There’s a guy here that is very rude he’s black has dreads and seem to never smile my first interaction with him was horrible he started at me with the nastiest look my first time coming to the facility seems like he doesn’t like women he was not and has not been polite to me or my daughter since being there within a month my rent went up drastically and is still going up he puts fees on my account without the fee being explained almost on purpose this specific public storage needs professional management and not someone who works off of emotion.

I moved out this storage facility in May. Someone from their office didn’t call me until June 8. I spoke with them and advised them I had moved out may 30 the person said ok. They then called me back the ending of June in advised me that I was late paying however I advised them I had spoke to someone and I was no longer in the unit. The person said ok but you will still have to pay June and July because I will go in cut the lock the ending of June and I’m confused because I advised them I was longer in the unit and nothing was in there on May 30.

In general I believe that that charge that you all do the $1 Express thing is outstanding because somebody could have a problem for 30 days and don't need a storage for only 30 days so I think that's a great idea

I just wanted to take the time and thank Milton at this location. I some times ask for services in places and the workers don't help with a cheerful attitude, let alone professional. Milton the property manager did was both pleasant and professional. I misread my unit number and he gladly came from the office and made sure I was able to find and access my unit.
