Latoya has been incredibly helpful with our units. I left a message in a general voicemail box, and she called me back after 5pm on a Friday and she had no AC! Dedicated! We had some autopayment issues, which she promptly took care of, and then was able to provide a promotional discount on our units as well! This is the 2nd time she has called me back after leaving a message at the location. She has been AWESOME sorting us out and Public Storage is lucky to have a manager that is so dedicated and detailed in her work. Thanks Latoya! You rock.
Absolute nightmare and zero service. Elevators are down for more than 24 hours - and propoery manager didn't let me use the stairs.
Came the 2nd time to pick up my gear for a high paying job and Latoia property manager is rude disrespectful and won’t let me use the stairs. I’m losing $2000 and on top of that a client. They have a stairway in the building but refuse to give access. She didn’t treat me like a client, I’m paying more than $500 every month for a year now and all I get is humiliation and disrespect.

I don’t write reviews often, but the customer service i’ve received from Latoya while i’ve stored at this facility is second to none. As someone who has worked for storage, this is NOT an easy job. She is helpful, understanding, and quick to resolve issues. As long as she is working there, I will not be storing my items anywhere else in the city! I hope the company is rewarding her for the employee that she is. I will even go as far as to say, whatever she is being paid, she deserves even more! 🤗
Latoya was absolutely amazing. I am so thankful that I ran into her! As a manager, she was welcoming, kind, and extremely attentive. She walked me through step by step on finding the perfect storage for my belongings! She set me up and within 10 minutes I was done. It was a breeze but she was thorough and took her time to explain everything. The unit was squeaky clean! I once forgot to lock my storage door and within minutes, she called to let me know. She was nice enough to lock it up for me until I was able to turn around. A true lifesaver. I recommend this storage! Ask for Latoya!
The place is infested with roaches and silverfish which you will be bringing home if you do not fumigate your stuff. And be warned that if you leave your unit even on the 1st of the month, you will be charged for the whole month and there is no prorated refund. So plan to leave right just before the end of the month or you will be paying them 1 month in excess.

Despite the fact that this business has a great location, the service could be so much better. People are paying big money for these tiny space boxes and sometimes there is only one dolly or none at all available for the use of so many people. The one yellow dolly has a broken wheel adn it's a big mission to drag in around. They office lady has extra dolly but apparently it's only by request. You guys could do so much better. My husband had to carry by hands half of our apt because there was no equipment available. Simply unbelievable, especially for Downtown Miami type of service. It doesn't worth the cost. Sorry
normally I never have issue and the last five years have been great but today my sister had to assist me with some issues while I was out for the country and the manager was acting absolutely insane and verbally abusing her employee and cussing at my sister and myself. I was beyond shocked at how she was talking to this poor man after he was so kind in assisting us.

Avoid this place and this company! Scam scheme! I rented a unit from Public Storage for over a year, found a better deal closer to my home, and decided to move out. I moved out on October 1, handed over the unit to the manager and everything seemed fine, the manager confirmed and made checkout. BUT a week later I received a letter that I must pay $140 for my unit, for 1 day Karl!!! I called them and tried explained the situation, but no one in this company cares about your problems, absolutely terrible service! They are threatening me with debt collectors if I don't pay $140 for two hours!! Avoid and never deal with them!

Our company was on the verge of leaving and had me check out other spots in the area and I’m so happy I spoke to her because she managed to retain us as a customer! We have another public storage in Boston and been in this location for a bit over a year now. Although at times it may seem a bit chaotic and there can be issues with the gates, or lack of carts, I can say I’ve definitely seen a big change in the past year or so that I’ve seen Latoya work here. She’s always checking on me to see if we’re good and I really appreciate that thank you 🙏🏼

Worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit. I arrived and no now was working (a monday at 11am) so I called the number on the door and they said to just pay on the app and it will text me my unit number. Well I do so and get charged and go to the unit and it was locked. I spent the next two hours calling every public storage number on the internet and everyone would put me on an endless hold or simply not answer. It seems the workers did not show up to work that day, but the company was still happy to take other peoples money. Went to storage mart around the corner after 2.5 Horus and they couldn't be nicer

Lousy experience - good price at the beginning, went up 2x in the last 2 years. When you go during the day it may be blocked by trucks moving stuff, you literally cannot access the space with a car. Autopay is a joke, they make a mistake and then charge you a very convenient $30 fee. Customer service is inexistent, they never answer to any question or concern. Go to other storage services.

DO NOT fall for their low prices. They are conveniently at a lower price point than competitors; however, once your furniture and items are in the storage, they constantly increase prices. (Knowing it is an inconvenience for their customers to switch at that point.) I started paying about $90/month and my last bill was $332/month!
