I am a local business owner, interested in storing some of my more important materials and equipment in the climate controlled facility. I went by the self storage on Lake Worth Road just west of the train tracks and was astonished at how helpful the lady was there I believe her name was Ty. Unbelievable showed me several places, was happy to help and super intuitive to my needs. Her demeanor was eager to help, and find a solution. Rather than to just pass me off to the next. I would absolutely recommend her 100x over. Whoever owns this place you've got a gem of an employee!

Roof leaks into your storage unit. The insurance does not pay out for damages unless you have ORIGINAL receipts for ALL ITEMS and pictures PRIOR to damage to prove damage?!!!!

Avevo prenotato per la giornata di oggi tramite internet,l'apertura dell'ufficio dice 9:30 AM 6:00 PM sono arrivato alle 12:30 PM e l'ufficio era chiuso senza un cartello che indicasse il motivo ho telefonato al centralino e mi hanno detto che forse il Manager stava pranzando ho aspettato fino alle 2 PM ho richiamato al centralino e la stessa persona mi ha risposto che se volevo lo storage dovevo aspettare il Manager oppure avrei potuto pagarlo tramite web gli ho spiegato che il sito è solo in inglese e che non capisco bene ancora la lingua e la sua risposta è stata veramente una delusione🥲 che se volevo dovevo aspettare l'arrivo del Manager poi ho letto le recensioni ed ho capito subito che si trattava di personale molto maleducato per fortuna ho trovato a 6 minuti un altro storage di un altro brand con personale super gentile ed efficiente NON AFFITATE IN QUESTO POSTO CERCATE ALTROVE

I give this place 0 stars but I had to click one to post the review. The units are infested with rats, the customer service don't even let me start on that, they closed before their hours of closing the were out on a day they were supposed to be opened. To top it all off we ordered food and the service desk employee knowing we were on the property started eating our lunch we had ordered from doordash... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

Storing with public storage has been straight out of a nightmare. I stored my things in a small unit while moving out of town for 6 months and came back to my unit infested with roaches. Every where I looked there were roach pods and I tried to remove and clean the valuables I had in there but I recently found roach eggs in my car and am scared they are now in my apartment even after thoroughly cleaning my valuables. I reported my situation to public storage and wasn’t even given any months off and only got a small discount for this nightmare of an experience. I had to call their pest control myself and have them come to the unit. They still haven’t come to clean my unit and can’t move out my stuff. Worst storage experience of my life. Wish I could give negative stars. I now have to get pest control in my car and apartment. They will also up charge you without notice. My storage unit rates kept going up monthly.

I rented a 5x5 unit online for 48 per month they raised my rent without telling me to 61. The gate at this facility is always open and my unit was broken into nothing was taken. When I went to check it after break I they tried to charge me 20 for the lock that was broken

Do Not have any real life emergency or situations and think that your belongings would still be here at this establishment I am an U.S. Army veteran who managed to exit a domestic violence relationship and chose to be homeless and live out my car for a peace of mind I managed to pay on my own monthly until I was hospitalized and they was calling my ex number and they couldn't reach me obviously I'm in the hospital they tried calling me but Ofcourse voicemail I'm in the hospital . As a result my late son clothes he had on the day he died in the ocean his death certificate everything I owned my hospital bed auctioned without ever speaking to me. And his Ashes this is how veterans and the youngest national hero who is buried at the South Florida National Cemetery. Wow 😢😢😢

Infested with roaches. They clearly don't do a good job with keeping the place clean. If you're moving into a new place, make sure you have roach spray with you. Absolutely ridiculous how much money you pay for a storage unit to keep it safe and clean to deal with this type of infestation
