This Orlando Public Storage is nestled in between McCoy Road and State Road 528 just east of Orange Avenue, offering cheap self storage units to customers on the west side of Orlando International Airport.
This location is a quick drive off of State Road 482, Highway 441 and Florida's Turnpike, making it a perfect storage spot for residents near Boggy Creek, Southport, Belle Isle and Taft.

This is the greatest storage place ever. I had extra space storage for 5 years until moving and thought they were great but public storage is waaaay more affordable and convenient. UPDATE: Rental agreement will note monthly rate can go up with a (1) month notice. After 5 months of renting a 5' x 15' unit, the monthly rate went up 40%. Keep in mind when choosing which storage company to use.

First of all, 5 stars to Marisol for helping me figure out my access after weeks of issues getting in. She got it all fixed for me! And 5 stars to Q for getting my account access working for the first time since renting. Thank you both very much!
As for the units, they're clean enough and work well. It's safe so far and no complaints there. The only reason to knock the star down was for the app and website functionality. I wish it were more professionally created and maintained. Having to have a manager in the building reset the access online is a lot to put on them, in my opinion. But overall, very happy.
This Storage facility is managed by Ms. Marisol is really excellent. Ms. Marisol was very helpful and explained the contracts and prices. She ,I believe, exceeds company standards in service. She even assisted us with a vehicle problem. Thank you, Marisol, for your kindness.

Best experience I've ever had with a storage unit, I came all the way down from Michigan to help clear out my mom's old storage unit since she moved up to help me and my wife with our first baby.
Not only did Marisol give me free water bottles when I was expecting to pay for it, but she went above and beyond to help me get rid of the last couple things that I couldn't fit in the moving van.
Not enough people that care for the customer that much these days, but this place is definitely an exception!

The worse place ever. They take your money, tell you , you have some ridiculous back pay hold you things even though you show them prove you pay them and they took the money and when is time to clear your account it takes forever won't let you get your things after they see everything is mess up in there part , I have them even talk to my bank confirm with them that I was clear and they still want me to pay for charges that are irrelevant to me. Even Willi to pay for the month that it has been taken for them to clear everything and still they won't aloud me to take my personal things so I don't have to deal with this place any longer. Worse place ever. Don't put your belongings there!!! Horrible stressful experience

The worst. I have never seen a more unprofessional storage establishment. I started my agreement at a specific rate and since January it has increased 3x without notice. Not to mention I was never sent the code for indoor access to my unit and had to pay additional fees due to the inconvenience while waiting for a response back. I had to wait until a random stranger came and could open the unit. I called and complained several times and only received one credit instead of honoring my initial rent agreement. Management doesn’t answer until 3 days later and no one is ever in the office. I would not recommend Public Storage to anyone due to lack of communication and integrity.

I was a loyal customer for around 8 yrs & every yr. they would increase my rate by 30.00 for a lot that was never upgraded and was not worth the high price that they wanted to charge me. I started at $65.00 8 yrs ago & am up to $180.00 & nothing has been done to the lot since we 1st got there. The property manager didn't return my phone calls in a timely manner when I needed to get my travel trailer in November after the hurricane had passed & almost lost going to a family wedding. I had to leave several messages & called back several days later when I had already taken care of getting my Travel Trailer out. When I left a message that I was going to vacate, they did call me back because they can get some other person to pay their ridiculous price for a 10 x 20. I don't understand how they have good reviews. Wait until they increase it for these people who gave such great reviews. Such big increases yearly. When I went to vacate, Marisol was just like she didn't care to lose a good loyal customer. I understand that they need to be competitive, but in making phone calls, I found that there are some nicer places for a lot less in price.
On the positive side, I found a place that had the same security but a way bigger lot for a lot less, and the property management answers the phones and is available to answer questions. So, in my case, it worked out for the best. No regrets, just fyi, those who plan on using this public storage, get ready for annual increases. Hope that this helps.

Needed a place to store my Vehicle for a couple of months. While I was abroad in South East Asia. I did the reservation online. A few quick clicks and boom. Easy, easy. When we arrived, the lady(I forgot her name) that was running the place was very courteous, kind and helpful. We were literally in and out of there in 10 minutes. Great customer service, location near the airport too. Would def recommend! to anyone!

I prepaid for a storage unit here. When I got there, it was for a dirt lot in the open, not an actual storage unit. Nowhere in the description did I see where it said "parking spot". I tried to get refunded from the local facility and they couldn't do it. And corporate refused. Poor business ethics. I would not recommend.
