I’m only giving two stars instead of 5 because its sooo hard to wheel the moving cart from your car through the double doors! The steep is too high and so unnecessary. I loaded all the heavy stuff onto the cart and tried to go inside and simply couldn’t! I was not able to lift the cart. Someone needs to put a tiny little ramp to get rid of that steep!
UPDATE:
All these these months later and still no solution to the steep that is so high youre breaking your back lifting the cart.
Also, one star because how are you after 6 months raising prices to almost 50% more per month!!! I went from paying $300 to $425!! Ridiculous! Moving out this month.
CHARLES, SHOWED 4 DIFFERENT UNITS, BATHROOMS, ELEVATORS, LOADING DOCKS, AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEMEANOR WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
Kristina was exceptional in service and was very professional - you are fortunate to have her.

He was professional, kind and took me to each unit until i decided which one was best for me. He is a great associate for public storage.
I recently moved into the Wilson Ave, Norwalk Public Storage. No matter what, moving is always stressful, but Kristina made it so much easier for me one day, just lifted my spirits with her kindness and help. This place is a nice place, and so are the people.
Update-- one year later-- I just have to add this. I got a call out of the blue from Public Storage, it was George, one of the great really nice people who works there. He called to tell me I didn't lock my unit properly and I should come down and reset the lock. I've got valuable stuff there and got down to Public Storage right quick and put the lock in right. The next day I had to be in my storage unit, finally deciding to organize my files, and was there every day for a week solid. I couldn't believe it, I thought these guys just sat in the office,, but everyday, George or one of his colleagues swept the floor of the entire Norwalk Public Storage and did a visual inspection of every storage unit lock EVERYDAY. George, you and your colleagues are amazing!

Car space rental is affordable, secure, very clean and easy to access (gate unlocks with the phone app! Don’t even have to roll down the window). Spoke to Charles and he was a big help to lock in my spot. Great experience.

Christina, the on-site manager, is a treasure! It's such a breath of fresh air when someone is really good at their job (particularly considering the stress of organizing a move!) Would recommend! The spaces look very clean and new, well lit and climate control is a plus. The units are in a building in a very convenient location, secure gates and easy to load in and out. Krystina was super helpful today as we got our unit, getting us registered for billing and organized so we could move our things in. Restrooms and water fountains inside as well. Thanks!

Terrible customer service and no technical support! I reserved a unit (already had an account from a unit at a different location). Apparently Public Storage did some system updates, and my account got mysteriously deleted. I created a new account, but it still wouldn’t let me in. I used the chat function online multiple times, and both times they said they were experiencing issues, and directed me to call the customer support number. After following the exact phone prompts they told me to use, I could find NO WAY to open a tech support ticket or even speak with a real human!! Meanwhile, I can’t even complete check-in to get into my storage unit, which if you want the online only deals you have to do it through your online account. The district manager at this office said they couldn’t do anything for me, and just told me to create an account under someone else’s name. I spent hours trying to deal with this, and everyone I spoke to sent me to someone else who could apparently help, and no one actually did anything. Seems like this place is a fine choice if nothing goes wrong, but if you have any issues and need support it’s a nightmare. I found more affordable storage elsewhere, and will not be coming back.
Super convenient location, 13 minute drive from Greenwich, situated between Norwalk and Darien, CT. Easy parking and easy access. Download the app to open the doors. The place is super clean and well lit, very safe and secure. Customer service is exceptional.
