Our storage space was clean snd dry. We had no issues with the climate control. The site is clean and provided everything that was advertised. I had an issue with getting the contract closed out but it was quickly resolved by the regional manager.

We needed a storage unit immediately and Frank was there to provide superior customer service! We couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process went and would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The facility gave me a PAD lock instead of a CYLINDER lock which made locking the storage unit impossible! We went back and forth with customer service trying to get someone to come out and give me the correct lock! After more than several please holds I’ll connect you, one rep said you will have to purchase the correct lock. Ok, and where would I get that?! So I tried the chat with an agent and he could not get anyone to meet me until the next day at 10am! What!!! I was on my way to Chicago, we spent over two hours with the please hold and texting! Finally the property manager happened by , I asked were you contacted by one of your reps? She said no I had to stop by to do something!!! I said you gave me the wrong lock and it’s plain to see the lock I was given won’t work! What happened? She said oh we have new people they made a mistake. Terrible customer service! Less than one star!

Update: I am now on my third unit and Tabatha is still giving me wonderful customer service, she has come through every time I have needed something. She has been proactive in contacting me to follow up on my requests. I have moved now further away from this location but I still plan on driving the extra miles because of Tabatha’s great customer service! I stopped by the office to see if I could rent a storage unit. While looking online there was limited availability so I just wanted to work directly with someone. Tabatha greeted me with a very friendly hello and was very customer oriented in helping me find a vacant unit that met my requirements. She took me out to view the space and we went back to the office to secure it. Tabatha made the whole process easy, she did an outstanding job helping me! I would highly recommend Tabatha and this facility!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. No one is ever here and there are always issues with accessing site. The management is a joke and customer service is non existent. Be prepared to be over-billed as well. They do not care about their customers!!! They are nice on move in day and then they disappear leaving you with access issues and charge you for an additional month after you move out on time.

The worst experience! If you want to be able to access your unit, go elsewhere. I had a storage unit here and my door had a keypad for access which immediately started malfunctioning. When I went to the office (during normal business hours), the door was locked and no one was there. I called the main number and no answer. Called the 800 number and they said the manager was likely out on the property with a customer. Since I needed to access my property that was now locked inside my unit, I decided to take a drive through the lot to try and reach the manager to gain access to my unit. There was no one anywhere to be seen. I called again and left a message and then I left. The next day I returned again to access my unit, as I had an order to ship out to a customer and my inventory was in my air conditioned storage unit. Day two, same exact issues. This time I noticed that there is an apartment upstairs and there was a window open, so I sat in my car and honked the horn until someone came down. The woman looked disheveled like she had just woken up. I was able to access my site with a key she gave me, but I received no explanation of why the site was closed the day prior during regular operating hours. Unacceptable.

Great customer service at the Lakewood ranch store. They will help in any way possible. Management here is the best around. Place is clean and taking care.

Terrible service. We only needed to rent a unit for two months for a move and it was completely infested with cockroaches, bugs, and WASP NESTS. Ended up having to toss most of the furniture we had. No solutions or reimbursement.

This location is a joke! Everything was great when I made the reservation for my unit. 4 days before my move-in, I received an email saying my account was closed. I immediately panicked because I was moving and depended on having this unit. I emailed right away and called the following morning. I was told via phone I would receive a phone call back and resolution that same day. By the afternoon, I heard no response so I called again. I was told yet again everything would be fixed by the end of the day. No response, no return call, no return email. I called yet AGAIN the following day, was told again I would receive a response and follow up call by the end of the day. AGAIN nothing. I had to call as at this point I was supposed to be getting into my unit the following day. Anyone in a position to have to move and depend on storing their items is already stressed enough let alone have to run around and chase down someone to fix a mistake on the companies end. I finally get the girl in charge of reversing the closure of my account who gave nothing but excuses. “I was busy and getting to you, I got your voicemail after hours, etc” instead of apologizing and hearing my concerns she chose to continue to talk over me and defend herself. Absolutely rude. I called to file a complaint and received a $25 credit. What a joke. If you are looking for reliable storage, look elsewhere! There’s reasons they have deals and are affordable- because their service is terrible.

During an already stressful move. Tabitha provided customer service above and beyond and made my experience so much better! Go here for all your storage needs!!!

I picked this public storage because the location was good for me, I have heard alot of nice things and I'm glad I did because there True,not just because of the clean units but the grounds are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful thank you for your help and making it easy as possible.

Horrible had reserved a unit and was calling to verify it was all set and I'm coming from north Carolina and they sold the unit out from under me said it was a computer glitch I called multiple times to make sure rhe unit was all set everything they said yes. And lied so don't give them your business.

Don made the process so easy renting a storage unit he showed me a 10 x 20 a 10 x 30 so I could feel more comfortable renting the size I needed thank you

Tabatha is the most kind and helpful person I've ever had to deal with!

Terrible service. My company rented a space online. Public Storage sent us the access credentials for move day. Our movers showed up around 5pm and attempted to use the access credentials. It turns out that Public Storage sent us incorrect access credentials and since no one is present at the site, our movers had to turn around and wait till the following day. This cost my company $773.50. I called to connect with the property manager who said she would check with her regional manager. It has been 45 days, no less than a dozen calls later and still no one has responded back to resolve this issue. I am certainly the one to give you a chance to make it right, however this is clearly unacceptable. Stay away from this location!!!!! No one is ever on site and will not communicate with you. UPDATE: After continued efforts to get someone to call me back, Don at the front desk picked up the phone and heard my frustration. He stated that their front gate glitches often which corroborated our frustration. He called me back the following day and stated that Christina, the District Manager will not be calling me back and that we are welcomed to take them to small claims court.....seriously?!?!. Where has service and professionalism gone? How is that Tabitha, the property manager and Christina, the district manager cannot make a simple call to apologize. Please stay away from this place.

Great service! Don was very helpful when we reserved our units. He was especially helpful when the size we needed wasn't available. Don went over and above to find us a second unit to accommodate our needs. Public Storage has been great to work with during and now after our move.

4/2022 - I have been renting for 2 years here and I am simply amazed at how smoothly things go every time I have to come here. Any time I have a question, Tabatha is there to answer it. The grounds are always neat and clean, and I never have an unpleasant experience. I will continue to recommend this Public storage TO ALL my friends who need storage. 4/2021 - This is the second time I have had the pleasure of using Public storage. Moving is always a stressful time, but the property manager, Tabatha (spelling?), makes it quick and as painless as possible. 2020 - Clean, respectful and knowledge staff, stayed for 1 month and couldnt have had a better experience. The manager was really sweet and she helped me find the best size unit... I highly recommend this public storage.
