BAIT & SWITCH SCAM- DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! Guaranteed Promo price offered online was $1.00 for first month rental. Arrived at location rental office, no one on the property, I called the agent and filled out the paperwork online (30 minutes on the phone). Final lease price was switched from $1.00 for the first month to $200. Agent indicated he could not adjust the price but would TRY and process a difference refund in a few days. I sat in front of the rental office for 1 hour waiting for the property manager....who never showed up. Never going back, total waste of time.

Mike and Melissa were amazing! Mike was super helpful and accommodating. They both helped me from the moment I arrived at the facility, they made sure my move was super smooth. Would highly recommend this facility.

Mike was beyond a superstar! He make sure to detailed the process and to even help us to easily load our belongings into the truck by showing us a more safer and ample space near our unit. After concluding our rental time he explain the process of the refund due to a shorter period of renting the unit and we successfully received it without any delay. This was our first experience renting a storage unit and Mike made it so easy breezy!

This is a great facility. Mike is an amazing manager and keeps the place running like a well oiled machine. Highly recommended.

worst customer service I have ever dealt with, I was just trying to get a quote on a small storage unit rather than her giving me sizes and prices, she said this was not possible as she was a storage sizing expert and would need to know exactly what I was putting in the unit before she could give me sizes or prices. I told her she just lost a customer there are plenty of other storage facilities in the area.

Worst storage facility I've ever rented at or have seen for that matter. Rats, rats, rats!!!! Everywhere! I have rented 2 years and rats have destroyed at least 1/3 of my belongs some things irreplaceable, half of those things chewed the other half rotted with urine and feces. I've complained many times and nothing has been done and calls go unreturned now. Many homeless people have lived in there units since I've rented here and also not much has been done about that. Also my rent had doubled in these 2 years but it only took about a year to double, actually less than 1 year. Five hundred dollars for a 10×25 infested with rats and trash everywhere, also I've gotten more flat tires than I can keep track of by nails being all over drive area and they refuse to roll a magnet and pick them up, I stopped counting at 9 flat tires from here and I know I've had at least 3 after that. Renters beware, and if ur wondering why I haven't " just moved out" yet, it's because I work over 80hrs a week subcontracting plus run my company after that and school on Wednesdays and Sundays so if I could have had the time I would have been gone.

I’ve dealt with a lot of storage facilities in my time…but NONE are close to MISSY and CASEY at Public Storage on 30th St E in Bradenton as far as customer service and overall customer service. They are truly here to help you in any way possible and super accommodating.

I’ve used this specific location a couple times and every time I’ve had to use them, Missy made the process smooth and helpful. Today, I got myself in a little bind and when I went into the office, Missy was there to help smooth everything. If you’re looking for a storage unit that is safe and reliable- this is the space!

The staff at this facility are awesome. Missy is the best and was so very helpful to us from when we initially called her 6 months ago. We moved very far from AZ to FL around then with a household of “stuff” from our home of 18 years. We had to build a home here so everything had to go into storage for the longer term and until our home is fully built. Other facilities we called in Bradenton FL were horrible and acted like we were bothering them with our questions. Missy though was just the opposite and spent a long time educating us on the overall area, helping us determine the correct storage size we needed, and reviewed with us the various security and other features of the Bradenton facility. We had many calls with her before our move and she was super friendly, kind, patient, and informative on every call. She is a wonderful ambassador for Public Storage and a champion of putting customers at ease. We couldn’t be more grateful for all of her help for our very far move. Thank you so very much Missy!

A bit warm today ...

I have a storage unit at this location and I have to say I’m very pleased. The customer service is outstanding.., they actually have people who answer the phones and are able to help. I had forgotten to say my bill… I got a courtesy call from Missy, she was absolutely wonderful. I explained my situation and she found a solution that worked for me… and this was fine within 30 min of my speaking with her. Yes it’s about storage but it’s also about a great customer experience. Thank You So Much Missy!!!

They went over and above to make my rent increase reasonable. Of course we should expect this type of increase with our current state of this nation. Thanks to Public Storage Casey and Missy are great people to work with.

***3/31/2022 update*** well after getting a small rate increase last year, I've just been informed of a ((25%)) rent INCREASE! Insane. Go elsewhere before you're stuck here! See below for more surprises. Rented a space. Asked multiple times if there were ANY more charges other than what I was told. Surprise....$15 more for mandatory monthly insurance. Free for the first month. In my case it works out to be 25% more. You also need a specialty lock they sell for double as compared to the internet. Nice facility.
