Ebony (Property Manager) walked me thru finishing setting up my rental and detailed all the fees and discounts by phone. She helped me finish the on line process and gave me all the information I needed for a seamless relocation to Ocala, FL

Ebony was awesome, she helped me look at options available in my area, she was understanding of where I needed to be budget wise and the overall space I needed for a unit. I appreciate good customer service when I see it and she killed it, thanks again Ebony and Public Storage, you guys need to give her a raise! haha no but seriously.

She is a complete idiot that sells unclaimed merchandise on Marketplace. Well that is if you can get her to show up to sell what she advertises! Total waste of time. In the long run it was a good thing she didn't leave her house to meet me there as promised. NOT ONLY IS SHE A LIER THAT MAKES EXCUSES, I since noticed and seen pictures in the reviews that THE STORAGE UNITS HAVE COCKROACHES. I for one don't want to bring home any COCKROACHES that can be hiding in merchandise do you? IF YOUR SMART YOU WILL STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM "PUBLIC STORAGES" AS YOU CAN!!!

Newly rented unit had German Cockroaches in it, immediately closed the door and got refunded. Beware! If you like having GC foreplay in your possessions, this is definitely the place!

This is the worst customer service I have every seen we didn't even use the storage cause we got the wrong size and then they tried to give us bigger but it wasn't bigger and now that we want our money back they don't want to give it to us. This a legal way of stealing from people. At least we know how you are putting up all these storage units by stealing from hard working people.
They screwed up my account and expect me to pay for their mistakes when I talked to them I was treated like I was stupid and didn't understand what they was saying but they don't seem to understand it was their mistake not mine so I get an email saying they can possibly get rid of my stuff how is this fair
I rented a unit that is supposed to be climate controlled. But I can’t stay in there for more than a few minutes without over heating so most of my product is probably bad. I’m going to file a flame with the insurance. Also, they jacked my rent up $40. They did give notice but that’s a very big jump. And I had also had surgery on the day they sent the notice so didn’t see it. I chatted online with someone and they lowered my rent for 3 months but it won’t start till 9/1. So they say I’m still responsible for the $150 this month. Well no, I’d regather move. I chatted with James today and he has very poor customer service skills. He asked me if there was anything else I needed and then closed the chat before I could finish my response which was less than 1 minute. Save your self and go somewhere else. Public storage sucks.

I have a unit there, so far ok except it seems like the amount changes monthly for some reason.
After several phone calls and messages, I was contacted by a very pleasant lady by the name of Alicia Fletcher, she took care of me like a freaking pro. I'd highly recommend this facility even with a kiosk that was out of service at the time of my inquiries.
