Have had a space here for a while. Some issues but they’re always resolved. Shaun at the desk is super helpful!

I would give this place zero stars if i was able to. Antonio was extremely rude and screamed at me and refused to communicate or speak to me over a policy detail. I calmly tried to ask questions and express that I did not appreciate being treated this way. I recorded it on my phone, which is being sent to a corporate office. Unbelievable that this customer service is acceptable in any way shape or form. Complete disrespect. The policy violation. I stored my drums. I tinkered around on them quietly for less than 5 min. And the guy came in screaming at me. Refused to explain anything. Told me to get my stuff and get out. It was very confusing. I was taken back by how rude and aggressive he was. Be careful with this place. Also, the homeless encampments and drugs all around the perimeters in the woods are off putting.

This is so misleading... They never close at 9pm as suggested on google AND ON THEIR VERY OWN WEBSITE!! How is someone supposed to make an informed decision when they don't even have the correct information on their own website....

I had the pleasure of having Antonio provide me with useful information about potential storage needs I have in the future. The facility is well kept & the pricing isn’t bad. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for storage.

Just moved into a smaller apartment and needed some extra space. I walked in to such positive energy from Antonio. He was so helpful and informative. Showed multiple storage units to provide me with ideas for space sizes and how they looked. Awesome experience. Thank you Antonio ☺️!

Was a renter here for many years and very disappointed. Raised my rent $60-$70 every 6 months. Yet can't seem to do basic maintenance on the facility itself! You need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to enter the place without worrying you might damage your vehicle.

Rating this location based off of the quality of service I received from Antonio. He was extremely helpful, professional & knowledgeable. I’ll also add that he does a great job with the upkeep at this location, as other locations I’ve experienced can be a bit unclean. I needed boxes for a move and he helped me pick the best sizes after asking what type of items I’d be packing, suggested packing materials and also tape bundles. Although I only plan on using my unit for a short period of time, I’m comfortable knowing that staff like Antonio will be present if I have any further questions and to make sure the place is secure. Thank you for your help Antonio!

The price was affordable, but the facility is very run down and neglected. Don’t rent here until they fix the massive potholes throughout the complex.

We purchased 2 units at auction and had a great experience. Shawn was super helpful and very friendly. Can't wait to do business with him again!!

Just rented a place, and it was a very pleasant experience. Antonio is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and made the process easy. I walked into the office and less than 20 minutes later I walked out with the keys to a new storage at a very reasonable price. I feel confident with the safety of my belongings in this area.

The attendant was rude as all get out and she kept on harassing the person that rented the unit and would not leave us alone I would simply state that they really need to learn how to deal with customers I would say that this person will not have a job for very long since we are going to be calling corporate and making a very very detailed complaint against this person.

Antonio and Sean are great! They explained things clearly and concise and are always super friendly. The potholes are problematic, but they're being repaired at the end of June (or so I was told). Other than that, I've had no complaints.

I forgot to do my rating the other day but omg this is the place you want to store your stuff ! The people who work here are the most great & helpful people ! 10/10 hands down

This place is terrible. There are potholes everywhere and the buildings are run down. Our unit was broken into and to top it off, they have raised the rent twice in one year. Go elsewhere

I did everything online so never really talked to anyone or met the people who work here. Except for a phone call I received but I don't remember much of the conversation. I think his name was Antonio. I think he was asking when to expect me. But we didn't discuss much. My first impression was the potholes Everywhere! This is the second storage company I have used. My belongings were stored with another company for about 6 years. That property was well maintained, and the access hours were longer. For people like me who work overnight, it was great. It can be a struggle to make it here before they close. And since I work at 6 pm, 5 days a week, and I'm sleeping the rest of the morning/day, it doesn't give me much time except my days off to get down here. Anyway, I feel their access hours could be better. The second thing I noticed was they have no lights in the storage units! Whose idea was this? I'm sure they are making a lot of money. They couldn't upgrade to include lights and fix the potholes? Doesn't seem like they take much pride in this place. It really kind of made me think twice about moving in but I didn't have much choice. I had already hired movers and we had our first load there before I ever saw this place. During the winter, good luck being able to see or do anything in your unit. I heard someone else struggling with the lack of light in their unit while I was there one night. This may be intentional, to keep people from coming in after dark. The other place I rented from had lights with timers and the interiors were painted white to be brighter with the lights on. I just got the space last year and 6 months later, they increased the rate already! By around $70/mo At least the other place only went up once a year. Might need to move on if this is how often they increase rates. I'm not getting paid more at my job to cover that increase. Everyone is already struggling as it is. I came here days after it snowed and was so disappointed. There was around 3 feet of snow that had not been cleared from the front of my unit. It wasn't 3 feet high, it was about 3 feet out from my door. Maybe more. Maybe 8-10 inches or so deep. But as you can imagine, we struggled getting things in and out through that big patch of snow. Plus it had been melting so there was also a whole bunch of water around there too. We left wet footprints in the unit because of it. Thank goodness we didn't break an ankle trying to get in and out with the snow so uneven, too. As we exited , i saw other units with even worse higher snow piles in front of the doors. I was going to take pictures but forgot. I don't know why this would be acceptable to them. The east facing units seemed to be clear, but the west facing ones had snow. Not sure the reason. Maybe sunshine reaches the east facing ones and not the west. But I'm sure they should know this by now and make sure all the snow is cleared. I never wrote a review about the other place I rented, but I may now because I just assumed how they did it was the standard. This place needs work. I wish I had something better to say about it.

Warning. This location is in disrepair. Pot holes in drive in area, cut fencing, camera cables cut, light cables cut. Security is lacking.

Stay away!!! Constant break in’s , homeless people, rude customer service they’ll raise prices and mark up the locks and the pot holes from hell in front that they haven’t fixed , go somewhere else this place is junk and not taken care of

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Rent prices go up as management sees fit. I was paying $77 a month on 9/2/2022 the rent has increased to $177 a month. That's a 229% increase in a year. I called and they act like this is normal. I repeat, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!

This is the WORST spot you ever want to store your stuff. On our first day we stopped some meth heads stealing. Anywho, the next day, we ran into the girl that had been broken into. Twas the 3 rd time that week.. If you want to throw your money away please go to this place. They told us that they were NOT responsible.. I honestly believe that the people who run this location are THIEVES.

They raise your monthly rate up over 40% after only 6 months. No bueno. Ugh, leaving a review that's not 5 stars is rare. I'd rather leave no review then a nagitive one. But this week is different and this one has to be heard. Find a storage place without deceptive advertising

Honestly the worst storage unit ever. Got alot of my valuables stolen. Rent from here only if u have nothing of value, because your stuff will get stolen and they won't care. Management here is a joke.

Do not rent from here. They have constant break-ins and do not take very good care of their customers. After my locker was tampered with (a Saturday). they called me let me know it was jammed shut. they told me I would be until Monday before somebody could unjam so I could get in. but reassured me that nobody could get in. Well you would think they would keep a better eye on it but the very next day people stole everything of value in my locker. But I will never understand why he would not figure something out or at least keep a better eye on the locker. That Monday when I discovered that somebody managed to take half of the stuff from a 10 by 30 locker, I also found out that many of the other lockers had been burglarized. So with it being at the end of the month. I had to rent it another month just to clear it out. They even stole my son's ashes.

Beyond rude. Even tried to start a fight with me over my 12 pound little dog. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. This happened recently and as soon as I'm able I will move my stuff to another facility. Not public storage.

Worst place I’ve ever rented from. I informed the lady manager at front desk I no longer live even close to storage and can’t afford there high rates. She gave me nothing but attitude and said it’s my problem. I spoke to customer services today and said I needed to sign a form giving up my stuff and also stops upcoming payments that was never mentioned by property management. If I were you I’d never do business with this lady who runs there property No information given and she forgets who pays her salary us the customer ! Beyond rude and doesn’t care for us not the first time, when I receive the bill in collections I’ll bring all my paper work along with voice recordings from management that never mentioned what I needed to do to cancel unit. See you in court rude awakening coming!

If you want to be treated like dirt as a human being this is the place for you!! Natalie made sure to go out of her way to treat me and my family like complete garbage. She was lazy, angry, and extremely rude creating the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Do not use this location. If you need storage close to this area I highly suggest going elsewhere. I never write bad reviews but I just have to warn people if Natalie is working just walk out of the office you will be better off not dealing with her at all. I suggest going to the 26th and Sheridan location where you will be valued as a paying customer. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! ENOUGH SAID.

They do what they do fine, unfortunately the homelessness around there leads to a lot of break ins of the storage units. Mine was broken into while I was a tenant of 3 spaces. They cut the locks off and I happened to arrive the next day and witnessed many other tenants there looking into their units assessing the damage and what was stolen. Staff was doing their best in the situation and no negatives to them, they don't control those outside elements, it is just a factor of the neighborhood. I vacated all units to a safer more secure place.

DO NOT USE. We vacated our unit on 9/22/22. On arrival we noticed that the gate had been broken into. We called the police and reported it. Packed up our stuff and left the until completely empty. We used the app to cancel our rental and even called to confirm. Everything was confirmed as cancelled. However we were still charged for October. When we called to ask why, the customer service operator wouldn’t give us her name and was rude and hung up on us after 3 minutes because we were trying to ask why we’d been charged for October after canceling in September. She was very unhelpful and told us she didn’t have time to talk to us then hung up the phone with no further explanation. Whoever was working the phones at this location at 4pm on 10/03/22 needs to be reevaluated as an employee since she doesn’t want to do her job as a customer service provider. I’ve never heard someone be so rude about a genuine concern and inquiry. Will NEVER use them again.

Stay away from public storage. They steal your money by way of incompetence. Then leave you on hold, disconnect or transfer you. They owe me for my time and inconvenience. Addition Do not expect any help from the on-site management. Half an hour before they closed I could not get assistance from public storage on site management. I called Public Storage, Home Depot and could not get help with my ramp. The management knew I was on site. I grabbed a customer to help me while he was leaving. He put his car outside I walked him and the gate locked behind us and the code would not open the door. My service animal was locked inside the gate in my vehicle. I could not get anyone from Public Storage to help. I had to call 911 and found a space to crawl under the gate to reach my service animal. When the police came to help the property manager told them I'm off the clock and refuse to help. The property manager tried to say that it stayed open with the code for an hour after. But it wouldn't open when the gentleman used the code. The property property manager even refused to let the police in the gate. According to the police she was more concerned about why I was on the property still. If we need documentation I have phone records and I'm sure they do too. I have text that Public Storage sent me stating that they don't understand what help, I'm locked on the premises. I don't know what anyone else's thoughts are on this subject but I believe her actions were Criminal. I believe her actions were intentional which left my service animal and I imprisoned on their site Thank you to the two officers from the Lakewood PD without your assistance my service animal and I would have been trapped there all night with not enough water. Public Storage on site management 7701 West 6th put my service animal and I endanger and I believe it was intentional, maybe not to harm us but to cause us stress, irritation, and emotional distress. She did it will I've been sick all night into this morning.

YOUR STUFF WILL BE STOLEN HERE… Went to my storage unit to get my dirtbike gear and tools and came to find a different lock on my unit. When I went to the front office the “property manager” Natalie, told me that 25 days ago my unit was broken into and stuff was stolen… come to find out probably about $10,000 worth of tools and gear was stolen. Natalie told me they tried to call me ONE TIME. and my line was busy so they never decided to do anything else to contact me… extremely unprofessional place and as far as I’m concerned the people running the place are the ones who took my stuff. Wouldn’t give me any information on anything other then saying it happened 25 days prior. Will be contacting the highest person possible to see what they plan on doing about this because I will not let this go.

My experience has bad it's always every time that I go there there's nobody ever working on the property or in the office the new woman that works there set the clock two hours I had on the door and said she'll be back then comes back and moves it to ours more and goes back home she's never there to collect payment or help when it's needed you seriously need to look into getting rid of her this is why I'm cleaning out my storage and I'm moving out at the end of the month this needs to look into

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. My unit was broken into and so much was stolen. My door was visibly broken and they then tried to fix it with duct tape like we wouldn’t notice? We were never informed of a break in, we found out 6 months later once we came back to our unit. We pay insurance provided by the storage unit and now our insurance isn’t even covering what was stolen. What is the point of the insurance then? The building that we have to enter into to get to our unit suddenly has a key code on the door which was not there 6 months ago when we were last there (key code for this door should of been there to begin with). Public Storage obviously knew there was break in and never informed us. Wasted so much money trying to keep our valuables safe and they were not. This place is a scam and is horrible. Do not give this place your business.

Absolutely dreadful service. My reservation was for Friday. The unti was supposed to be unlocked. I showed up on Saturday, there was a plastic lock I couldn't break and snow and ice in front of the unit. I went to the office to get something to break the lock. The manager Natalie was rude and unhelpful. I was finally able to break the plastic lock to find trash and debris in the unit. I went back to the office to ask to have the unit cleaned out and snow and ice cleared. I even offered to do both of they could provide the broom and shovel. The manager rudely advised they had neither and couldn't help me. I cancelled my reservation and noted they only gave me a partial refund. I will NEVER use PS again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.
