Just across 40th Street from the scenic surroundings of Tropical Park, this is a great location to store all of the necessary outdoor or recreational gear for sporting events or family get-togethers. Sandro was very helpful and knowledgeable.great help throughout the process
If you can avoid this location- do so! The property management team is awful! They never return calls. The A/C works when it wants too so, so much for climate control. The app to open the gate, doors and elevator is also extremely unreliable not to mention the way the lighting is set up, goes off a minute or two after you enter the premises, without giving you time to store or remove things from your unit and you find yourself in total darkness, which is dangerous if you are in the process of moving boxes, or heavy items and can’t see where you are going. Total dangerous and hazardous situation. Good set up for a lawsuit.
Agents are USELESS and ended the call due to not being able to assist without having a “ticket” open….but if you call to open a ticket they don’t return your call. Very convenient.
All in all, very frustrating, no customer service whatsoever, and very expensive considering all of the above.
Best service and spaces available for all your needs.

Public Storage on Bird Road and 8477 left me with such bad experience a year ago (Jan 2023) that I left and promised to never use this company again. The manager was never on site, lied and failed to provide assistance when requested. He was rude, unresponsive and aggressive when confronted. The place was also dirty and appeared that theft was a common occurrence. I had a piece of luggage stolen and he refused to provide any assistance including not returning any phone calls until the complaint was escalated to the corporate office. Do yourself a favor and find a better and cheaper place. They exist and the quality is superior by all qualifications!!

THIS STORE IS A F.....ING DISASTER. I JUST GOT LOCKED IN ELEVATOR #1 AND NOBODY IS THERE TO ASSIST YOU.
NOBODY IS TAKING CARE OF THIS BUSINESS. THE GIRL WHO WORKS THERE, SOMETIMES SHE WORKS AND SOMETIMES NOBODY IS IN THE STORAGE, TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS. THANKS GOD I HIT THE ELEVATOR DOOR REALLY HARD AND ANOTHER CLIENT WHO WAS PASSING CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR PRESSED THE BUTTOM FROM OUTSIDE AND THE DOOR OPENED. I HAVE TO USE THE FIRE EMERGENCY EXIT TO GO DOWN, WHEN I TRIED TO GET OUT, BECAUSE THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. NOBODY IS THERE. I CALLED BY PHONE AND NOBODY ANSWER. ALWAYS IS THE SAME. PLEASE FIRE ALL THESE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE MANAGER AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANTS TO WORK
The property was well cleaned,lourdes at the front desk was super nice and helpful .

I would leave zero stars ⭐️ if I could. The worst or the worst. I have 2 storage units here and I have to get out because it’s an ac storage unit but it doesn’t have AC they leave the temp at 80 so it never turns on and they tell us it’s the owner that wants it this way and they can’t touch it. The clothes smelled humid and terrible I had to throw away everything in boxes from the smell. Never any carts available and then no one ever in office so you have to call and figure out when someone is coming. Stay away and rent from the storage next door cleaner. More staff and AC is on all the time at least every time I go. And the corner someone is storing weed and it smells strong. Just stay away from this place.

The storage is a shame. There is no employees at the main office or entrance. I have seen a pregnant girl there, her name is Lourdes, horrible customer service. The storage is hot and the units stay hot all the time. So forget about climate control. For me the experience is awful. They give you the price for 6 months and after that they screw you up, rising the monthly rent twice from what it was at the beginning.

Elevators weren't working at all so I couldn't get into my unit. Front doors were locked and there was no one working even though the place is supposed to be open at this time. Called and no one picked up.
