Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 9823 Mangano Lane, Parker, CO

Used this location for a year with no issues other than the pipes leaking a waxy substance on some of my items. I couldn’t do anything about it because they weren’t damaged. Holly was kind and helpful when I decided to remove my items and made sure I understood the process.

There are gates on both ends, but only one is able to be opened, and a separate 3rd gate for exiting, which makes dropping stuff with a trailer a royal pain in the ass. Customer service is also lacking a bit.

Holly was so helpful yesterday !! She was able to get me into a unit quickly and helped with all moving info and explained all the terms for the new unit with patience and a smile ! I love doing business with kind humans

If your a few days late on rent they call and call and call. My rent has gone up 3 times since I got a spot last year

Poor customer service. Unfortunately, PS has the market so it’s hard to find commercial storage. They raise the rent SIGNIFICANTLY on their loyal existing customers and REFUSE to work with them on keeping those expenses down. They force you into moving units to get lower rates as opposed to adjusting their customers rent. You can rarely find someone onsite to help answer questions and their customer service is incapable of addressing your needs or concerns.

I had originally reserved a 10x10 unit, but on the day of the move, found out that size wasn't big enough. I got back online & was able to get a larger unit & the folks at this location credited what I had paid on the smaller unit, towards the larger one. No fuss, no muss. The units are clean & staff is very knowlegeable & courteous. Thank you to Clarissa for getting my unit squared away.

I made an online reservation to hold and went to facility shortly thereafter and was helped out by an extremely kind lady, Cora. Cora explained the process, expectations and showed me the unit. It was exactly what I needed and completed rental agreement along with purchasing a lock. I have had unit for 2 weeks now , no issues with gate entry/exit procedures , there are carts available for renters use to assist in moving items and the price is fair and reasonable. I am pleased with the cleanliness and quality of this property and most pleased with Cora's professional and friendly assistance.

Bryan and cora were very helpful and accomodating to everything I needed. Renting a storage unit with them made a world of a difference when I was planning on moving with a container. Their flexibility was unmatched. Additionally, my move out date was a day over and they were willing to forego the charges for the following month since I would not be using it. Definitely recommend.

Cora answered all of my questions without hesitation. Customer service is absolutely on point. Highly recommend this clean, comfortable facility. Had a dolly at the ready for use and made moving in a breeze.

Company is fine. Most of the Employees are ok. Cora specifically, is deeply struggling with her customer service. When asked questions about a customer account at her location, she barely has any knowledge about anything or how to help customers. Nor does she feel inclined to find out information for them. She has no idea how long it takes to go to auction, she has no idea when more knowledgeable employees will be at the office for questions, nor does she have any helpful information outside of what she has been teleprompted to call about. She quickly catches an attitude when she is asked questions she doesn’t know. She constantly interrupts others when they are speaking. And she is extremely unpleasant & negative to work with.

A+ with an App for door access, good sized units, well kept building, and available staff and access during daytime hours.

Louie was so helpful unfreezing a stuck lock and chipping out exterior door being iced over. So grateful to have the help and a nice person that oversees this location!

Nancy was hands down the most accommodating and helpful staff member I have ever met! She helped me to make sure I had enough storage space for my parents belongings and did everything she could to help make the process easy! Will continue to come here for her amazing service.

I've been at this location for years and even when I've lived across town (about an hour away) I've stayed. John has been absolutely amazing, respectful, and kind. I enjoy our conversations together, he remembers previous conversations and details and he always makes a comfortable atmosphere. he's always been patient and he's a great manager. as i'm on that path i do look up to his leadership and professional skills and will incorporate them into my work. the few others I've talked to while john is gone are always kind and professional and the small conversations we've had are light and funny and relatable. i also like the no favoritism in the building. even with me being with them for years i get no discount or no waived late fee. i like that. everyone gets treated equally and that's how a business should be ran. i also like how john wears his kilts and is allowed. EMBRACE YOUR CULTURE!! this review is long but very overdue. great people

Hours are posted on the site clearly don't match when the people actually feel like being at work. No one picks up the phone or calls back. Storage units are over priced especially for how poor the service is. To many other options near by to be a loyal customer

Great staff here! Jeremy and his manager, John helped me out of a jam recently. Great people, great business.

Have been easy to work with, wish they were open later but we make it work. Getting pricey though!

Louie was a big help to us today. Friendly and upfront about rental agreement. However, the rate is skyrocketing... Gonna have to do something with our stuff....
