This place is disgusting. Rats and various rodents have chewed thru walls,m and their patch work as well. Lights don’t work and doors are difficult to latch. Public storage wants your money but they don’t do any maintenance to the facility. This one is definitely one to avoid.
Ms. Linda went out of her way to provide exemplary customer service. She was kind and made sure I was educated with the “ins and outs “ of the rental process. Hats off to her for going above and beyond!

Rent was raised with NO EXPLANATION & NO WARNING JUST TWO WEEKS AFTER OCCUPYING UNIT !!! LINDA CLAIMED TO HAVE EMAILED WHOMEVER & NEVER GOT AN RESPONSE DIDN'T EVEN REACH BACK OUT TO ME TO LET ME KNOW SHE HASN'T RECEIVED AN RESPONSE. WILL NEVER USE PUBLIC STORAGE AGAIN . I SHOULD'VE KNOWN THEY WERE UP TO SOME shady business when I got my unit a lady came to pay her bill in which she discovered was raised 100$ !

Overall really nice trip l. Not really happy about a $40 increase to my bill, especially when I see new clients 1 month free and 30% off for 3 months. It also still says $156. for 10 by 10 which is what I have. I'm on disability and have a very limited income
Maybe I should move out, put all my stuff outside and move back in for the good deal. What happened to deals for loyal customers instead of the shaft.

So , I have to start off by saying Tiffany is amazing ! I can’t express that enough ! I had been looking online but I’m more of the face to face person. Never had a storage before so I was def lost. Literally soon as I got here it was pouring down raining but I really needed the storage. She went above and beyond even tho it was raining she took me to look at the units and was very patient with me as I was indecisive. She’s definitely a gem and really appreciate the top tier customer service that she gave me today. I will be recommending this storage because of her ! Thank

Shabby storage units, walls inside units have plaster all ripped off. No way to change ceiling light, which is at least 10' up

Your corporate office, however lied to me over the phone. I asked for a climate controlled, and payed online, only to show up and have one that is not climate controlled. So I do not appreciate being lied to and wasting 160$ for something that isn't what I asked for. The only reason your getting 5 stars is because your saving grace Christine and her kindness.
