I visited the office for public storage at the intersection of Kipling parkway and Walker in Littleton Colorado. When the manager on duty was unable to help me find a storage unit at her facility she went online and made telephone calls to other nearby franchises and found me a deal that I would not have found on my own. I ended up finding a unit at public storage store number 203. Both managers on duty were courteous helpful and understanding. I highly recommend these two stores!

Rented a space. We are moving to a different state and of course they decide to paint our unit and make it to where we cannot access it. No communication. No one is ever in the office. Most annoying and unprofessional place I have ever come across.

I was in need of a particularly large storage unit. I stopped by this location (about 15 minutes before closing) and was greeted by Robin. I explained to Robin what I was needing and she found several units available at the property. As it turned out I actually needed a larger unit than I expected. Even though Robin had every right to tell me to come back the next business day, she stayed and answered my questions and even assisted me with taking measurements to make sure the storage unit will work for me. Robin explained the promotions they were having at the time and when they would expire so I could take my time and make an informed decision. Robin was patient with me having to reschedule coming in to lease the unit several times and when I did finally show up to lease the unit, she made the process seamless. I would highly recommend. Convenient location, friendly staff and it appears they are beginning upgrades on the property.

As noted by some others, these are not particularly honest people. My price also got jacked way up by almost double since first moving stuff in. They did fix the gate access that I complained about.

This is now my 15th year with Public storage at this location and Robin has been so wonderful to me. She always keeps an eye out to make sure things go smoothly with the whole facility. It’s a well lit, clean, extremely well run facility thanks to people like Robin.

This location was great, and Robin the property manager was a huge help.
Robin the property manager, is very unprofessional and rude. I received a phone call from her saying I needed to provide a second lock on the other door to my storage unit. When we moved in we were told we needed to provide one lock. The other lock was never mentioned, and was on the other door already locked and we were not provided with the key or any notice to change it. I have been in this storage unit for almost 6 months and it was never a problem until now that she is about to get audited and doesn’t want to get introuble for a mistake they have made. We rented one storage unit, didn’t ask for 2 doors to the same unit, and was assigned this unit without knowledge of the 2 doors. Why would we have to pay for 2 locks when we pay for one storage unit? Instead of just offering to provide us a new lock, She argued saying we chose the unit with 2 doors. We moved here from Arizona and had the storage unit booked online, it said NOTHING about 2 doors and was randomly assigned this unit. It also has not been a problem for the 6 months we have been renting the unit there until now, right before they get audited and per her words, will be “dinged” for our unit having one of their locks.. She should provide the second lock at no charge, since we did not ask for 2 doors to our one storage unit. And these 2 doors are extremely inconvenient anyways, they cut off most of the door space to fit items and make things difficult. Robin did not try to be helpful on this situation at all. I will be filing a complaint with Public Storage on Robin about this situation.

The woman, Robin, was very nice and helpful when moving in. However, I've now learned to never rent from Public Storage.
After moving in, they increased my rent by 50% within 6 months. I did not have a discounted or promotional rate, they just jack up your rent as soon as they feel like it, knowing you have no choice but to pay it or move all of your stuff back out again. I would be fine with an annual increase, but 50% right after moving in is extortion. Again, this was not a discounted "first month" rate or anything, it is just taking advantage of people, as they know the time and cost of moving to another unit means most people will just accept whatever they force on them. The worst

This place has always been good to me. I’m a plumbing contractor, in and out daily. Robbin has always treated me well. It’s clean and she’s always out and about doing stuff, which makes me feel safer about my equipment.

Absolutely horrible, it was impossible to rent a unit. Customer service was completely incompetent, and got me a unit in Arizona instead of Colorado. When I gave up on customer service, We went to the place during their hours but nobody was there. I met a gentleman there that said he had kept recieving spam calls from them and culdn't even get into the unit he rented. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Robin was an absolute life saver! We had an issue with our unit at a different location (400 W Center Ave) where we tried to vacate and move our belongs out but a manager put an additional lock onto our unit and they didn’t show up for several days and no phone calls were answered or returned.
We called to Robin’s location and she drove over and helped us remove that lock and get us siuated. This was so above and beyond her responsibilities but she made sure to take care of a customer and I know she has that same care for those at her property.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Robin
Robin at the Littleton Public Storage was amazing! She was a life saver. She went above and beyond to help us. She even drove over to a different public storage unit property to help us because our management was no where to be found and we could not contact them. If it weren’t for Robin I wouldn’t have been able to get into my storage unit for the movers to help us move out. I cannot say thank you enough! As a side not do not rent at 400 W Center Ave Denver CO location. They are terribly mismanaged and your stuff will get stolen.

This place is well kept and safe for your belongings. Robin is out there picking weeds, trash and checking locks. I broke my key off in my lock, had to buy a new one but the office was closed, so I swung into ace. Robin noticed I changed my lock, she called me and made sure that I was the one that changed it. Robin is on top of it and always nice.

I did not personally rent a space at this public storage but had to step in and make sure that my sister had her storage paid for each month. She had Become very ill and went into the hospital December 1, 2021 and I wanted to make sure everything would be taken care of till she got well. Little did I know it would take till three weeks ago, in April 2022 for her to be well enough to come out of the hospital and move into her apartment . I only had the experience of dealing with a woman named Robin at this Public Storage each month to pay my sister’s rent and then when I was moving her things out of the storage. Not only was she the most rude person I’ve ever met but felt it necessary to mock the fact that my sister had a smaller storage unit and I felt it necessary to get a moving company to come and move her things out for her. She was very condescending each time I came to the storage unit which was only a few times and the last time to move my sister’s things out. The complex is kept very neat and clean but the fact that someone like Robin works in the front office is very poor representation for Public storage.

Robin is very helpful, and when I was late on payment (often) she would respectfully and politely remind me, never pressuring only understanding, which speaks volume in my opinion in this line of business.
