He was courteous, efficient, answered all of my questions, and was able to take care of my contract rental before I left for the weekend. If I could give them a negative star, I would. Recently, they had a rat problem, and all of my items had rat urine and poop. No one ever called, mailed, or bothered to let us know. I only found out when i opened my unit, I saw a lot of poop. And I lost more than $20,000 on those items. When I check the insurance, they just want to give us $150. And now they are looking for an excuse to not even pay me anything when it wasn't even my fault. 0/10 Do not recommend.

I wanted to commend Carlos for his exceptional customer service. As I'm currently pregnant, I had to wait for a call to make some payment changes. Carlos not only offered me a seat and water, but he was also incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his job. His assistance made the experience much more pleasant.
They are thieves. And even when you call them and call them out on it they just ignore your calls. Very unproffesional.
They over charged my card and now dont even want to answer their phone.

Bought an auction, Amy helped me, I would recommend and come back just because of her.
The only thing I can say about this place is that if you want to lose your valuables to big rats urine, bring your stuff to this location. It is always infested with rats, is poorly maintain and always dirty. If I could, I will rate it to zero. I lost around $30,000 of mattress, sofas, cloth and expensive furnitures, and their lousy insurance offered $150.00. Then the manager offered a discount for 3 month and on the second month, they charge full again. I am tired of going to the office to fight for what is fair. My recommendation, don't trust your things to this place.
Lidia was the ONLY person I can say that really helped me complete the process of reserving a unit. Sadly to say because of her language barrier. I have rented multiple times with public storage and never had to encounter the hardest time just to rent a unit. Thank God for Lidia who knows what she’s doing and has knowledge of the company rules and policy to be able to explain to the clients. Hope you can have more employees like Lidia.

I had a storage here for several years. It has gotten so expensive. I finally had to close it, but Lidia was so great the entire time I was there she helped me through the process and even help minimize the payment for a few months when it was tough for me. I just want to say I was in need of a storage space and was looking around, luckily I got a friendly response thru a phone call and when I visited Lidia was awesome. She is very polite and friendly giving information. She’s is definitely managing the office efficiently and tries to respond to everyone’s needs without a long wait and a great attitude! If you try to close your account, they don't want to help you. If you can, they'll keep charging you. They will call text and email you saying you're supposed to continue paying them. This is a nightmare

So,I came in today to look at a storage that I have reserved. I ran into this wonderful Man named Jordan. He was kind,friendly,informative,and patient. I’m talking some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. He was extremely easy to work with and makes public storage look like a pleasant place to do business. If you need any assistance with anything I suggest you reach out to this location and asked to speak with Jordan. Definitely think that he deserves a raise or a promotion of some sort definitely management material. He told me about the app ,insurance, and lock…. I totally recommend this place in this specific employee!!!!! Thank you for all your help!!!! I hope you have an amazing day!!!!
I had a great experience with this location. Usually storage deposit management and administration are very hard to deal with. And in nowdays every price has gone up. I was so skeptical in getting this, for sure. So, I didn’t go in with much expectations. But these guys really impressed me. They were always available and polite, very quick in processing and open with all their fees and very proffesional. I did not have any issues in working with them.
The price was competitive but it turned out they really offer very fair service. I rented for 3 months cuz that was my need, and it was close to my house
I love their app! I didn’t have to remember no code numbers.. we all know how overwhealming it can become to remember so many codes!
When I had to give up the storage room, the process was easy and proffesional. And that’s the reason i took time to write this. I wasn’t even in town and they still worked with me remotely to take care of this.
Over all and considering how Orlando has changed in the past year, I highly recommend this place.
