This is a chance to acknowledge someone who deserves to be acknowledged! Vula you are a star!!! I work with a lot of storage companies and have found over the years most of the people who pick up the phone don't truly hear what you're asking, they simply want to make a reservation. Vula, Heard my request and followed up each week till she found the appropriate room. I hope public storage knows what an asset she is to the company. People like her make daunting experiences easy!

the reason of my 5 star review to make it clear is for joe and lillian i had a unit at the stamford location for a few years with them and those 2 provided me with exceptional service and went above and beyond for me each time i needed their assistance. The communication they provided me with was very useful and modest of them whenever i was in a bulge about my unit.They always came through for me and provided me with 5 star assistance they are great people great employees and deserve recognition for their efforts
1) Black mold. The third flood reeks of it. Your items likely will too
2) The price you pay will jump significantly nearly every month
3) They will continue to charge you after you move out. Don't worry- you agreed to this when you signed

This is not so much a company as it is a predatory organization that holds your belongings hostage. Our monthly bill went from $30 to $150 over the course of several months. But what can you do when your stuff is there and you have nowhere to put it?
THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU AFTER YOU MOVE OUT
If you move out on the first of the month- you pay for the WHOLE MONTH. They will send your bill to COLLECTIONS without notifying you, because they are still billing you after you're gone.

This facility is Managed by Joe. Joe is extremely helpful and professional with any issues or conveniences we come across in using their service. The pricing of the units may be a bit on the higher side than some of their peers , but in my opinion well worth it because of the professionalism and service led by Joe.

Not only was the facility immaculately clean, but Joe went above and beyond to provide thorough information about the units available and the rental process. His friendly demeanor and willingness to address all my questions made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Joe and the Public Storage facility in Stamford to anyone in need of storage solutions.

I want to be clear this review is only for Lillian and Joe at this one facility. She has been helpful every time I reach out. So she gets 5 stars. Public Storage the company, is terrible. They raise prices 2-4 times a year and the district manager does not care about anyone, nor does the company. I started with a $75 dollar storage that is now $200, it’s robbery. I would NEVER recommend Public Storage, but if you are already stuck with them I would definitely recommend Lillian to deal with, she is kind and helpful and can’t help that she works for an awful company that consistently tries to gouge people of their money.
An excellent facility with excellent management. I have been using this facility for over a year. The building and storage floors are always immaculately maintained. The biggest asset of the facility is the management. Joe and Alex are incredibly helpful. I can't say enough about their willingness to go above and beyond in assisting with any issue you may have. They are true assets to the Public Storage brand.
August 19th: Another excellent experience with Joe. Management is key to the success of any business. Joe's attention to his customers and delivering excellent customer service are really what differentiates this facility from all others I've used. Thank you, Joe!

From the moment I Googled the Public Storage facility I had nothing but a positive experience. I went online and reserved my storage locker and I immediately received a call from “Joe” and he gave me all the information I needed.

Had a great experience setting up my unit at the 11 Leon Place Public Storage in Stamford. Joe helped smooth the process of switching me from a 5x10 to a 10x10 unit when my movers were having trouble fitting everything in. The location has a nice loading dock, feels clean/new, temperature controlled, secure.

She was very pleasant to talk to. I was reassured that my unit would definitely have climate control and I would have access as needed. My items would be safe. She seemed very knowledgeable, as well as professional. After comparing the customer service experience, I received over the phone with your rep, to the walk in experience I received, with another recommendation I was given. I was no longer hesitant with my decision. I will be choosing Public Storage, based soley on my customer service experience.

I highly recommend this storage unit facility. We had a large moving truck and the loading dock made the move- in so much easier. Sturdy carts are also provided. The facility is super clean. Joe was amazing at helping us coordinate our move!

I had a very positive experience with Public Storage. The place was secure, had large elevators, and 4-6 carts to move things into the unit. Joe was great! I00% recommend!
This is the best storage place we have ever used and will continue using. We always have materials and equipment so having a loading dock available just made everything so much easier. Can’t say enough about Joe either. He is the reason we have made this place our permanent storage facility. He knows what you need and how to make everything run smoothly. Also the place is spotless. I met Joe at the Stamford Leon street address. He is the kindest ❤ gentleman I ever did met. His professionalism and the care of the storage facility is of the Elite. Your stuff is safe inside with locked gates. They have mildew fresheners to keep your stuff clean. The locks are strong and the facility is so clean and fresh. It's brand new. Come on down here. I paid 1.00 and I you can WIN a thousand with auto pay. They get five 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. You will have peace of mind in learning your things.

I've rented from a few different locations and always seem to have a hard time. I came to see Joe hoping for a better experience and boy am I glad I did. My experience has been positive, especially with Joe who was very helpful with everything! Just be aware that the narrow L shape ramp can be challenging to navigate, as other reviewers have mentioned. However, this can be bypassed by pulling up to the loading bay (2 parking spots which are usually open) and unloading items directly onto the platform.
