Worst service I’ve ever received from anywhere. I’ve been charged for multiple units and only have one they don’t have staff on site during working hours like they claim, I’ve left multiple messages and have received a call back and it’s been 5 days I was assured I’d be refunded by now and have not been. This has been hell and worst experience I’ve ever had with storage

Our unit smelled like smoke because the adjacent unit was being lived in. The rent increase was over $100 in a 9-month period Of us being there, I would not recommend this facility to anyone. All of our linens mattresses and all of our possessions smelled like cigarettes

This place is Garbage,nobody ever in office..can't use their dumster,office people treat you like a homeless person off street,look elsewhere for your storage needs..lol,can't even use on site restroom..hope this place closes down and employees find employment,picking up cigarette butts from the Street..and a HUGE Rat Problem and silverfish..rusty locks they sell you,and insurance can't replace memorable items,like moms old unreplaceable items,and insurance only pays you a $1.00. Percentage,but charge you exorbitant prices,..

I have been a client of Public Storage on and off for YEARS!! My most recent unit I’ve had for a couple years now but this situation was unique.
We are now hurricane victims and needed an upgrade ASAP so we arrived to the facility only to realize it was locked but as soon as I called and left a message the property manager named “Zogisle” pronounced (Zoo-guy-el) returned my call within the hour. He helped us with an upgrade along helping us save money in the process. He also threw in some humor to offer some stress relief considering all we have gone through.
We appreciate people who take their personal time without rushing us or making us feel like we’re a burden. You can also tell that he likes what he does unlike other people who present with a demeanor where they hate that they had to show up for work or just upset with life period!

This is Richie I like to make a comment on public storage there at 9:20 Cortez Bradenton, Fl, I went to rent a storage and I had appointment to go to rent a storage unit and when I made my appointment I was a little late and the manager assured me that that was no problem he we can work with me because customers are first in his book as that was said I give him five stars that man knows his business, in exactly what he's doing for the people who work for that's public storage I'd like to say five thumbs up to Michael Smith manager at 920 Cortez road Bradenton Florida
