No stars…. This is THE WORST STORAGE company ever… They sold my storage after I made payments at auction and didn’t even make the buyer bring back my personal items… Their customer service are gatekeepers and no matter how much you ask to speak with a District Leader they won’t let you… If you have been a victim of this company’s unlawful business practices; please comment here… I am seeking a class action lawsuit against this place and I need your help!

I am so not impressed with this company..only leaving one star so I can do this review...Every few days they jacked up the prices . I went from paying $440 to $780 in a matter of months ..I could not get in touch with a supervisor as they didn't have anytime to call me back ..There was no way I could speak with anyone except the workers onsite that had their hands tied ! I rented the biggest space they had and planned on being there for a while , as I needed to store my equipment...I seen people living in other spaces , which was super sketchy , and there was mildew all over ..I would not recommend Public storage , and I will never go back ..I found a space that was cleaner , bigger , and way cheaper than what I was paying at this spot !!! Beware 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

The woman who was working during my visit ( i wish I remembered her name) was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! She was pulling double duty, doing desk work for 2 locations. The girl at the other location we visited was on vacation. But our CSR was very positive, had great cust. service skills, and was very helpful (even as she was a bit exhausted from her loaded 4 day work week. Props to her, and she deserves a raise with a bonus!!

I had my things in the lane avenue public storage in Jacksonville less than a month, not only did they charge me for an extra month 3 weeks in but I've been killing roaches all day. I've never had roaches in my life but thanks to public storage I'm having to fumigate my new house.

It would be nice if they post a sign on the door if they're not in the office. I reserved a unit and was going in to pay, but no one was there to take payment and get a contract established.
We waited in the car for over 20 minutes, but we did spend the time searching for another facility. We ended up going with Life Storage here in Jacksonville. Click on my profile to see the 5-star review I left before this one.
