This is horrible. For a while now, only one elevator has been working on Sundays. It's the worst day ever. Imagine with only one elevator, the garbage and the bad smells in all the facilities. I don't recommend it. Lastly, I arrive at 6 am and there isn't even a forklift.

Never received a cancellation notice until next day after driving over 60 miles verbal at the facility time tolls and gas wasted .
It happens very often to all auctions buyers it feels like is not appreciation or respect for us minorities (professionalism ethics etc)

Do not rent here, in 6 months I have had 2 roach infestations from other units, and you need to leave them your key, which o refuse to do, so I’ve had to get my own roach traps. A lot of times there is no one there to help. They had someone living in one of the units by me for months. Today was the ultimate, no one there during hours, gate wide open, and the keypad to get into my unit had no electricity. They also had a robbery recently and I found out through the news, they didn’t even let anyone know. Gate is left open a lot. Find somewhere else.

Run from this place like the plague. I'm currently sitting in the back locked out at 10:30AM waiting to get my driver's license back. The young lady at the front decided to go eat and lock all the doors KNOWING she was holding onto my drivers license. She told another customer she had opened the place late and wanted to go out and grab a bite to eat. He was nice enough to let me know what was going on. I've attached a picture of incompetence personified.

Horrible Customer Service!! I made a reservation online on February 1, 2023 for a move in date of February 4, 2023. Before completing my contract online I decided to visit the location to see the cleanliness, size and Customer Service of the facility. When I got there 1 the construction work that’s taking place in front of the entrance door was very confusing on how to get in and unsafe walking a cross a board and crossing cautious tape with NO SIGNS directing you to the entrance. 2. When I approached the counter and advised the lady that I have a reservation she said that the reservations online are not guaranteed a unit and that the unit I have a reservation for is not available but she showed me 2 other units with a higher prices and same size. The units she showed me was in HORRIBLE condition. She literally told me that my online reservation is pointless and for me to come back or call to speak with someone else to see if any other units are available.
With that type of service I would prefer to pay more somewhere else for better customer service and cleanliness.

This place is a mess! Assigned me
A unit# upon move in day and I was unable to access it later that day when bringing things from another location because it wasn’t available and had someone’s lock on it. Then they tried to charge me more money to assign me a new unit. Eventually gave us a unit and have had 3 units assigned to my account, 2 of which I continuously get “past due” notices on. Customer service says that is not true but I have the notices and app to prove otherwise. Delayed our day by 2.5 hours.
They have no carts available and we were told new ones would be coming in and they never showed. I had to spend $200 at lowes when moving in for hand trucks. I was promised reimbursement for the hand trucks which I never got and stuck with them unfortunately because they don’t have any available on site to use. 5 months after moving in they’re increasing rent on me by $45 - we decided to give notice and move elsewhere.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

I came here bc the reviews were good… but this is one of the most atrocious establishments I’ve ever encountered. The elevators smell like pee… you can’t even be in there without covering out nose with your shirt. FOUL CONDITIONS for customers. Wouldn’t be surprised if the place was infested with rats. There’s no carts ????? The office door is locked & you have to drive to the front entrance, the worker won’t even open if you knock. & Yanelis has many positive reviews but if you ask her a question she doesn't know she doesn’t even make the effort to find an answer. Very unhelpful. Please seek new management
