The rent has doubled since I moved in last yr. This is ridiculous. Ugh. Plz fix this!! Bills are very confusing.

The facility is very nice, clean and bright. Veronica from the office was very nice and helpful in helping me sign the paperwork to get my unit. She also gave me a very nice tour and showed me the correct way to access the unit.
Branch is amazing! Veronica has been consistently kind and helpful (and always a friendly face) for several months since I’ve known her to be in the office, and Latasha went above and beyond to help me on the first day I met her. Location was short on a type of box I desperately needed, and Latasha drove to another location to pick them up for me! She was also very thoughtful and helpful when my moving crew came to pack up my unit, making access to the building, entrances, doors etc. very efficient, convenient, and user friendly. I’d definitely give these ladies two thumbs up!

I used this unit for almost a year. Transferred to another location Fort Lauderdale due to relocation that unfortunately this not comparable with this location. Veronica was kind and handled my closing out very smooth and easy.

The parking situation is not good if you bring a large truck
On numerous occasions I have gotten great service from Peter who works at this location. He is always friendly and helpful. When I moved from one storage unit to another one he made the move painless. More recently he said he would try and get me an extension of my current monthly rate, when I was due for an increase and he was able to do that, so thankful. Anytime I go the unit I look for his friendly face. Thanks Again Peter !

I was hesitant to rent at this location again after a previous negative experience with my unit. Despite making the reservation online, I decided to finalize it in person due to lingering concerns.
Veronica, who was incredibly kind, assisted me in viewing available spaces and addressed my concerns by explaining how the company had rectified them.
Our conversation during the reservation process was helpful, as she took the time to listen to me and accommodate my preferences. Although I was specific about the unit I wanted, Veronica remained kind and attentive, ensuring I left the office satisfied.
I highly recommend getting in touch with Veronica if you are looking to rent. To be honest, I was also considering another storage facility, but I’m glad I stopped by.

DO NOT BOTHER RENTING HERE!!! It is funny that a long time customer of over 5+ years has to pay $500 a month while new customers only pay $220 for the exact same size unit right next to you. What kind of business model is that you penalize long time loyal customers by rising rent instead of giving a little discount every year. I understand promotions for new customers to bring them in. But this is ridiculous. They rise your rent every 4-6 months 33-50% but only allowed to ask for a decrease ONCE every 12 months. And the decrease is only a fraction of what they increase. The people that work nor the 800- WE CARE customer service can't do anything. Other places near by are worth taking a look before coming here.
100% scam artists…. Offer one rate, then they change it (raise it) after a few months with no warning. They also offer a convenient App and website access that you CAN’T use to cancel the insurance they shove down your throat…. They make you come into the office to cancel it, how convenient.
As I said, 100% scam.

Worst location to rent from. Currently under new management and Veronica tells lies and continues to unnecessarily inconvenience paying renters. Would not recommend renting from this location. You will save money and have a better experience elsewhere where they value their customers.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOW INTRODUCTORY PRICES. In one year my rent has doubled. Same space, no changes on my part, no reason from them. Seriously, a 100% increase.

I came in for the first time and was greeted by Rosie . She was extremely professional and polite. She provided various options on payment and recommendations on unit sizes and needs. She provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude, she was so nice and patient by showing units first and second floor with a big smile.

This storage property came highly recommended from a friend of mine, and my 1st visit here I was able to see why. I came here with 1000 questions and wanting to see different size units to make sure all of my belongings will fit. When I couldn’t make a decision I became overwhelmed and just started to cry. I had to reserve a unit and was going back and forth between sizes and in general wasn't clear with what I needed but the professionals at this location were super helpful with advising what was possible and flexible options. Ferona and Addeane were super pleasant at 9:30 on a saturday morning, even helped me bring boxes to the car, showed several available units, advised how to take advantage of promotions that were available and just made the process super easy and stress free.They both have really great energy and cared about adequately supporting the customer which I very much appreciate.

This storage facility is nice and new and clean....only thing I don't like are the hundred times you have to put in your long code to get to your unit. There is also not a lot of space at this location. If it's kinda busy your screwed...and there aren't that many hand carts..you always have to get lucky when it's busy.
Addeane and Sandrine are the best at Public Storage! I've used several storage facilities all over Palm Beach area and this is by far our favorite facility. They will try and charge you after you've moved out. Tons of hidden fees and increased rent. I would not recommend unless you want to still be charged after move out for additional months while they re-rent the same space to someone else. The customer service is terrible and unbelievably unprofessional. Sandrine has a terrible "I hate my job" attitude.

This is by far the best storage facility I’ve ever used- and after 13 years in the military I have used a few. Addeane was incredibly helpful going above and beyond on multiple occasions no matter the issue. The spaces are immaculate and the staff is outstanding.
