Cielo went above and beyond to assist my husband and I. Her customer service was above expected. She found us the right size, helped us to get set up,. Stayed with us working out all the kinks for over two hours. We really needed the help in getting the space right away and she did not stop until everything was completed and we could utilize the storage right away. This gave us a peace of mind. Cielo is definitely an employee to commend, give a raise to and keep. Looking forward to working with her again soon.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. All I wanted to do was buy boxes and supplies. After waiting 15 minutes at the front (doors locked no one there), they tell me I need TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to purchase supplies.
When I told them this was lousy customer service, Lissette (so- called CS agent) said to me: “Is that was you wanted to say?”

No AC in the building( you are sweet if you stay longer than 10 min in the building). Worst storage so far. Everything it’s old. They rise the price for the unit after few months with 50%(with notice but that much and for what if you don’t improve you condition in the location).
I bought boxes at this location a week ago. Yesterday I tried to return the boxes I didn’t use, but when I tried to go inside the door was locked and there appeared to be nobody inside. Mind you I was there at 11:30, during the middle of their operating hours. I knocked and waited for a few minutes but it was apparent that nobody was in the store. I proceeded to call the number posted on the door which read (24-hour customer service). An automated voice picked up and offered me a choice between renting a space and prices (neither of which were relevant to me). I ended up looking online and calling the Public Storage Office who told me that I needed to make a reservation so that someone was guaranteed to be in the store. Even though all I needed was 5 minutes of someone’s time at the store so I could return my boxes. They told me that since I didn’t need a reservation I could leave a message for that specific Public Storage Location and wait for the local manager to reach out to me and confirm a time they are available. A few days later the local manager Cielo (who was very kind and understanding) told me a time that she was in the store and that is when I went and return the boxes. This process exceeds the time and effort necessary to return two boxes. It is clear that they are extremely understaffed. I hope this doesn’t happen to others and I think Public Storage should work on resolving these issues of organization and fluidity of customer service.

In my past history I have had to rent storage AA d have rented always with Public Storage. Recently I moved and once again I needed extra storage. I identified the Public Storage located at 70th and Bird Road.
I write all of this because I walked into this facility and met Cielo, your employee, who I want to commend for being and showing care to the customer. I have never ever had this reflected in the past by any Public Storage employee.
Bottom line- I would hire Cielo as she is a great example of a dedicated employee.

Terrible experience. No one is on site. On the phone no one answers and I can't reset my password on the app because it says that my phone or email is non existent.
It is so hard to get to interact with a person on site on the phone or through chat.
I hope I just need to keep things for a few days there because the service has been not ideal.

They are honest, accessible, and really care about their customers. The Facility is clean, well kept up, and secure. The access hours are very generous, and they have in-person office staff who are there to assist you. If you need storage space, this is the place! Public Storage at 7130 SW 40th Street (Bird Road) in Miami.
Cielo is absolutely wonderful; she is so personable and cares for her customers like they are family. She is considerate and kind and very helpful. Also, this place is very clean. Cielo helped me with my online e-rental. Customer service online stated that the 5x5 units were like 8ft tall as well and when we arrived to my public storage unit….. it was super super small. And it was not what we visioned when we got here. But cielo helped me transfer to a new unit so quickly and explained 5x5 is a 5x5x4 locker… she was so helpful with our transfer and now we have a 5x10x8 !
Customer service has to be specific in explaining the details when it comes to a client renting a unit like cielo!!

Celio Rodrigues is outstanding, but we have left public storage because the rent has become untenable.
Moving is never fun but this storage facility has been a breeze to work with, is very secure, and accessible. Plenty of space in the parking lot and the whole facility is very clean.

Was there for over six years and a couple of years in a prior stint. It’s a great, secure and clean place and the customer service. The prices are getting a little out of control increasing every year. However, its still a great place to store your stuff. Cielo is a wonderful manager.

Cielo was so helpful- she helped us set up the storage before we moved down to Miami. When I needed a second unit, she called me when one was available on the same floor. When the moving truck (18 wheeler) came to unload, she helped them when they couldn’t use the docking bay. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!
