They will rip you off if the can. I got the move in special month free. I found a cheaper place (half their price for the same sized unit). They charged me FIFTY CENTS rent for the 31st day, even though I was out within 30 days.... AND a $51 late fee for that 50 cents.
I helped my mother move out of her storage and the property manager Alyse was very helpful and knowledgeable. My mother stored her stuff there for the past 5 years and there was not one trace of rodents. The facility was clean and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to store their items.

So far I am happy with this facility. I love the walls that are in the units and that they have lighting. The property manager is nice and fun to talk to and she keeps the grounds clean. And I got a decent average market rate. We will see how long it takes before they raise it and go from there. Would def recommend.

A complete self service & seamless process and wonderful unit. Only point of friction is the attendant, who was not involved in my initial booking or receipt of unit. I feel that she is not an honest broker and finds delight in upsetting others peace. Horrible people exist and unfortunately, Public Storage employs one at this property. (Proceed with Caution!!! Biggot on campus )

The property manager here was great! Alyse made sure I understood the contract and the best way to protect my furniture. She really made me feel like family.
The staff are rude and bossy and the units are in poor condition, my first unit had a massive hole in the doorway that allowed you to see what was inside and they refused to fix it so I had to change units which they also charged me for while acting as if I was the problem for wanting a safe and secure unit.
I've also gotten lease violations for leaving only 3 minutes after close and told my code had been deactivated.
Will never use this company again for anything.

We were broken into at this location. Management did nothing to help and they won't unless you can tell them exactly what date/time your vehicle/unit was broken into to. It's not right to advertise camera security when you won't take the time to review the footage after the breakin.
Bottom line, the security advertised is false advertising and doesn't exist.

Started a storage unit here November 5th and ended it on March 4th. They insist I must be charged for the full month of march. Even though they offer 2nd month free for the unit, I had to pay for 4 full months anyway.
This is a predatory scam company that I will never use again.

Terrible customer service and painful to try to rent with them
This storage facility would have earned five stars, if it were solely based on the ease of set-up, access and customer service, but after coming back from parking my camper van there for two weeks, I noticed that things were missing in my my van. It had been broken into, and after reaching out to the facility to see if they had any video surveillance of what happened, they said that they don't have any cameras for that area. I was a little astounded that they didn't have surveillance cameras everywhere, and definitely see that as a major drawback for parking there. I suppose I should have done my due diligence, but just wanted to share my experience for future renters.

When dealing with the hell of moving your mothers stuff across the country and all seems terrible and hopeless I hope you are greeted by Alyse like i was. She was so helpful, patient and understanding. She really is the best and would gladly use this public storage again, especially if she is there. She is what great customer service looks like.
Answered the question I needed to know to rent a storage unit
Don’t not rent at this location. The manager and district manager will lie to get you in the storage and they do not uphold your lease. The manager and district manager Dennis told me multiple lies and threatened to remove my property or terminate my lease even tho all my bills were paid just because I asked for cooperate office information. Steer clear DO NO RENT OR LEASE HERE.
Plz try the location on 104th and York if you can very professional and helpful people in there office.
Alyse was very knowledgeable. She helped me acquire the correct documents to transfer access for my company unit as a previous employee left with the keys. She even drilled out the old lock and gave me a new one. Great customer service.

Good for dumpster diving
Today 6/01 .... I called the storage office and was talking to Alyse (property manager) about why my rent up. She stated I should have received an email about it. Apparently they had the wrong email on file. But on that email they had sent didn't have a specific date on it saying that my rent was going to go up. So I told Alyse that I should have received something new saying my rent was going up. So asked Alyse wouldn't you feel the same way if you were in my shoes. So the first 3 times I asked her she kept avoiding the question. Never got answer. So for her to avoid the question again she told me I'm hanging up the phone now.
I think being a manager you should be willing to help or get answers from someone hire up or maybe tell me let me check into this and will get back to you. I'm pretty sure everybody wants to know when there rent is going up. Hopefully the actually owner reads this.

Extremely helpful and professional
Extremely clean facility. I've been here for about 6 months and I have had zero issues with the facility, staff or security of my unit. When I first got my unit, during my registration, the woman (I don't recall her name) who helped me was absolutely outstanding when it came to customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for either long term or short term storage. I've had other units in the area that were extremely shady along with shady renters. Every person I have come in contact with, either a staff member or a renter, has been super friendly. Only thing I would like to bring up to their attention is the cylinder lock. You must bring your own or buy one in advance. I wish this bit of information about the cylinder lock was posted on their website. It's cheap to buy from them but, just an unexpected purchase that is required!

I moved to Colorado with no friends, no family, and no land. I didn’t know what I was going to do with my life, and I was a hollow shell of a man. That all changed when I stumbled upon this Public Storage. As soon as I walked in, Alyse was kind, knowledgeable, and put all my worries at ease. She was only concerned with making sure my needs were met and that I felt comfortable and prepared. Storing at this facility is the best choice I’ve ever made, and being helped by Alyse was the single greatest experience of my life. I’m a better person for having done so. Choose this Public Storage and you will never regret it.

This public storage was awesome! They made sure to call me before the end of the month to make sure I was still able to vacate so I wouldn’t be charged for the next month. Their customer service was exceptional and Elise was extremely sweet and helpful! I would definitely use them again if needed.
Worst, dirty, rude and in scary.
We were scheduled to move out the 1, but received a call a day before saying that if we did not vacate before 9pm on the 31st that we would be charged for an entire month. The vacate email sent states that that isn’t the case. When we went to return the keys nobody could be found and the assistance line went to voicemail. Andrea finally came to the front office, but was the most poorly trained customer service representative I have ever encountered. She was snide and rude with her remarks and was very inconsiderate. We will never be returning to a public storage nor recommending it. I also wasn’t allowed to get my military discount and was charged full price the two months I rented there. Awful experience and would give 0 stars if possible.

Pretty good storage but hard to get to.Well I wrote this review the next month went by twice during reg hrs no one around trying to pay my bill .Call in to pay and it's a 20 dollar convince fee.Then they raised my rent after 2 months and I was paying double.Went to pay my bill one day late and there was a lock on my storage they said was not theirs but it had a sticker on the lock that said public storage.I left to find a bolt cutter and she called me saying they had someone there that could cut it .Drove back and it was cut off.She told me before I left that they had no way to get it off.Looked in my storage and things didn't quite look the same .Moved my stuff out.

Well laid out and friendly, helpful staff
The worst. Constant increase in pricing and will increase prices to twice the original agreed upon price in less than a year. Does not take requests seriously. The entire year we were there the light bulb didnt work and was requested to replace several times. Spiders spiders spiders!!!!! Lots of cellar spiders, hundreds. This was also a request not handled in any facet. Found some dead mice and water leakage occurred during my occupancy. Lots of pests. All my stuff is in quarantine and not entering my house untill cleaned. They seem more focused on making sure people dont use their dumpsters instead of peoples personal property, with cameras watching every single dumpster.
The location is the absolute worst. This entire year was constant road construction forcing to drive in giant circles to get there. Road conditions are also terrible so anything fragile will break in your truck. The pricing might be tempting but do not get sucked in untill they address all of this.
