Very professional service
After a very long day and drive, I visit the location in need of a storage. As soon as I arrive, the big guy, (dirty blonde), does not even say hi as he is attending another customer. what he should have done is said “hello one second as i finish with the customer” as that is what good customer service is. After 20 minutes of not even being looked at, he decides to tell my sister and law and I to shut up as we are too loud? I told him he was extremely rude and that we will be going next door to ExtraSpace Storage who had AMAZING customer service and a better deal. I guess I can thank the nasty rude guy at the front desk for taking my business elsewhere. I will never recommend this location to ANYONE. ExtraSpace Storage is way better and has way better customer service!
Don't bother believing their $1 for the first month deal. It's a scam. They charge you a prorate because payments are due on the first. Go next door.

Great customer service and prices not that bad considering these times but for me the importance was location personnel upkeep of business and in my honest opinion they have get 10… Unit was cleaned and very well maintained, young lady Sara was a pleasure to deal with, and property was cleaned and I saw various units so I got to see how big this property was and how clean Sara had it. Worst possible experience with a storage unit, upcharged me a few months ago and I came to cancel the services and the costumer service was terrible. The store manager tesy and the other coworker were eager to leave because it was almost 6, first the told me until 5:30 and then extended it to 6. No hand trucks available for the costumers and the other coworker on the shift at 5:00pm on october 31st,2023 even has his legs up on a chair while serving costumer service. The manager super unhelpful and even gave a courtesy code to another costumer bc of empathy and could not help me. If you can please do no go there super expensive and the costumer service along with the no hand trucks situation was horrible. Never going back
Este lugar es lo peor de lo peor, unos dias antes de sacar mis cosas y vaciar mi espacio, llamé a servicio al cliente para preguntar como cancelaba mi cuenta, la persona que me atendió me dijo que al ver un espacio sin candado y vacio, automaticamente queda cancelado y libre ese espacio. Despues de hacer eso y retirarme antes del dia hasta el cual habia pagado, estoy recibiendo correos que debo mi cuota del siguiente ciclo. Me llamó una persona de servicio al cliente para cobrarme, y al explicarle esto mismo, me pidio disculpas y me dijo que no se habian fijado bien. Ahora sigo recibiendo correos que debo la mensualidad y que si no la pago van a pasar mi cuenta a colección 🤦🏻♂️

the only good thing is the convenient location. I have been there about 8 times in less than 2 months. Only once they have the hand truck and that was only the 1st time when I rented the storage unit, which they told me they offered it. I went to the office to ask for it, and I was told that all of them were stolen, but they already ordered new ones. Well that was 6 weeks ago.
I just came today again and no hand trucks which make it inconvenient to move all the stuff to the unit. I am waiting to the end of the month to take all my stuff out as this is really annoying to come to this place and do 4 trips to the units instead of one trip. They shouldn't offer it in the 1st place. I understand if someone is using it, but when the parking lot is empty and still no hand truck???? I even went around in my floor to see if someone left at least 1.
My other 2 friends have units here and they told me they have never seen hand truck neither. They ll also do a review in this storage.
I have been renting storages for long time and this is the 1st one with this lack of customer service.
Stay away from it.

I do these reviews because it may help in some instances, but I did a review on this place and just for the record I have never given a 5 most of the time I will be in the middle at say a 3 well I did my review and gave a 3 which I consider a good medium because no one is a 5 because no one is perfect so they don't deserve a 5 I mean a 3 isn't bad there is always room for improvement like online it showed the unit a 10x10 for about $175.00 a month or that is what I reserved and I look at my first full month payment and it's over $200.00 a month so that was totally misleading but I still gave a 3. Well today the manager calls me and asked me why I gave her a 3 and if I could please either take the review off or make it a 5 cause it bothers her personally. WHAT???!!!!! WHO DOES THAT?
We had a wonderful experience here, we had our unit for 8 months. The price only went up after the 6 month promo ended and not by much. Toward the last 2 weeks carts were getting difficult to come by though.

The parking lot is most of the time trashy. Inside the building always smells like bleach at uncomfortable level... I always sneeze when I visit.

I used to pay $ 178 every month for my storage now they raise the rent to $ 228. We are almost 1000 units in Kendall. How is posible that they have only 1 CAR for the whole building. Is just ridiculous with the amount of money this company makes every month. There is NO reason at all for that POOR service. They excuse is just .. sorry they stole the cars. Now is only 1 two months ago was 2 cars, nothing better.
Terrible terrible terrible. Not only is it very overpriced but they only have 5 carts. We’ve been using this storage for one year now and they just bumped up our price, yet now we only have 1 cart for EVERYONE to use cause apparently the other 4 were stolen. When we asked the front desk where the other one was they stated “somewhere in one of the floors”. They can’t even go looking for it. And recently to top it off every time I’ve been for the past week the AC is turned off. WHY AM I PAYING TO HAVE MY STUFF IN THE AC UNITS WHEN THE AC IS OFF?!?
Do not recommend. Over priced, no one helps, no AC recently, and no carts to use. Might as well have my stuff outside and that way I don’t need to pay as much and don’t need to carry it up.

A lot of issues with this place in my opinion. First off the price are super high, almost 380 for a 10 by 15, not worth it at all. They only have 3 carts and most of the time they are taken by other customers so you have to wait your turn. There's always a lot of customers there and the parking is limited. People with huge u haul trucks take up lots of the parking area. The hallway are very thin so if you are carrying something wide you will need to measure correctly in order not to hit the wall. The bathrooms have no toilet paper or hand soap at times. And the employees can be rude at times. Not worth it at all for all the cons this facility has.
This facility raises the price of rent for no reason every few months.
Do not be fooled by advertised pricing, as they do not keep those prices per their agreement.
This is a dishonest and untrustworthy business.
STAY AWAY!
Beware: this place increases your rent every few months for no reason and without warning.
Store your stuff elsewhere, this business is shady.
Mrs. Tesy treated me very badly, because I had to go out for lunch, she kept me waiting for 2 hours, then she treated me badly.
I mean... I'm sure this is a true as the heart in South Florida but to no-ones surprise I waited once for 20 mins and the next for 30 am hour later. Nobody in sight... disappointed, now to come back. The place is clean for the most part and the people are nice if you can find them.

Unfortunately I had to leave them at one star. Due to the high cost of inflation and families being evicted or foreclosed upon your company is taking advantage of these individuals by elevating the cost of rental by 10 folds after a certain months. That is a disgrace on your business behalf and owners. I believe it's time for your company heads to sit down and discuss the value of having loyal customers and charging a reasonable price for storage. I've seen families at your facility that had to wait 2 hours because there were not enough carts at the facility.
I'm all about security, but I found it ridiculous adding a key code to the elevator especially when you have two units one on the second floor and one on the third floor. You have to come all the way back to the first floor to enter a different code so you will be able to go up to another floor. I have found another storage facility a chain, that's guarantees that the rate will will not increase.
As of today six of my friends have moved out last month because of rental increase hikes by 10 folds after several months of renting. My brothers and sisters before you rent here or at any public storage make sure they are not going to increase your rent after 4 months. Make sure you get it in writing. I recommend choosing another storage facility that doesn't increase monthly rental every 4 months.
