This southwest Miami Public Storage is located at the intersection of 137th Avenue and 128th Street.
Adjacent to Miami Executive Airport, this facility is easily accessible from the Don Shula Expressway and the Ronald Reagan Turnpike, as well as Krome Avenue and 88th Street, depending on which direction customers are coming from.
A 5x5 unit is a great spot for easy storage near the airport for travelers to store documents, office equipment or a few boxes of personal belongings.

We have been using this storage facility for over two years. The customer service is non existent. Unfortunately I have not encountered the attendants exhibiting any kind of willingness in assisting or answering questions. Most recently the gates have not been working for a few months now each time we need to access the storage is a calamity. Moreover when given a code the keypad says it’s not valid leading us to try and again find an unwilling staff member to open it remotely. This is also gravely dangerous because it makes it difficult to leave the premises. I fear I may have to call the police if I find myself entrapped in the facility.
Lissette, has been great with me she was the one who rented out my unit and has also always helped me with me with any discrepancies that I've had. Very nice, compassionate, and professional being! God bless her kind heart!

Desafortunadamente no tuve la suerte de obtener buena atención. Mi primera experiencia para pedir info en un sitio como este y la sra luego de hablarle a un Sr en inglés me atendió y me dijo “no escuchaste lo que hablé con el Sr” le dije si escuché pero entendí ya que no hablo inglés disculpe. Con una actitud poca profesional me pidió mi tlf para buscar la información on line porque ella tenía muchas cosas por hacer. Le indiqué que no se preocupara pero mi pregunta para ustedes para que tienen a una persona en from desk sino tiene buena actitud a la hora de dar una información!

Lissette was amazingly helpful. She answered all of our questions, her customer service was top-tier, and she made the process very simple to understand.
We are renting 2 units due to a hardship move. We were late in payment and we knew it. We are sorting out payment and fees and we don’t shy away from our financial responsibilities. But the way Lissette, the property manager treated my wife, was short of criminal. She is extremely rude and threatening. I don’t think treating your clients like trash is a policy of Public Storage Corp. Someone needs to address this issue since it is not an isolated incident

I rented a few parking space from Public Storage for a few months, but I had to move out early due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite leaving the parking space before the end of the rental period, Public Storage still charged me for an entire next month's rent. When I reached out to customer service to dispute the charge, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. They claimed that the rental agreement stated that I would be charged for a full month because I moved out right before the billing was set to drop and charge my card, I had no recollection of ever seeing this in the contract. It felt like they were intentionally trying to take advantage of me and charge me for a service I didn't receive. When I disputed the charge with my bank, they sent my account to collections. This experience has left me with a negative impression of Public Storage, and I would caution others to be wary of their billing and customer service practices.

We rented and paid on line. Given a code. Didn’t work in spite of trying it while on the phone with a rep. Called 15 more times, been passed around and finally after every attempt to get it rectified so we could move, we requested not to be charged for the days we couldn’t gain access to the unit, to which the store manager (whom we finally reached) said that “the code worked for me”, so no refund for us.
Fortunately, we paid with our credit card, so we disputed those charges through them. They won’t be getting that money.
We would have lost our money, had we paid with a debit card, so If you don’t own a credit card, I suggest you try a different company.
