Angel is amazing! I rented one unit (and had fun doing it!), then realized it was too small. Angel got me another, larger unit with no problem at all. I felt bad I was creating more work for her on a busy day, but she smiled the whole time and assured me it was no problem. She also ensured that my space wouldn’t get any ice and had sun exposure, since a big storm was coming. Very easy to work with and super friendly! Grounds and spaces are very clean. I genuinely recommend this Public Storage facility because of the great experience I had; Angel, the manager, was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and why I think everything is so well run. The grounds were well maintained, the units clean, and anytime I had questions, Angel got right back to me. She also made sure that when it was time for me to vacate, that she called me well in advance AND followed up to make sure I had what I needed to do so. Honestly, it's difficult to get good customer service these days, so it means a lot when you find it. Thank you!!

The facility is wonderfully maintained by Angel the property manager, and she was extremely friendly and helpful when I had questions about insurance, locks, etc.
Bays are clean and protected from pests, we have all kinds of house stuff in our bays now, and we are happy with the facilities!
Our experience was great with the manager on site since the moment we arrived. Answered all of our questions to the best of her knowledge, very welcoming and friendly very aware who would come in and out also she would check up on us even offered us water! She made our experience great !

Angel is amazing!! She was nothing but helpful and answered questions for my mom and I in a manner that was clear and concise and extremely friendly and polite! My mom and I had to rent two units because we are going through a little bit of a hard time currently and although we are struggling a bit Angel made getting the storage units and explaining everything regarding pricing and fees and anything else we needed to know super easy! It was a very stressful situation that she made very easy for the two of us. She is not only great at her job, she is also a very nice, polite, and cheerful person. It is very refreshing to deal with somebody in a customer service position who is beyond friendly, very knowledgeable at their job, and willing to do whatever is needed to make your experience at their business wonderful! I would highly recommend this location to anybody in need of a storage facility.
Been here since before the transition to public storage, was nervous for the big conglomerate to take over but Angel has been absolutely that-- an angel! It's nice being able to wave at the staff at these places and feel like they're actually happy to have you around. Will be continuing my patronage as long as she's here! 😀

Hey shout out to Angel, she is always friendly and caring. Usually goes out of her way to help the customer. She was thoughtful to have a dog treat for my dog and then later came and found me at my unit said thank you to me for being a loyal customer and through me a discount for the next couple months which really helps me out.
Angel is a life save. Having a really bad day and she saw me, came up and helped me get into my parking space. Truly an amazing person and the best at customer service!! ❤️
Damien is extremely unprofessional and rude. He came across very confrontational even after I explained to him what I was doing . He then proceeded to knock my electric bike over breaking off an expensive derailur then told me not to cuss at him!! I pay PS to store my possessions. I shouldn't have to be constantly be explaining why and what for am I in my unit. If it's during operating hours and I have a legit reason to be there then don't harass me when I'm there. Completely wrong way to approach a paying customer!! You were way out of pocket on this one Damien! Have your facts straight before you accuse someone of wrongdoings. Breaking people's stuff isn't ok either if you were never taught that. I wish I could give the facility a better rating in general but I havent even been there 3 weeks and have had more than one encounter like this.

I’ve stored my items here for a little over a year and it has been an upsetting experience. Entry and exit gates are consistently broken/bent, elevator is the only way up stairs (the doors in the stairwells are locked), insufficient carts on premises for transportation of your items, transient/homeless population living within the storage facility, office closed during specified open hours, and more are all things to look forward to when you store your items at this location. Please understand, this is place is not secure or reliable.

Complete scam. I called to rent a unit and needed space for a U-Pack trailer. The Public Storage agent informed me my 1st choice location wouldn't be able to accommodate my needs but they did contact and confirm a different location that could accommodate my delivery vehicle. I called the storage facility as they FAILED to contact me and was then informed they could not help me. Then they delay in canceling my reservation and won't be refunding my full charge. Seems very shady to me. Stay away from this facility.

Angel has been the best manager of any storage facility I’ve ever rented at. She’s super helpful and friendly. I see her working hard all the time with a smile. I was going to switch facilities because when public storage bought out the old company here, they increased my rental fee drastically. However, I love the vibes here and the location is most convenient for me. I might have moved if it wasn’t for the management being so awesome. The staff can only get you a temporary rental decrease approved through corporate. Then corporate jacks it up again. Wish they would make their rates for existing customers more on level with how they attract new customers. Corporate Greed at its finest here. Anyways, at least they hire great people who add value to me renting my space here. Thanks Angel!!

My fiancée and I always enjoy a trip to our storage unit but hands down our favorite part is the amazing woman who runs our facility! Angel always greets us with a huge smile and wave every time and is the sweetest person to inhabit this planet. She does an exceptional job at keeping the establishment clean and safe for everyone and has always made sure we are taken care of whether it’s shoveling the drive in front of our unit or lending us her shovel when she knows we’ve forgotten ours. It wouldn’t be the same without her zippin’ around in her golf cart coming to check in and catch up. 1000/1000 stars from me, give this woman a raise!! :)
Angel is literally the best!!! She's always so helpful and friendly. Id call her the definition of perfect customer service. Always glad to get to see her and always sad when she's not here. If I'm ever having a bad day and come by here she always gets a smile out of me with her bubbly fun chatting. You can tell she's just a great soul. Elena has been a wonderful in getting into a smaller unit when I successfully downsized my storage item. She was knowledgable, kind and very helpful.
Tony and Angel have also been awesome since the day I first rented my original 10x10 space.
I feel safe and contented at night knowing these folks are managing this property!
I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for extra storage of any size. They even have trailer storage (when available).

I stored my vehicle at this facility for 9 months while out of state recovering from back surgery. Came back to two flat tires. I'm not saying they'll do this for everyone, but the sweet lady at the desk had a small portable air compressor that she let me borrow. Double clutch! Highly recommend!
This facility is in another league, compared to the rest. I've had units with other companies, but the service, staff and location really stand out here. Bob the maintenance manager keeps the grounds immaculate. The Courtney's that work in the office are always so helpful and friendly. It is on the higher end price wise, but it's worth the 24 hour access and piece of mind you get from storing your belongings there.
