Great people working at the front, clean units and good temperature inside.

Elevator was malfunctioning, I was stuck in it for 20min. Would go up but not down. Had to go down stairs to exit building. A mess.. Had to carry all my things down 3 flights of stairs.

Thankful they had an open “locker” after Helene. However I will say this U-Haul gave 30 free days to people in need. I paid a month on the 29th & the because auto pay was on - I got charged $6.12 a week later. The message for the office ends with “we care” yeah only about their money. The email asking for a review is why I’m being honest.

I would like to thank Jessica for her patience, knowledge and understanding of my frustration with Public Storage. It has been over 4 months dealing with a payment issue since PS took over and still hans’t resolved. She tried her best to solve the ongoing issue over the weekend but not succeeded so she called her manager during my presence to assist. First time renting a storage unit. The online sign up process was fantastic and user friendly. The rates were the best around. The facility itself is very clean. Love the easy access gate and door with the app and the front desk person Iliana (hope I spelled that correctly) was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful

The place is nice, however they don't always clean the room regularly, if you are staying any length of time, more than one week. They could use some mprovements on the front desk clerks in how they relate to their customers.

This is so close to my house. Great way to enter all locked up, easy getting to my locker. Folding locked up, everything really nice people. They wanna do. Everything for you. The business want to do everything for you to give what you want.

I was looking to store some things in my garage, elsewhere . I’m sure there a lot of people in the same situation. Cube smart was close to where I live and very helpful it getting me the right size storage bin for what I needed. The whole thing took less than an hour. I was shown different bins , which made it easy to determine the exact size I needed. The price was perfect for me Thanks cube smart You’ve made me and my wife much happier

Cube Smart is Superior to Mid G self storage. No comparison what so ever. Actually climate controlled. Not Sweat yo butt off 80 degree temperatures in this beautiful facility! Climate control means beautiful air conditioned rooms. The wire cages on the top of each unit is “ a nice touch”. Na. It rocks! O yeah triple security access barriers and lots of video cams galore! Code to enter, code to get in, code to get to your floor! Not that’s called being floored in a very good way. State of the Art unit locking features too.If you have the cash lock in your rate for 24 freaking months!!! Nice indeed. Maybe the dollies could use a shot of lubricant. And you’ll definitely need a shot of lube somewhere if you choose. Mid-G self storage! They will stick it to YA! Rented there a very long time, never missed a payment, never locked out, but when I complained about getting a rent increase 1 month into a smaller storage unit 10x20 to 10x15 they gave me the right hand of fellowship. But your ok if you don’t break rules or sign the agreement. Just Angry and not a threat. Wise as a serpent harmless as a dove. And constitutionally protected EXPRESSING dismay. So this “ increase” was supposedly passed on to give their employees a raise. I highly doubt that, smells very fishy indeed!!! They are cheap If they didn’t have cold air then they won’t start either. So many great options Cube Smart is tops, Mid G should be your last choice! Very safe! Very Hot! Very Expensive, Very Bad choice indeed.

This place is a total joke, Matt the midget is a real bone head and is holding my $900 since the 21st of September and still on hold. Don’t waste your time with these unprofessional idiots. This guy should absolutely not being serving the public. I also went to buy boxes from him and he couldn’t even find the key for the room that has the inventory.

This the greatest option for storage around. They have a wonderful Manager, Amy, and a very new and clean facility. The process was straightforward and the sign up deal saved me money. I had no doubts that my things were safe. Amy was very kind, personable, and helpful. She was the cherry on top.

The managers are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They go over everything with you and help you figure out what you need. The facility is kept clean and neat.

Great service. Clean facility. John was very helpful. Parking is close to the door. We were able to get a 70’ moving van in with a sleeper cab without any issues. Pricing was also reasonable.

Brilliant. The site manager John is a credit to Cubesmart. Super nice chap, very knowledgeable about all things storage related. He keeps the place clean, tidy and is extremely diligent with his follow up. This facility is relatively new... Just a few years at most I think. It's also huge with four floors of storage units and large st/st freight elevators. I ended up not renting, at least not yet, as my need fell through unexpectedly... But I hope to be back here renting a unit in future. Glad that I discovered this place.

The manager, John! We rolled up on 6015 26th St W, Bradenton, FL 34207 (which I think is store 4763), and he was CLEANING THE WINDOWS. That's how much pride he takes in his location! He was just as meticulous in helping upgrade us from a storage unit too small for our needs, into one that fits. He took exceptional care in ensuring that all our discounts and agreements ported over to the greater unit as well. We couldn't ask for a better caretaker of both our needs, and the pristine facilities. Ten Stars! And we have already recommended this location to all of our friends. Thank you for such a rare, service-focused experience!

I leave the country for months at a time and needed an indoor facility to store all of my stuff. I found this place and gave it a try and I'm very happy with the service from start to finish. The staff here is nice and also helpful. The facility is newer so it's nice to have a unit that wasn't used before. I also like CubeSmart as a company overall.

We have had a great experience so far with CubeSmart. Booking our unit was quick and easy and the only extra fee was the insurance. The facility was super nice, new and really clean and secure. Amy was very friendly and helpful when we did our on site check in. She went over everything carefully with us, took us to our unit and even took us out to the gate to make sure our code worked. Moving in was easy. There are plenty of Dollies available, which really helps. Very happy we chose this cubesmart location.

This is a brand new facility and it is very clean. When I stopped in I met Matt and he was very friendly and helpful. I reserved a unit for a move coming up. When move day came checking in to my unit was quick and access easy with a loading area and elevators. Access is by a keypad code. I recommend this place.

Extremely easy to pick, reserve, and rent my unit online. Didn’t even have to put on pants. The docent called me right away with the information I needed, and asked if I had an questions. I said I’ve always wondered why women open their mouths when applying eye makeup. She busted out laughing, and thanked me profusely, saying she really needed that today. Still didn’t answer my question.

I have just signed with Cube Smart at this brand new location. Though I do not have longevity with them, everything has been an easy process with phenomenal customer service. Matt went above and beyond any expectations and took the time to ensure not only my needs were met and that accessing the unit was understood but also spent time chatting with and engaging my two children throughout the process. I began the process online and it was very seamless from web and in-location with zero miscommunications or misunderstandings. The information provided was exactly what was experienced. The facility is brand new, so is obviously clean throughout. The thing that stood out to me most was the quality of product and investment in the building that will house items very important to me. I was especially impressed with the fencing across the top of each unit. Another impressive feature was the elevator required your access code, which adds additional security for not only my items, but for my own personal safety when I am retrieving items. Overall, I am very happy with my choice and look forward to a continued relationship with Cube Smart!
