Place is clean and well kept. HOWEVER, I paid for climate control space and it was just as hot amd humid inside as it was outside. Defeats the purpose of paying more. Will be bringing my business elsewhere if not fixed in next couple of days.
Just started a rental here at this location. The premise is clean and neat HOWEVER, we are paying for a climate controlled unit and when we walked in it was almost as hot and humid inside as it is outside. NOT HAPPY and if it's not resolved we will be taking our business and belonging elsewhere! If we pay for a climate controlled unit it should be climate controlled.

On Thursday, April 18, 2024, while renting a unit at this Public Storage facility, I was greeted by Kim for help. When I showed up during her lunch break to rent a stoarge space, while the other employee on-site was taking care of another client elsewhere on the property, Kim asked for me to give her a couple of minutes before she would help me. Surely, she paused her break to provide the service with courtesy and great patience while addressing all my questions and concerns thoroughly! Had I planned to move in immediately, she was ready to go check the unit for cleanliness and ready to get it ready because the client had just moved out a short while before it became available for rent online. This is the time of doing an online review. Having had such amazing customer care, I had to learn to do a review, and I'm absolutely delighted to give her my first review! Thank you, Kim, you are awesome!

I was looking for a great storage unit facility that is being well kept as my grandmother is going to be moving out soon. I was assisted my the manager Marlon which provided us with great service and showed us the unit. He is very knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed. I can definitely say without a doubt that this property is well maintained as I have seen very many storage facilities this past week and most of them were horrible, had pest control issues and smelled funny. I will coming back to use your services soon because of the service we were provided with.
