It's a decent enough storage place, but they raised my rent after six months from $204/month to $285/month. With nothing more than a letter stuck in the mail. If using this facility, expect them to price gouge you in a predatory manner as soon as possible.

He was also the only person that returned my calls even when it was not his responsibility to do so. He is the reason I am doing business with Public Storage. Very secure place well kept grounds, however the prices jumps $60-70 every few months with no notice.

The property manager here is highly professional. With a military background to execute any and all tasks big and small with a thorough checklist and customer satisfaction going beyond the everyday customer service representative. Anyone that has a problem with the manager is only envious that they aren’t ripped in physique like him. He can outrun your husband and your dog.

As for the physical facility it's pretty much what you would expect for a storage unit. Checking in is easy even if no one is on site.
Doors have a mechanism to easily prop open as you move your stuff. Hallways have decent lighting too, just remember to use the timer located next to the doors. Worth it to bring a flashlight or lantern to light up the actual storage unit as they can get kind of dark.
Overall great location and staff.
I have a drive up unit here. It has been snowy and cold. The side my unit is on doesnt get sun. And whoever is plowing the snow it gets pushed up on my side so everytime i have gone there this last month, i have to climb through snow to get inside my unit. I dont have a shovel to move the snow and the ice underneath is hard as rock and very slippery i fell 2 times when i was there last week. Iam still sore and too old to be falling. Warning to other renters be careful if your unit has ice and snow in front of it. This should be better maintained and definitly not be hazardous to enter your unit.

I reserved a 10by10. At the location at 850 simms street. They had no units available by the time I went in to rent. They offered a 10 by 15 for same price. I had to go to the location down the street to rent. Easy and very accommodating. The customer service and help I received was outstanding and beyond expectations. Thank you.
