Went there with my husband and our kids to see unit sizes in person. This worker Val, was incredibly rude and extremely unsatisfied with the fact that she had to leave her comfort and pretty little chair and go show it to us. After she showed to us with this horrible attitude, she closed the unit door cursing and blabbing about us in a low voice, but I heard it! Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Needless to say we didn’t rent there and would never recommend. Stephanie

Nice storage but office is closed always and no help. All carts are locked in the storage and that’s so uncomfortable . Need to have carts in each building. So, be ready to have own carts. Convinced application opens the gate.

In the era of big industrial impersonal storage facilities, one facility stands out as being uniquely different. That is the Public Storage on Hypoluxo and Military and this is due to the excellence of one person that is the manager there. He name is Val and she brings a warm, personal, caring touch into the experience. Time and time again she demonstrates the attributes of professionalism, effficiency and real passion for helping people and caring about their needs. She genuinely enjoys her job and it shows in everything she does. From finding the perfect unit for you to going the extra mile to accommodate, Val is a superstar of self storage. She even stayed late once , waiting for me, to come in and pay the bill, which would’ve had late fees if another day passed. That is the personal side she shows to the customers, but I don’t recommend waiting till the last moment like this! I am so happy with the service I get here, I’m going to move my other unit I rent somewhere else to this facility, which, by the way, is also superior to all others, in that all units are drive up. There are a few inside, but most are straight drive up access! This makes it hugely convenient. Clean grounds, well lit and excellent rates, combined with a person like Val in the office and you’ve got a five star operation ! I highly recommend this place. And say hello to Val in the office when you go in. Just try to go in on time!

Property manager here is rude and nasty
My storage has been infested since day 1 nothing has been resolved! No one is ever at the location to help, refused to unlock my unit and then call the cops. Why are you upset that you have to work very unprofessional, I’ve contacted the customer service # countless of times 0 help! Next will be a lawyer for the infestion,damages and neglect to allow me to get my child’s medical device. I have been patient & calm up until now.

Movers put everything I own into a storage unit. Upon returning to unit I found that lock was not working. Person helping me tried to get part of area that slides to right but it was broken.We reported it to management with their assurance it would be fixed & left them my key. Upon my return to retrieve some belongings, I found the lock still broken! What was the point of having a “locked” unit when Public Storage is negligible ‘ never fixed the lock!! And-I paid $221 a month for nothing!!

Went to get a price on a unit (already knew what I wanted) 20 mins before they closed. The older lady there had locked the door and just told me no and wouldn’t get up from her seat. I’ve been using this place for 5 years and I’m tried of the staff here being so lazy. It’s about time I start looking for a new storage place

I would have thought each individual building would have a cart to load in and out. Had to go all the way to the front office from the rear building to get one.......150 yards away.
