt tears for my family and disregard us as if we are nothing. I hope no one EVER goes through what my family is going through. What was supposed to be happy time has become so disappointing. This is just small peek of damages

I am very dissatisfied with this company and this property at the moment because you know I rented my storage place back in December okay the standard rate was 149 I got it at a discount price for a period of 3 months okay now after that 3 months now instead of going up to the standard rate $149 they want to go up to $180 which is not the standard rate and then when I talk to the property management and people at this property they say well the standard rate for this unit is almost $300 and I'm like no it's not the standard rate is $149 cuz it's here on my paperwork so they're trying to go up on me now every 3 months until they hit the $300 mark and say that's the standard rate instead of going what by what's on my paperwork and what everything boiled down to the the standard rate is 149 I don't know where they get an extra $160 on top $149 of that at but that's not happening so needless to say this goes in effect in April needless to say this organization public storage and this property of public storage will be losing my business currently for the rest of my life they will no longer have my business

Rented a storage unit the end of Sept 2023 - Dec 2023, during that time my things were eaten by RATS...clothes as well as my furtinure...this place is obviously infested...it really do not disturb the 1 star....but one good part, the customer service person was very friendly on the room in day.

I was told that if I wanted to come into the office I could. I went there twice to try to see the size of the storage in person but nobody was there. I called the number on the door and was told that no one was available for me to see what my reserved storage looked like before purchasing. I wanted a 10x10 but since it didn't have climate control I got the 5x15 since the 10x15 was going to be waaaaay to big. The 5x15 did fit most of my stuff but I ended up having to decide to toss out my mattresses since it couldn't fit. If I had to get the 10x15, I would've gotten it. Just wish I had a choice before having to toss my bed away.

Prices are a bit high for space to store but for short term it's okay!
Had a great experience storing my things here. Shela the property manager is kind and helpful and I knew once I met her that my items were in good hands. She was very communicative throughout my rental. I only deducted one star because my unit had a hole in the roof so I experienced water damage to some of my items, which is out of her control.
Traveled from out of state asked for 10am meeting, went perfect

Horrible experience. I rented today a 10x15 unit, with truck full of stuff around 3pm. When I arrived to my unit there was a decomposing rat in the middle of the unit and back lock was busted. I spent 2 hrs on the phone talked to 9 people and I was not able to be moved to another unit. I ended up renting with another company and getting a refund. No regards that we drove 45 minutes to this place and I had a truck fullof stuff. Will never rent from Public storage. I will try to upload photos and video.

Nobody should ever come to this storage the customer service is So bad the whole staff has attitudes and please don't get any insurance from this place because my stuff got damaged from the rain all of my belongings we're wet and when I called to get the claim nobody answered the phone for 3 weeks straight so I bet it's not a legit number till this day nobody has called about my claim after reaching out to everyone about it so please don't go to this location
