the worst storage place ever. there was an option for a zero star. i will do it. needless to say, this storage place charged me for a storage i never took possession of. i told the manager i would upgrade to a bigger place. she said it would be fine they would fix it. next thing, they continued to charge me for this storage. i reached out to them and ask them why, she said she would remove the charge. and she never removed, i spoke to the district manager. who also was shocked as to why i was being charged, she said she would remove it. and long and behold, i get a letter from a collections agency. i'm telling you right now, unless you want issues do not rent from this location. the whole company is trash.
I must say - this is only a positive review thanks to Val. She goes above and beyond to help customers. I had used Public Storage in the past and was ready to stop being a customer when Val went out of her way to address my concerns and make sure I was taken care of. When booking a move in date, make sure to check hours of front desk operation and call ahead, if possible, to make sure Val can help you in case of any hiccups.

Great experience with Jewel at Public Storage, 3400 old Boynton in Boynton Beach. Jewel is indeed a “jewel” as she explained how everything works and helped us get a storage unit today. She was extremely knowledgeable and we selected Public Storage over a competitor because of her friendly professional customer service.
The facility looked clean and they have dollies you can use. Highly recommend

Very bad customer service, I came to this place today at 5:45 pm to look for information, the lady said she couldn't help me. I told him that the place's website said that the service was until 6:00 pm. She responded that she didn't care because she closed at 5:30 pm and she went to her house at 6:00 pm.
All was very good at my storage unit, the people in charge were very considerant and helpful.

Frustrated by 40% price increase ($210 to $286 on 10x10 unit) when first six months was up. In addition, no prorated refund for vacating two weeks early. Simply a case of price gouging! The leaking gutter over the loading area was also ridiculous.
Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Walked around with me to show me units and sizes. Helped me to download the public storage app and navigate my way around it even the quick gate access from my phone.We walked the storage units as she was still helping other customers. She’s a great multi tasker. Overall excellent experience. I would recommend others to ask for her assistance. Can’t remember her name but she is an African American lady with short hair cut.

Would not recommend at all. Placed a reservation online, waited for a finish reservation email, and never got it. Was on hold for 30 minutes plus. Went to this location, no one was there and the door was locked, but they were open according to their website and google search. Was knocking on the door to get their attention, was calling to finish the process over the phone, was on hold multiple times and kept getting bounced around on the phone as well. Absolutely no help from anyone there so I just canceled my reservation and went elsewhere because it was not worth the stress and hassle to get a storage unit from them.
First time customer with public storage. What a great experience! Jewel couldn’t have been nicer. So knowledgeable, so professional, such a great customer service personality. This is my go to storage company from now on. I’m still smiling.

I cannot say enough about Richard whom I believe may be the Manager. All I know is he works every Saturday and when I come in, I am greeted with a smile and a big hello. He even remembers my name. He is always willing to help and he went above and beyond for me to help me move some stuff around in my unit. Public Storage is lucky to have someone of his standards. Public Storage should work very, very hard to keep him for a long time.

I've had a unit here for many years, moved from small to big, back and forth as my storage needs changed. Until 2 weeks ago when I finally moved out after a huge increase on my unit price. Rentals are now as much or more than a car payment. Forced me to finally do some spring cleaning on the unit and move the remaining stuff to my home. Feels great not having a unit.
The front office staff were always friendly and helpful, up to my last day. 👍🏻 It's also in a good location near the Boynton Beach mall. 5 stars for that. 👍🏻
So I'm giving Public Storage a final score 3 stars because of the unreasonable increase on the lease price and not caring that I was a long term customer and even moved to a larger unit during a time when 'a lot' of units were available. 👎🏻
