I was looking for a storage deal and this location was able to accommodate the size and price I was looking for. Anytime I’ve come in person, Francis at the desk has always been helpful and patient in answering all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this location. It’s clean & quiet.
The service of Francis and the entire team that works in this place provide an excellent and exceptional service without a doubt. Now with the option that we can download the Public Storage App, everything is easier. I make the payment from the comfort of my phone. Everything is great in this company and in this location, which I definitely recommend.
Quien es el responsable de la información que brindan ? , quien se hace cargo de su negligencia? con mi esposo hicimos más de 1800 millas para poder mudar las cosas por la información que nos brindaron en persona y por teléfono en el lugar y es hoy en día que quieren cobrar todo el mes afectando nuestro crédito . Nadie se hace cargo de la información que se le brinda a sus clientes ? Necesito hablar con un superior, no con personas que no saben hacer su trabajo responsablemente. Una vergüenza, tanto Francis como las otras mujeres que nos informaron . Se realiza la denuncia al Departamento de protección al consumidor.

The attention and service cannot be found anywhere, I am a Public Storage client and every time I come to my unit I stop by the office because I like to say hello to Francis the manager for a while. She is always there ready with the best smile, attention and genuine disposition that characterizes her. Francis, when I hired, her attitude above all was her dedication to her work. That gives a lot of satisfaction to her employer to have workers with such high warmth and service within her business. Keep her in this location. . Without less valuing other places... but customer service has been greatly lost, I wish they were all like her, I recommend her.
Entering here into the town of Davie from 70th Ave I find this public storage where I only stopped by to ask prices and what size could be useful for my move in the future and the attention, service and professionalism of the manager Francis is super incredible every time. detail, explanation about the business, about the read everything was clear to me and the most that she brought to this location was her excellent 5-star reviews. If I could give more opinions or with more star value I would do it for her. I can add that the way she communicates and expresses herself goes beyond what you can expect from anyone, the fluidity that identifies her is great, I really recommend the place and I also recommend that you come with her, she is a professional and you can see it at first glance. I hope this review will be taken as constructive I’m a auction buyer arrived at 3:40 pm managers came back from lunch and with her Daughter from school 4:00pm I was frustrated because in the past, in another facility nobody show up. I have to go the next day most times we drive 51 miles to 100 to be part of the family in the business it was no cash enough to change a $100 bill The whole process take me over an hour.
We are all humans. I grew up with appreciation, respect, and value, for everybody will be great if the corporate found the way to inform their customers when nobody’s gonna be at their office.

I am in the process of moving out after being there for years. I have had some questionable intestinos with staff in the past. But the current agent there has been extremely friendly and helpful. Today when i informed Jen that i was leaving she had almost convinced me to stay. Had it not been for the fact that i have basically moved all of my equipment to a new location. I might have considered staying.
It was raining really badly and Jen (the lady working the front desk) was absolutely incredible! She let us stay inside till it stopped raining and was very welcoming and helpful!

I have been with public storage since April 2023 to current. The Regional Storage Manager Hector and Property Manager Jen are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, courageous, and very professional. The Properly Manger “Jen” always greets me with a smile or by my first name. She does her walk through and check on me to make sure; I don’t have any concerns or issues. She very knowledgeable and informative. Both Hector and Jen are superb assets to Public Storage establishment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I highly recommend Public Storage as my top Storage choice. Clean, professional, safe, great customer services.
It's been 2 days since I posted my review. I am fair person and I retract my statement about the District Manager. At the end of the day Mr. Mejias reached out and listened to me, he was very courteous and attentive. This was as easy as showing some empathy and using managerial skills. Nothing to do with being negligent, sometimes people just have too much on their plates! Once again Ysamy is the go-to person, she is just outstanding. Thank you...

Not even one star but to get my review posted I just had to.
My unit was broken into and their only effort to contact me was one voice mail where they didn't even mention that there was a break in. How inefficient can a company be when you gather ones personal information (email, address, and emergency contact) and you just leave one voice mail and leave it there??
Not only this, I run my business out of this place and when I decide to take my things to sell the next day and turn in the unit before I was leaving on a trip, I couldn't because there was a lock and a tag on it. So now they want to make me accountable because I didn't take my things before the end of the month.
For 3 days I went to the office, called and called and it seems like no one works at the place. I finally was able to contact the property manager Jensy Zammora to ask if she could help and her response was to call their insurance program and she didn't even provide with the police case number. I was able to contact her a second time to ask for the district manager's number and it was even worse, I called his number for 3 continuous days, left two voice mails and a week after, no response at all. Poor customer service, just a darn automated system over and over for more than a week.
Today I stopped by the office again and once again the office was closed. I decided to stop by another PS warehouse that was close to ask for some help and I was finally able to talk to someone (Ysamy) and get some sort of help and even though she couldn't resolve my situation at least she went above and beyond and contacted other managers (Doris) to see if there was something to be done.
If someone from the headquarters reads this, know that something needs to be done at this facility. I've heard other complaints from this location and the reality is that people like this tarnish your good name. I've rented spaces with you before for years and this is the first time I've ever seen what poor customer service is at it's highest level.
Thanks to Ysamy's effort I was able to talk to someone and thanks to Michelle who was totally patient and actually listened to me. That was all I needed!

When I first went in to start my storage rental it was a great experience until I was ready to move out I was called at 8 am I missed the call however I was on the way there to move out my payment was due that day I had my storage cleared out before 5 pm well even though I called right back at 805 am and left a message stating I'm clearing out when I got to the property no one was on the office so I went on in cleared out and left I receive a call the next day where is your payment I again explain I cleared the unit left it like I was told before 5 pm well next thing I have a collection in my name for the amount can some one explain please

Ysamy she was very knowledgeable of everything and I think she is a nice person, we need more people like her in the work force I'm very happy that I have her to rent me the storage

We stored our food truck trailer at this facility that we thought was secure and that all their cameras worked & then we were contacted that our trailer was not at the storage & they were trying to find out if we moved out! The gate is not secure because once some enters a code and drives through the gate remains open for 10 seconds before it closes which gives any other vehicle time to go though. On top of it the so called manager of the location(which by the way lives on the premises) couldn’t tell us exactly when the trailer was stolen because their not all of their cameras are working especially the most important ones back we’re we parked our trailer which if working would have given a lot of information as to who and what kind of truck pulled the trailer! We believe someone storing something at that location stole the trailer!!! Either way I don’t recommend this location because the District Manager doesn’t call your back about your issues and the manager doesn’t seem to understand and has a hard to communicating to anyone that only speaks English because myself and the police office kept getting different information and different stores and answers! STORE AT THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Very un professional coming down to the district manager to the site manager to the racist worker in the office had the ordassidy to push and call us white trash when she is trash the manager is useless and district manager is taking part of his racist worker had to have police there don't recommend this un kept trash of personal that all need to be fired it came down to there worker fighting with my daughter and her pushing me a 67 yr old worked all his life as a union representative for local 79 labores union pushing me in the chest just had a operation to put in totally trash workers and superiors there all os see ya in court

Dead roaches everywhere and dumpster locked with "no littering" sign on the outside? Storage units, a place where people are always taking things in and out and sometimes despossing of unwanted stuff.
