This place is terrible. I have been trying to vacate the storage. No one was there Saturday or Monday. There isn't any office hours posted. Have no idea when some one is in the office. I called the number. No one answered or called back after I left message. Terribly managed.
Sharieka was super helpful I was given wrong information and I stopped by and she was able to get everything squared away. Go see her if you need a space.

The place is overpriced I told him I needed a front unit they gave me one down a hallway I was coming Wednesday to pay $187 for an 8x10. Some lady just called me I said I've got to pay $211 plus a lean fee. I'm a disabled vet it's not even the middle of this month my rent was due on the 1st this place is a rip-off

The people charge me the whole month because they said have to paid every 1 of the month and I empty the unit the 1 at 10 am because I don't find sny truckand is to expensive I don't recommend, and another thing all the time to tried call no one answer after two o three days latter.

Although Jhonny helped me find a a unit that was suitable and for all my things without making it an impossible puzzle!! Showed me a few different sizes no problem and EXTREMELY friendly. I didn’t have a lot to store he still made me feel like I needed to pick a place that wasn’t sketchy to hold my things until our apartment was ready in a few months. The other storage place I called had reviews of their things being stolen to which he said they don’t have that issue.
It’s difficult to get the office on the phone. Even when it shows the office is open the call connects to a voicemail for a property manager….. annoying 😒

Johnng at 2783 John Young Parkway was very rude & asked me to wait after waiting already more than 40 minutes while he wants to chat with a customer that came after me. I already had my 2 reservations made on line & I was there just to pay for them. He accused me for being rude to him last time which was a lie & just ignored me.
When I asked for a manager he stated he was the manager & gave me a wrong phone number to call corporate. I am a senior person & never been treated this way by a business (just awful)

I stopped in at this location looking to purchase a few boxes along with one or two additional moving supplies but found the office doors locked tight at 11am on a weekday, I then called the number listed on the front door only believing it would place me in contact with someone on site... not so much as the young lady that did answer offered to put me in touch with the property manager but of course nobody picked up that extension either.
Well I realize that this might be trivial and inane to the majority of you people reading these reviews but to me it just smacks of little to no real respect shown to potential customers or clients you can't even be bothered to pick up your cell phone or portable whichever the case may be I don't feel that you should truly be put in a position of even the most modest of authority, it seems these days any job which would have been considered customer service oriented when I was growing up has become anything but that. No these days what you get are rude and Incredibly self entitled ignorant as well as arrogant fools that believe the world owes them something and that's such the larger majority of people I encounter nowadays like to take a tone that suggests there somehow better than their customers they're there to serve.

Finding a unit at this location was nice and easy, the worker at the front desk was helpful with accommodating with my needs and questions. Making this a great experience, my belongings stayed in this location well over a year without any problems. This is the place to go. Would be coming back if I ever have to store my belongings again!

I rent online the storage on July and 2 days after I cancel it and they still charge me for a month rent. I do not recommend it to nobody. Today someone from there call me and complained about my review. He said they gave me the money back and I got this letter.

What a scam the girl was absolutely nice at the front door but we were told it was going to be a dollar drove a half hour to get there and ends up being 108 with an administration fee and a rental... had no choice to take it because we were going to miss our flight but I certainly will be using somebody else in the future
No one has ever here when you need them never try to pay the bill they're not here the door is always locked no one is ever anywhere to be found the associates come and go as they please

ZERO REVIEWS IF I COULD"!!!!!! STOP!!! Please please do not rent here unless you want a severe ROACH INFESTATION!!!! THE infestation was so severe I had to bomb with foggers (25) at a time....10 separate times.....no exagerration!!!! I spent hundreds of dollars to get rid of the infestation caught from this disgusting place. Go else where....there's several new places that even GIVE A MONTH FREE. I REGRET putting my belongings here badly. 😢

I have had several issues (all of which were entirely my fault), and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. I rented the space at the last moment, so I was in a huge hurry, had issues with my lock, and I don't even live in the state. Whenever I have spoken with anyone there, they have been very supportive, efficient, and quick to offer out of the box solutions.

The Manager Angel was very helpful ,he’s polite well mannered and seems to be a outstanding peoples person ,I had a FEW issues that he addressed and took care of immediately. Fantastic experience thanks to Angel! I rented my unit online and went to the unit for the first time today. When we arrived the app gate access did not work and when I tried to access with the code itself it didn't work so we went into the office and was greeted by Angel. He even offered my mom (she's 73) to sit down if she needed to. As soon as he was finished with the current customer he was helping he went to work straight away with our issue. He figured it out and was able to get us in and helped us find our unit number. In our conversation and seeing our uncertainty in the size of the unit we got (which I didn't realize we got the locker type) he offered to show me another 5'x5' that was taller and took me over to see it. We decided to go larger for our needs and he helped us do a transfer. Our entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Thank you again Angel for the time that you took with us today, your kindness and going above and beyond for us. This was our first time ever renting a storage unit and it was a great experience!
