I've only been a customer for a short time. This place needs some maintenance work. There are no visible numbers on the ground or walls for Rv parking. There are weeds and debris in many of the parking areas. I had to sweep glass out of my parking space before parking there. No map given out to a new customer. Even though the place does have security cameras and is gated, I don't feel as secure storing my Rv as I did in my previous storage facility. Management needs to spruce the place up.
Great spot to park my camper. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the property seems to be secure overall.
All the staff at this location are extremely friendly and will go out if their way to best serve you with your storage needs.
Public Storge has been a very positive experience for me. The location I am at on Bellevue in Littleton, is managed incredibly well. The gentleman I've dealt with the most is Curt. Not only is he kind & has amazing customer service skills, he's also very accommodating & goes out of his way to help with whichever situation I've approached him with. I've dealt with a couple other men at this facility & under Curt's guidance, they have been just as helpful & courteous. Thank you for great service, especially Curt.
I have rented here for several years mostly due to how wonderfully I have been treated by Cindy Moss the location manager. I highly recommend this facility.
Tanisha was such a joy to work with, she was kind, understanding, thoroughly efficient.

Very sad to see fairly recent reports of theft at this place. I had things stolen from them a couple years ago. My situation is similar to a few other victims. I found a new lock on my unit. I had to have them cut it off, which they charged me for, and discovered items missing. Staff didn't seem to care. There was no security footage because the cameras " were new and had not been turned on yet". Lies. I filed a police report, and the officer said theft here is common, but there wasn't much the police could do. I put a review here when it happened and I don't see it now, but i do see reviews older than my incident so I'm doing this again.

Don't take the chance at this place. We had our unit broken into (the lock was cut off) and replaced with a new lock that was not ours. We had roughly $5,000 worth of automotive tools, car related items, clothing, shoes, and more stolen from the unit. They refused to give us access to the security footage and the 'insurance' they require you to have denied the claim because they can't prove the breakin and theft. Public storage won't give anyone but the police access to the security footage, including their own insurance company. We think it was an inside job from public storage.
When we approached the property manager Kurt - he told us "it was not his problem and to call the police" and was then uncooperative. We filed a break in and theft police report. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PRIVATE RENTAL INSURANCE with this place. or just don't take the chance. I wish we had gone somewhere else.
Had a slight issue with my new storage space, but it was fixed very quickly thanks to Kurt
This place is aweful. I got in trouble for being in my unit too long. I was packing items up and was "talked to" about how long I was there. I told them a light was out, and they said they would not fix it. Not the bulb but the switch. I am getting charged over $600 a month for a unit. It keeps going up. Stay away from this place. Also, the last time I checked the crime stats in Littleton, CO, this was at the top of the list for break-ins.

I would avoid this place at all costs. After nearly 3 years of renting a unit they disabled my ability to make an online payment and said I cam only make cash payments. I am 2000 miles away and live out of state. I am going to lose all of my possessions because of this. They are essentially stealing my property!!!!

Convenient location, but way overpriced, go to the Wadsworth branch and pay about half the cost. Moving my unit to the Wadsworth branch before renewal next month. Absurd cost, reel people in for 1/2off deal the jack up pricing after your stuff/belongings are already in. Not using this branch anymore.
Storage unit broken into the very first month. No camera footage. Unable to work with police. Unable to even refund Intro fees. Do not trust this facility. Not secure at all.
No one working on property sometimes. Bad customer service. Not maintained well. Can't get anyone on the phone to speak to about issues. Will not rent there again after 4 months of trying!!
I only rent a space for my rv here. I have never had any problems pleasant staff new manager with in the last 3 months I have been there for almost 1 years and as long as it before 9pm and after 6am I'm able to pull out anyday or everyday pretty decent place would definitely recommend.

Just got the unit and can't put anything in it. No email or sign for reason why. Dude sitting inside, for what reason I don't know, with cones blocking the entrance. Great customer service if I ever did experience it. 🤨
My locker was broken into. Alot of sentimental items were taken that can never be replaced. Grandma's china set. Great grandmas veil that she wore on the boat from Sweden to the states. Grandpa's 80 year old trunk with his engineering tools & stories he wrote about my sister & I. Too many to be listed. So, they have cameras inside that have cobwebs hanging from & guess what....... They DO NOT WORK. Thank you public storage for keeping my items unsafe.
I will preface my review by stating that the property personnel are polite, courteous and professional. They're cogs in grinding wheel that is Public Storage corporate. The price increases at this location, like all of their others locally and nationally, are outrageous. I rented a 10'x10' space in September of 2023, at an introductory rate of $96. I understood that this was a rate designed to get me in the door, and that I could expect an increase at some point. After three months my rent increased to $126. A couple of months later, this rate became $156. I complained about this to the local property manager, and she was able to request and receive a three-month adjustment back to $126. My rent returned to $156, and now after two months at that rate, I receive notice yesterday that this month's rent was now $203. A rent increase of over 100% in eight months is indefensible. I contacted Public Storage corporate, filed an account adjustment request, and was denied. This company will charge whatever it is able until it is held accountable. I'm thinking that Tom Martino, or similar media mouthpiece, needs to shine a light on Public Storage's arbitrary and predatory pricing strategy.
ABSOLUTE WORST STORAGE BUILDING COMPANY IVE EVER dealt with. I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY AND CHARGING YOU EXTRA FOR WHATEVER THEY CAN!
Liegia who is the manager was not helpful whatsoever each time I expressed my concerns and she responded as tho she could care less about my issues! Never offered a solution, never showed concern for the mice ruining my things or anything.
We have had a storage building here for over a YEAR. They raised the price atleast twice! No notice or anything! I was a couple days late once or twice in that time and only missed one month payment at the last month and Even after making a payment arrangement of being behind they still proceeded with locking my unit.
I never had a mice problem and came to check on my stuff and somehow there was a mice infestation in my unit which ruined over $300 of things. They were only able to insure $250. Thank God my washer and dryer cords didn’t get chewed up!
There is no trash receptacle available which is VERY INCONVENIENT for a storage company!
All that remained in my unit was the mice infested things which needed to be thrown away and one tote of my first daughter’s baby clothes.WHICH I LOST COMPLETELY thanks to this horrible way of business through PUBLIC STORAGE!!!
All I wanted to do was throw away the mice infested items but there was no where to throw them away so I had to leave the trash in there until I could find a way to transport it somewhere to throw it away as I didn’t have a vehicle and expressed to them I was not going to transport the mice infested stuff in an UBER! They would not let me in and would not work with me on a suitable payment plan whatsoever. They continued to charge me regardless!
At the end of my need for the unit I made a payment arrangement to which they did not allow to finish as they AUCTIONED OFF my one tote of baby clothes that I can never get back! They were charging me almost $400 with fees and rent to get my tote for one month of being behind! They even auctioned off the mice infested trash!!! all within less than 30 days of being late and the agreed payment arrangement!
COMPLETELY REGRET USING THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ok so here's the update: Liegeia(so) sorry if it's spelled wrong🫢. So you know as a customer service manager, and guest oriented, we all want to know what people really think, but by golly if you get a 1norv2vstar review, your boss is on the phone right,? Fill out an incident report etc. We all strive for five. But, I gotta hand to her, she called on a four. Wanted to know how she could help,bi wanted to know why I had a random out of time auto withdrawal. She was able to find the random charge, and while there was no great explanation, she reversed the charge and credited my account. The data was confusing to us all, however, humans are fallible, and a human somewhere put in info that generated a charge. But it was fixed, and that is the most important thing. So I am upgrading to 5bstsrs, not just because it was fixed, that would be the expectation, but because she took the time to call on an above average review. That says something. And there are those of you that totally get what I mean. Peace, and kudos. No issues, great.
Beware parking anything here!!! Our camper was stolen from here. The manager said she called the police, but they said no one ever called. They provided photos and video footage to the police but have no insurance on vehicles stolen from their property.

My storage was robbed for $10000. Worth of TV's, we were late on one payment and they had to cut our lock off and put their lock on during that time. One of them employees access to our storage unit and stole our TV's. We have pictures, filled out of a police report and we will be contacting the local news. We need this matter resolved ASAP. This isn't the first incident at this location, this place needs to be shut down! This isn't right, people trust your company with their belongings and this happens repeatedly! NO WAY!!!!!!!
Horrible service!! They stole equipment of mine that cost over $40,000 and nobody who works there cared. There are no cameras, no security, and no respectful service, and prices are very expensive, I recommend any other place.
We had $3,000 worth of our stuff stolen from here about a year ago. Several units near our unit did as well. The criminals came through the ceiling from the back unit & stole a ton of our belongings. Ironically, our unit was literally right next to the front office & main street and we were told nothing was caught on cameras, etc...Super sketchy place to rent from, the people that worked there could have cared less that we had that much stuff stolen through the friggin ceiling!! Abosolutely DO NOT give this place your business ever!!!!!!

It was so easy to reserve a spot and pay for it all online and then have the app to go ahead and access the gates and make payments and check on everything that you have at public storage.

The location is conveniently located right off Bellview which is perfect. I am super happy i chose this location and also got a great monthly rate online. My dog is also given treats by Curt just about every time we've gotta go to the office. All in all it was a really great experience I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know!

Had a bunch of stuff stollen from my storage unit. A bunch of other people reported the same happening to them. Make sure you have a list of everything you keep in your box, original receipts of anything kept in the box, and additional proof of ownership. Otherwise the cutthroat insurance company they send you to will do nothing for your stolen property. Better yet don't rent a box from here.

My unit was broken into, the staff seemed like they couldn't have cared less, no security cameras anywhere that could have caught the thieves, I would not be surprised if the staff was involved, didn't even get any kind of apology, or sympathy. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!!.

Friendly staff, but the location is sketchy and they have break-ins all the time. Furthermore, many of their cameras do not work, hopefully they will fix that soon.
